Claims (8)
- Distributeur de produit liquide ou pâteux utilisable notamment en cosmétique du type comportant un réservoir rétractable (1) pour le produit à distribuer, ce réservoir (1) étant relié par une première valve (9) à une chambre à volume variable (19) sous l'action d'un poussoir (10), ladite chambre à volume variable (19) étant elle-même reliée à l'extérieur par une seconde valve (27), distributeur caractérisé par le fait que le corps du poussoir (10) constitue avec un piston fixe (8) solidaire du réservoir (1) la chambre à volume variable (19), le corps du poussoir (10) étant constitué de deux parties (10a,10b) munies chacune d'un orifice (20, 25) et pouvant pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre entre une première position dans laquelle les orifices (20,25) des deux parties (10a,10b) du poussoir sont en face l'un de l'autre et une seconde position dans laquelle, les orifices (20, 25) ne sont pas en face l'un de l'autre de telle sorte que le produit (5) contenu dans la chambre à volume variable (19) ne peut parvenir à la seconde valve (27) et que le poussoir (10) se trouve ainsi immobilisé.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les orifices (20,25) des deux parties (10a,10b) du poussoir (10) sont situées au voisinage de l'endroit où la chambre à volume variable (19) communique par un canal (26) avec la seconde valve (27) pour déboucher à l'extérieur.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la chambre à volume variable (19) est constituée par un piston fixe (8) muni de la première valve (9), sur lequel coulisse un cylindre mobile (11) incorporé à la partie inférieure (10b) du poussoir qui est repoussée par un ressort (16) disposé autour du cylindre mobile (11) et du piston fixe (8) dans une cavité ménagée à la partie supérieure du réservoir (1).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le poussoir (10) est repoussé vers le haut par un ressort (16) venu de moulage en une seule pièce avec la partie inférieure (10b) du poussoir (10).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé par le fait que la partie inférieure (10b) du poussoir 10 comporte un flasque (12) muni sur sa périphérie d'une jupe (13) qui coulisse contre la surface périphérique interne d'une cavité annulaire du bouchon (2) qui obture la partie supérieure du récipient.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir (1) est un réservoir souple dont le volume diminue au fur et à mesure de la consommation du produit qu'il contient.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir (1) comporte une partie munie d'un piston suiveur qui se déplace au fur et à mesure pour réduire le volume du réservoir en fonction de la consommation du produit contenu dans le réservoir.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les parties inférieure (10b) et supérieure (10a) du poussoir (10) comportent des repères permettant de visualiser les positions d'ouverture et de fermeture du canal (26) aboutissant à la seconde valve extérieure (27).
