Claims (11)
- Corps moulé contenant du béton pour des conduits d'évacuation, des bouches d'égouts ou des éléments analogues d'un système de conduites d'évacuation comportant une couche étanche aux liquides et résistante aux agents chimiques, qui est disposée dans un évidement en forme de U ou de forme rectangulaire, caractérisé en ce que la couche (12) est reliée, d'une manière étanche aux liquides, par l'intermédiaire de parties (14) d'elle-même, longitudinalement des deux côtés à des barrettes en matière plastique (16) et frontalement à des étriers en matière plastique (15) pour former une partie tridimensionnelle perdue d'un coffrage (10), qui est entouré par le corps en béton (28).

- Procédé pour fabriquer un corps moulé contenant du béton pour des conduits d'évacuation, des bouches d'égouts ou des éléments analogues d'un système de conduits d'évacuation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes en matière plastique sont fixées par collage ou soudage, d'une manière étanche aux liquides, sur les bords latéraux longitudinaux d'une couche flexible de matière plastique (12) ou d'une pièce en matière plastique repliée en forme de U, et que des étriers en matière plastique (15) pourvus d'évidements correspondants sont fixés par soudage ou collage d'une manière étanche aux liquides, sur les parties frontales de la couche repliée en forme de U (12) ou du corps moulé déjà conformé avec une forme rectangulaire, la forme tridimensionnelle rigide ainsi préformée étant utilisée en tant que pièce perdue dans un coffrage (10) avec des parois latérales (24), coffrage dans lequel la masse de béton est ensuite introduite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on équipe les barrettes en matière plastique (16) avant la coulée, du profilé de châssis (18) pour un couvercle, au niveau des bords longitudinaux de la couche (12).
