Claims (9)
- Ensemble de distribution d'un produit liquide à pâteux comportant un récipient (1, 8, 101) contenant le produit, une tête de distribution (20, 120) ayant un canal de distribution (21), une membrane souple (30) présentant une partie en forme de dôme (32) qui définit dans la tête de distribution (20, 120) une chambre de compression (50) à volume variable en communication avec le récipient (1, 8, 101), un clapet d'admission (133) étant placé dans cette communication et n'autorisant que le passage du produit depuis le récipient (1, 8, 101) vers la chambre de compression (50), ladite chambre de compression (50), le clapet d'admission (33) et un clapet de distribution constituant une pompe de distribution de produit, ladite membrane souple (30) étant maintenue sur la tête de distribution (20, 120) par un élément de fixation constitué d'une bague (40) présentant une ouverture (42) d'où émerge le dôme de compression (32) de la membrane souple (30), le clapet de distribution étant constitué par un système de fermeture situé à la partie terminale, qui s'ouvre sur l'extérieur, du canal de distribution (21), ledit système de fermeture étant constitué d'un siège (20A) et d'une lame élastique (31) au moins partiellement en contact avec le siège (20A) lorsqu'il n'y a pas de distribution, s'écartant au moins partiellement dudit siège (20A) sous la pression du produit à distribuer et revenant par élasticité dans sa position initiale, lorsque cesse la distribution, la lame élastique (31) étant moulée d'une seule pièce avec la membrane souple (30), caractérisé par le fait que la bague (40) porte une saillie annulaire (41) entourant ladite ouverture (42), la tête de distribution (20, 120) étant munie d'une gorge annulaire (25) recevant une gorge annulaire (34) que présente la membrane souple (30) et qui entoure le dôme de compression (32) de la membrane souple (30), la saillie annulaire (41) de la bague (40) étant insérée dans la gorge annulaire (34) de la membrane souple (30).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le clapet d'admission (33) est avantageusement moulé d'une seule pièce avec la membrane souple (30).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la tête de distribution (20, 120) est montée tournante entre au moins deux positions, une position dans laquelle une communication entre la chambre de compression (50) et le récipient (1, 8, 101) est fermée et une position où ladite communication est ouverte.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un flacon rigide (1, 101) sur lequel est fixé un support (10, 110), la tête de distribution (20, 120) étant solidarisée axialement audit support (10, 110) et libre de tourner par rapport à celui-ci.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le support (10, 110) présente une jupe extérieure cylindrique interne (13) logée de façon étanche dans l'espace annulaire compris entre une partie tubulaire interne (23) et une partie tubulaire externe (24) que comporte la tête de distribution (20, 120).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 3, 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi de la jupe extérieure cylindrique interne (13) du support (10, 110) est traversée par une lucarne (18), les parties tubulaires interne (23) et externe (24) de la tête de distribution (20, 120) étant munies respectivement d'une fente longitudinale (26) et d'un passage (27) situés en regard, le passage (27) débouchant dans la chambre de compression (50) et étant obturable par le clapet d'admission (33), la jupe extérieure cylindrique interne (13) du support (10, 110) et la partie tubulaire interne (23) de la tête de distribution (20, 120) communiquant avec le récipient (1, 8, 101), la fente longitudinale (26) et le passage (27) étant placés en regard de la lucarne (18) dans la position de la tête de distribution (20, 120) par rapport au support (10, 110) pour laquelle la communication entre la chambre de compression (50) et le récipient (1, 8, 101) est ouverte.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient (8) est une poche souple logée à l'intérieur du flacon rigide (1, 101) et solidarisée de façon étanche à un manchon (19) prolongeant vers l'intérieur du flacon (1, 101) la jupe extérieure cylindrique interne (13) du support (10, 110), le fond du flacon rigide (1, 101) comportant un orifice (3) de reprise d'air.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient est le flacon rigide (1, 101) et l'ensemble comprend un tube plongeur (7) plongeant jusqu'au voisinage de la partie inférieure du flacon rigide (1, 101) et étant relié, à sa partie supérieure, à la jupe extérieure cylindrique interne (13) du support (10, 110).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la bague (40) est réalisée par surinjection d'une matière rigide sur la membrane souple (30).
