Claims (15)
- Ensemble de distribution d'un produit liquide à pâteux comportant un récipient (1, 101 ; 201) contenant le produit, une tête de distribution (20, 120 ; 220) ayant un canal de distribution (21), le récipient (1, 101 ; 201) étant constitué d'un matériau ayant une rigidité telle que la distribution du produit nécessite une reprise d'air du récipient, un organe de pompage à deux clapets, un clapet d' admission (33, 133, 233) et un clapet de distribution (31 ; 231), étant prévu pour distribuer le produit, l'organe de pompage à deux clapets étant du type sans reprise d'air, des moyens étant prévus pour établir ou supprimer à volonté une reprise d'air du récipient (1, 101 ; 201), caractérisé par le fait que la tête de distribution (20, 220) présente une portée (20A ; 220A) dans laquelle débouche la partie terminale, qui s'ouvre par un orifice sur l'extérieur, du canal de distribution (21) traversant la tête de distribution (20 ; 220), laquelle tête porte à sa partie supérieure une membrane souple (30 ; 230) ayant un profil en biseau définissant une lame élastique (31 ; 231) appliquée sur l'extrémité de la portée (20A ; 220A) dans laquelle débouche le canal de distribution (21) en recouvrant ledit orifice du canal de distribution.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la portée (20A) est plane et que son plan est interrompu au centre de la tête de distribution (20) par une creusure (50) s'étendant jusqu'à un fond (20B) et constituant une chambre de compression (50) dans laquelle débouche l'autre extrémité du canal de distribution (21).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la chambre de compression (50) est bordée extérieurement par un dôme (32) que présente la membrane (30) au droit du fond (20B).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que des moyens sont prévus pour établir ou supprimer à volonté une communication entre le canal de distribution (21) et le récipient (1, 101 ; 201) et sont constitués par le montage mobile de la tête de distribution (20, 120 ; 220), par rapport au récipient, entre deux positions, une position pour laquelle le canal de distribution (21) est en communication avec le récipient (1, 101) et une position pour laquelle ladite communication est fermée.
- Ensemble selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé par le fait que les deux positions de la tête de distribution (20, 120) relativement au récipient (1, 101) pour lesquelles le récipient est, ou n'est pas, en communication avec l'atmosphère, sont les mêmes que celles pour lesquelles, respectivement, le canal de distribution (21) est, ou n'est pas, en communication avec le récipient (1, 101).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la tête de distribution (20, 120 ; 220) est montée tournante par rapport au récipient (1, 101 ; 201).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient est un flacon (1, 101; 201) sur lequel est fixé un support (10, 110 ; 210), la tête de distribution (20, 120 ; 220) étant solidarisée axialement audit support (10, 110 ; 210) et libre de tourner par rapport à celui-ci.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le support (10, 110) présente une jupe extérieure cylindrique interne (13) logée de façon étanche dans l'espace annulaire compris entre une partie tubulaire interne (23) et une partie tubulaire externe (24) que comporte la tête de distribution (20, 120).
- Ensemble selon les revendications 6, 7 et 8, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi de la jupe extérieure cylindrique interne (13) du support (10, 110) est traversée par une lucarne (18), les parties tubulaires interne (23) et externe (24) de la tête de distribution (20, 120) étant munies respectivement d'une fente longitudinale (26) et d'un passage (27) situés en regard, le passage (27) débouchant dans la chambre de compression (50) de l'organe de pompage et comportant le clapet d'admission (33), la jupe intérieure cylindrique interne (13) du support (10, 110) et la partie tubulaire interne (23) de la tête de distribution (20, 120) communiquant avec le récipient (1, 101), la fente longitudinale (26) et le passage (27) étant placés en regard de la lucarne (18) dans la position de la tête de distribution (20, 120) par rapport au support (10, 110) pour laquelle une communication entre la chambre de compression (50) de l'organe de pompage et le récipient (1, 101) est ouverte, donc entre le canal de distribution (21) et le récipient (1, 101).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble comprend un tube plongeur (7) plongeant jusqu'au voisinage de la partie inférieure du flacon (1, 101) et étant relié, à sa partie supérieure, à la jupe extérieure cylindrique interne (13) du support (10, 110), des moyens de mise à l'atmosphère (17, 28) de la partie supérieure du récipient (1, 101) étant prévus.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de mise à l'atmosphère (17, 28) sont constitués par une rainure axiale (17) ménagée à la surface intérieure de la jupe extérieure cylindrique externe (12) du support (10, 110) et débouchant dans le récipient (1, 101), et par une autre rainure axiale (28) ménagée à la surface extérieure de la partie tubulaire extérieure (24) de la tête de distribution (20, 120) et débouchant à l'extérieur du récipient (1, 101).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 dans lequel la tête de distribution est montée tournante par rapport au récipient, caractérisé par le fait que la tête de distribution comprend une virole (222) montée tournante sur un support (210) fixé sur le col du récipient, cette virole (222) permettant d'ouvrir ou de fermer un trou (53) de reprise d'air du récipient, et comportant, dans sa partie centrale, un piston-clapet (233) coopérant avec une chambre de pompage (250) formée dans un bouton-poussoir (65) surmontant la virole (222).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que le piston-clapet (233) est formé par une saillie (59) dans la partie centrale d'un plateau (56) de la virole (222), dont l'extrémité supérieure, en particulier en forme de dôme, comporte au moins un passage (60) recouvert par une membrane élastique (62) ayant une paroi cylindrique qui coulisse de manière étanche dans une jupe interne (66) du bouton-poussoir (65).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que la saillie de la virole (222) comporte, à son sommet, un téton (61) tronconique engagé dans un orifice circulaire (64) de la membrane (62).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que le canal de distribution (21) débouche sur la paroi latérale du bouton-poussoir, où est prévue la portée (220A) pour la lame élastique (231).
