Description
Claims (16)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体外に対し流体密封止されるよう前記筐体内に形成された吐出対象物質蓄蔵用の可変容積蓄蔵室と、
前記筐体に設けられ、吐出器を動作させるように接触及び押下可能であるマニュアル操作時接触面であって、第1位置及び第2位置の間でマニュアル押下可能であり、前記第2位置から前記第1位置に向けて付勢されたマニュアル操作時接触面と、
前記筐体内に実装され、前記可変容積蓄蔵室と通流可能に接続された一方向弁であって、吐出対象物質の通流を妨げる流体密封止を形成するように通常は出口を閉じ、吐出対象物質が開弁圧を上回ると物質をバルブに通流させる一方向弁と、
前記可変容積蓄蔵室・前記一方向弁間を通流可能につなぐ圧縮室と、
を備え、
前記一方向弁が、軸方向に延びる弁座と、前記弁座上に座し前記弁座に対し可撓即ち可動で軸方向に延びる弁覆いと、前記弁座・前記弁覆い間が流体密封止されるよう前記弁座・前記弁覆い間に形成され軸方向に延びる常閉の可開当接部と、前記圧縮室・前記可開当接部間を通流可能につなぐ少なくとも1個の出口孔と、を有し、前記可開当接部を前記出口孔に通流可能で通流しているときには前記圧縮室から前記可開当接部を経てその外部へと吐出対象物質が通り抜け、
マニュアル操作時接触面は、(i)前記可変容積蓄蔵室から前記圧縮室内へと吐出対象物質が流れるよう前記可変容積蓄蔵室を前記圧縮室と通流可能に繋いだ状態とする前記第1位置と、(ii)前記圧縮室を前記可変容積蓄蔵室と通流可能に繋いでいない状態とし、前記圧縮室内の吐出対象物質が前記一方向弁の開弁圧超まで加圧され、通常は閉じられている前記一方向弁及び前記吐出器から吐出される前記第2位置と、の間を切り替えるように押下可能であるよう構成された吐出器。 - 請求項1記載の吐出器であって、更に、
前記筐体に設けられたピストンであって、前記第1位置において少なくとも一部が前記圧縮室外に出ており、前記第2位置において少なくとも一部が前記圧縮室内に入っているピストンと、
前記ピストン及び前記一方向弁のうち一方又は双方を前記第2位置から前記第1位置へと付勢する付勢部材と、を備える吐出器。 - 請求項2記載の吐出器であって、前記付勢部材が、弦巻バネ、弾性エラストマ質バネ又はその双方を含む吐出器。
- 請求項3記載の吐出器であって、前記付勢部材が、概略ドーム状の弾性エラストマ質バネである吐出器。
- 請求項1記載の吐出器であって、前記出口孔内における物質流の圧力が前記一方向弁の開弁圧を上回ると前記弁覆いの状態が常閉状態から開状態に移行し、開状態では前記弁覆いが吐出対象物質を捉えて撓み前記弁座を押しのけながら放射方向に進んで当該吐出対象物質が外部へと出ていく吐出器。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項記載の吐出器であって、更に、(i)前記筐体内に実装された可撓な嚢及び(ii)前記筐体内に実装された摺動壁のうち一方を備え、前記可変容積蓄蔵室が(i)の場合前記嚢・前記筐体間に、また(ii)の場合前記摺動壁・前記筐体間に形成される吐出器。
- 請求項1記載の吐出器であって、前記筐体に設けられたピストンであって、前記第1位置において少なくとも一部が前記圧縮室外に出ており、前記第2位置において少なくとも一部が前記圧縮室内に入っているピストンと、
前記一方向弁が、前記マニュアル操作時接触面をマニュアル押下すると前記ピストンに対する関係が前記第1位置と前記第2位置の間で切り替わるよう、それでいて前記ピストンに対する位置は変化しないよう、構成された吐出器。 - 請求項1又は5記載の吐出器であって、前記弁覆いが、前記可開当接部を形成している部分から見て一方の側にあり弁体につながれている第1部分と、前記可開当接部を形成している部分から見て前記第1部分とは逆の側にあり前記筐体につながれている第2部分と、前記第2部分から前記可開当接部にかけて延び前記第1位置・前記第2位置間で前記マニュアル操作時接触面が動けるようにする可動部分と、を有する吐出器。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項記載の吐出器であって、前記一方向弁の出口が前記マニュアル操作時接触面の周りまで延び、吐出対象物質が前記マニュアル操作時接触面上に吐出される吐出器。
- 請求項2記載の吐出器であって、前記一方向弁と前記ピストンがその軸を揃えて配置されており、前記可変容積蓄蔵室が前記一方向弁及び前記ピストンから見て放射方向に距離をおいて設けられた吐出器。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項記載の吐出器であって、前記可変容積蓄蔵室が実質的に無気状態である吐出器。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項記載の吐出器であって、更に、前記筐体内に摺動可能に組み込まれ前記筐体との間に流体密封止部を形成するプランジャを備え、前記可変容積蓄蔵室からある量が吐出されたとき前記プランジャが軸方向に動き吐出体積とほぼ等量だけ前記可変容積蓄蔵室の容積を減らす吐出器。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか一項記載の吐出器であって、更に、前記筐体上に実装された充填口と、前記充填口・前記可変容積蓄蔵室間を通流可能につなぐ第2の一方向弁と、を備え、前記第2の一方向弁を介して前記可変容積蓄蔵室を充填可能な吐出器。
- 請求項13記載の吐出器であって、前記第2の一方向弁が、軸方向に延びる弁座と、当該弁座上に座しており当該弁座に対し可動即ち可撓で軸方向に延びる可撓な弁覆いと、当該弁座・当該弁覆い間が流体密封止されるよう当該弁座・当該弁覆い間に形成され軸方向に延びる常閉の可開当接部と、を有し、当該可開当接部を前記可変容積蓄蔵室に対し通流可能につないで当該可開当接部を介し前記可変容積蓄蔵室内へと充填対象物質を通すことが可能な吐出器。
- 請求項1記載の吐出器であって、前記弁座は、前記一方向弁の内側から外側に向けた方向に放射状にテーパを有するテーパ部を備え、前記弁覆いは、前記弁座と嵌合する形状を有する吐出器。
- 請求項1乃至15の何れか一項記載の吐出器であって、前記一方向弁の出口は前記マニュアル操作時接触面と隣り合わせに配置され、吐出対象物質が前記マニュアル操作時接触面上に吐出される吐出器。
