Claims (16)

  1. Equipement sanitaire préfabriqué destiné, en construction de bâtiments, à raccorder des installations sanitaires (W, T, B) prévues en façade, comme des cuvettes de lavabo (W), des cuvettes de WC (T), des bidets (B) ou similaires, sur ou dans une cloison (R) d'un local, et avec des canalisations (L), posées, de préférence, au voisinage, sur la cloison (R) du local et servant à l'alimentation et à l'évacuation nécessaires pour l'arrivée d'eau propre et le départ d'eaux usées, en prévoyant des pièces des installations sanitaires (W, T, B), telles que des chasses d'eau (K) pour les cuvettes de WC (T) ou similaires incorporées dans l'équipement sanitaire (S), que l'on peut revêtir de carreaux de céramique ou peindre après son installation, de telle façon qu'un évidement (3), requis pour l'entretien et situé dans l'équipement sanitaire (S), permette aussi le contrôle et la réparation des composants placés dans l'équipement sanitaire (S), en prévoyant, de plus, dans l'équipement sanitaire (S), des éléments de support (7) pour le montage des installations sanitaires (W, T, B) dans l'équipement sanitaire (S) et des éléments de fixation (11), destinés à relier l'équipement sanitaire (S) à la cloison (R) du local, et/ou à un autre équipement sanitaire (S), de telle façon qu'ils ne dépassent pas du contour extérieur de l'équipement sanitaire (S), et, de plus, en enrobant toutes les installations sanitaires (W, T, B) et tous les éléments de support (7) dans un corps de remplissage (10) en mousse de matière plastique expansée, et cela de telle façon que les raccords de canalisations nécessaires pour les installations sanitaires (W, T, B) soient au plus dans l'alignement du contour extérieur de l'équipement sanitaire (S),
    caractérisé en ce que
    a) des compartiments du corps de remplissage (10), non utilisés fonctionnellement, sont réalisés sous la forme de volumes creux (15),
    b) les zones de raccordement du corps de remplissage (10), situées côté façade et voisines des volumes creux (15), pour les installations sanitaires (W, T, B) et/ou pour la cloison (R) du local, sont munies, au moins partiellement, d'armatures (9),
    c) chacun des éléments de fixation (11) sont appliqués sur la cloison (R) ou sur un autre équipement sanitaire (S) avec une douille d'écartement (lld) ou similaire, de façon à compenser des irrégularités des surfaces en contact des équipements sanitaires (S) et/ou de la cloison (R) et de façon à garantir l'orientation dans l'espace de l'équipement sanitaire (S).
  2. Equipement sanitaire suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé sous la forme d'un module et qu'une ou plusieurs installations sanitaires (W, T, B) sont prévues au choix.
  3. Equipement sanitaire suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de construction et éléments fonctionnels requis sont enrobés de mousse de matière plastique de façon imperdable.
  4. Equipement sanitaire suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des volumes sont préformés, ou sont usinés avec enlèvement de copeaux, dans le corps de remplissage (10) pour les éléments de construction et les éléments fonctionnels requis, et en ce que ceux-ci sont interchangeables dans ces volumes.
  5. Equipement sanitaire suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est enveloppé, au moins en partie, par un habillage de recouvrement (16) présentant des évidements pour les zones où seront raccordées les installations sanitaires (W, T, B).
  6. Equipement sanitaire suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on peut appliquer sur lui un autre habillage (16), de configuration analogue, qui s'étend jusqu'au plafond (D) du local, et qui sert d'enveloppe pour les canalisations requises.
  7. Equipement sanitaire suivant la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'habillage (16) est équipé, au moins en partie, d'une armature (9).
  8. Equipement sanitaire suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'armature (9) est constituée de panneaux de bois ou de particules.
  9. Equipement sanitaire suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'armature (9) est entourée de la matière plastique sur toutes ses faces.
  10. Equipement sanitaire suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il peut être fixé sur la cloison (R) par des boulons d'ancrage filetés (11g), qui sont chacun entourés concentriquement par la douille d'écartement (11d).

  15. Equipement sanitaire suivant la revendication 13 ou la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la surface pour clef (11f), l'écrou de blocage et la partie du boulon d'ancrage fileté (11g) dépassant de l'écrou de serrage (11i) sont introduits dans un évidement (11a) du coté façade.
  16. Equipement sanitaire suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des pieds d'appui (12) réglables en hauteur.
