Abstract

Zur sicheren Vereinzelung und hygienischen Entnahme von gelagerten Artikeln, insbesondere von Hygieneartikeln, besitzt der Aufnahmebehälter eine mechanisch zu betätigende Vereinzelungs- und Austragvorrichtung, die selbsttätig in die Ausgangslage zurückführbar und durch einen rechtwinklig zur Vertikalachse des Aufnahmebehälters beweglichen Doppelschieber (1) gebildet ist. Dieser Doppelschieber ist am unteren Ende des Aufnahmebehälters angeordnet und weist zwei parallel im Abstand zueinander verlaufende Flächen (1',1'') auf, deren Abstand größer ist als der Durchmesser des auszutragenden Artikels. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufnahmebehälter mit einem Aufnahmeschacht für zu vereinzelnde Artikel, insbesondere Hygieneartikel, wobei der Aufnahmeschacht in einen Vereinzelungskanal mit einer diesen zugeordneten, selbsttätig in die Ausgangslage rückführbaren Vereinzelungs- und Austragvorrichtung mündet und die Vereinzelungs- und Austragvorrichtung durch einen Doppelschieber, bestehend aus einem mit einem Austragsschlitz versehenen Austragsschieber sowie einer mit diesem verbundenen und parallel im Abstand angeordneten Vereinzelungsplatte, gebildet ist.
  • Die bekannten Aufnahmebehälter werden vorzugsweise im Bad oder WC an die Wand angeschraubt oder angeklebt. Schwierigkeiten bereitet dabei die Vereinzelung und hygienische Entnahme der im Aufnahmebehälter gelagerten Artikel.
  • Aus der DE OS 37 41 960 ist ein als Tablettenspender zu verwendender Aufnahmebehälter bekannt, der zum vereinzelten Austragen der Tabletten eine Vereinzelungs- und Austragvorrichtung aufweist. Der Vereinzelungskanal ist bei dieser Ausbildung seitlich geöffnet und wird erst durch den senkrechten Teil einer mit dem Flachschieber verbundenen Federzunge verschlossen, wobei die Federzunge in diesem Stadium nach oben zurückfedert und den Tablettenstapel geringfügig zurückdrückt und in dieser Lage hält, während gleichzeitig eine Tablette über die Nase vom Flachschieber gedrückt und durch einen Schlitz nach unten fällt.
  • Diese in der Hand zu haltende Vorrichtung ist zwar für die verhältnismäßig leichten Tabletten geeignet, aber nicht gleichermaßen für die zu vereinzelnden, wesentlich schwereren und größeren Hygieneartikel anwendbar.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Aufnahmebehälter, insbesondere für Hygieneartikel, so auszubilden, der bei funktionssicherer Vereinzelung einfach aufgebaut und leicht zu handhaben ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Vereinzelungsplatte als von einer Stirnabschlußplatte frei auskragendes, biegesteifes Element ausgebildet ist und die Vereinzelungsplatte sowie der Austragsschieber in öffnungen in den senkrechten Wänden des seitlich geschlossen ausgeführten Vereinzelungskanals geführt sind, wobei der Doppelschieber über die Stirnabschlußplatte mittels eines am Aufnahmebehälter angelenkten Betätigungselements betätigbar ist.
  • Zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung und Varianten der Vereinzelungs- und Austragvorrichtung sind in den Unteransprüchen aufgezeigt.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • Die Vereinzelungs- und Austragvorrichtung ist durch einen mechanisch zu betätigenden Doppelschieber 1 gebildet, der rechtwinkelig zur Vertikalachse des Aufnahmebehälters bewegbar ist. Durch eine nicht dargestellte Federanordnung wird der Doppelschieber 1 selbsttätig in die Ausgangslage rückgeführt. Der Doppelschieber 1 ist am unteren Ende des Aufnahmebehälters, der an eine Wand anbringbar ist, z. B. durch Ankleben, angeordnet.
  • Wie in Figur 1 dargestellt, weist der Doppelschieber 1 zwei parallel verlaufende Flächen 1', 1'' auf, die in einer senkrecht verlaufenden vorderen Stirnabschlußplatte 2 gelagert sind, wobei die obere Fläche 1' als Verschlußelement des Aufnahmeschachts 3 ausgebildet und frei auskragend in der Stirnabschlußplatte 2 gelagert ist. Der Abstand zwischen den beiden parallel verlaufenden Platten 1', 1'' ist größer als der Durchmesser des auszutragenden Artikels, d. h., der Abstand der beiden Platten 1', 1'' bestimmt sich nach der Größe und Form der in den Aufnahmebehälter zu lagernden Artikel. Die untere Fläche 1'' ist mit einem Auflagebereich 4 für einen Artikel und mit einem Schlitz 5 zum Auswerfen des Artikels versehen. Hierzu ist der unteren Fläche 1'' ein oberer Abstreifer 6 zugeordnet. In Figur 2 ist in der Vorderseite 7 des Aufnahmebehälters ein als Sichtfenster dienender längsverlaufender Schlitz 8 angedeutet. Oberhalb des längsverlaufenden Schlitzes 8 ist eine Öffnung 9 zum Einlegen der Artikel in den Aufnahmeschacht 3 vorgesehen. Auf der oberen Stirnseite 11 des Aufnahmebehälters ist eine schwenkbare Abdeckung 10 angelenkt. Diese Anlenkung erfolgt vorteilhafterweise annähernd im mittleren Bereich der oberen Stirnseite. Aus ästhetischen Gesichtspunkten ist im Bereich zwischen der Anlenkung und der hinteren Begrenzung die Abdeckung 10 fest angeordnet.

Claims (6)

  1. Aufnahmebehälter mit einem Aufnahmeschacht für zu vereinzelnde Artikel, insbesondere Hygieneartikel, wobei der Aufnahmeschacht in einen Vereinzelungskanal mit einer diesem zugeordneten, selbsttätig in die Ausgangslage rückführbaren Vereinzelungs- und Austragsvorrichtung mündet und die Vereinzelungs- und Austragsvorrichtung durch einen Doppelschieber, bestehend aus einem mit einem Austragsschlitz versehenen Austragsschieber sowie einer mit diesem verbundenen und parallel im Abstand angeordneten Vereinzelungsplatte gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vereinzelungsplatte (1') als von einer Stirnabschlußplatte (2) frei auskragendes, biegesteifes Element ausgebildet ist und die Vereinzelungsplatte (1') sowie der Austragsschieber (1'') in Öffnungen in den senkrechten Wänden des seitlich geschlossen ausgeführten Vereinzelungskanals geführt sind, wobei der Doppelschieber (1) über die Stirnabschlußplatte (2) mittels eines am Aufnahmebehälter angelenkten Betätigungselements (10) betätigbar ist.
  2. Aufnahmebehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer im oberen Bereich seiner Vorderseite (7) vorgesehenen Öffnung (9) zum Einlegen der Artikel in den Aufnahmeschacht (3) eine vordere schwenkbare Abdeckung (10) zugeordnet ist, die sowohl die Öffnung (9) und ein in der Vorderseite (7) vorgesehenes Sichtfenster als auch die Stirnabschlußplatte (2) abdeckt und gleichzeitig als Betätigungselement für den Doppelschieber (1) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Aufnahmebehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Abdeckung (10) abgewinkelt ausgebildet und der abgewinkelte Teil auf der oberen Stirnseite (11) des Aufnahmebehälters angelenkt ist.
  4. Aufnahmebehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Doppelschieber (1) am unteren Ende des Aufnahmebehälters angeordnet ist.
  5. Aufnahmebehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der eingelagerten Artikel eine diese nach oben drückende Druckfeder vorgesehen und der Doppelschieber (1) am oberen Ende des Aufnahmebehälters angeordnet ist, wobei die Vereinzelungsplatte (1') oberhalb des Austragsschiebers (1'') liegt.
  6. Aufnahmebehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der parallel zueinander verlaufenden Flächen der Vereinzelungsplatte (1') und des Austragsschiebers (1'') größer als der Durchmesser des auszutragenden Artikels ist.
