Definitions
- the description refers to a mullion-transom system with posts, which on the outside with a first sealing strip are provided, which in a U-shaped, a rear cross-section having groove is stored, as well as with crossbars, which cross to the Posts are to be arranged and the front of each Connect the posts with the crossbars on one outside are provided with a second sealing strip on the edge and a front notch to rest on the post exhibit.
- Mullion and transom systems of the type described are from the State of the art in a wide variety of designs known. They serve as construction elements, for example around glazed facades, conservatories or similar to to build.
- the washers, which are used from the outside, are against internal sealing strips and are held by the mullion-transom system.
- the fixation the panes are made using additional screwed outer Pressure strips, which also have outer sealing strips are provided. In this way, the Discs to the outside environment.
- DE-C-41 24 820 describes a mullion-transom system, at which placed a crossbar on a support surface of the post and which has the features of the preamble of claim 1. There is no notching, but rather the Post in the support area of the transom only the seal recessed. This results in between the posts and Crossbars very significant differences in height, which require very high sealing strips, to compensate for these differences in height.
- the invention has for its object a mullion-transom system to create which with simple construction and simple, inexpensive to manufacture, easy to assemble and has a high degree of operational safety, in particular with regard to external sealing and drainage of condensate and rainwater.
- the object is characterized by the features of Main claim solved, the sub-claims show more advantageous embodiments of the invention.
- the mullion-transom system according to the invention stands out by a very cheap construction. Since the posts on the Outside at its edge area with a U-shaped, are provided in the cross-engaging groove, the two legs of the groove form a flat contact surface, to which the outside of the at its front notched bar can be placed. A high follows from this Level of structural stability. In addition, the assembly considerably easier since there are no milled-out areas on the posts themselves, Notches or similar are provided. The necessary Sealing strip can be cut off and in a simple manner be inserted into the profile grooves of the posts. Hereby assembly is considerably simplified.
- the crossbar according to the invention has, due to its flat exterior also a high degree of strength where it is possible to use the crossbar as a box profile, or also as a flat, strip-like profile.
- the inventive anchoring of the second Sealing strip is very easy to manufacture on the one hand and other very cheap in terms of assembly, since the sealing strip in easiest on the mushroom-shaped retaining bridge of the bolt can be attached.
- the mullion-transom system according to the invention can be installed vertically, for example to build vertical, glazed facades.
- the posts and transoms in any desired, any to incorporate angular orientation or inclination.
- the system is not limited to the fact that the Posts and transoms arranged at right angles to each other are, rather they are also angular misalignments possible, but preferably the glass panes are each arranged in one plane.
- the thickness of the first sealing strip, which is attached to the post in is essentially equal to the sum of the thickness of the second Sealing strip of the cross bar and the flat outer area of the Crossbar. In this way there is a flat contact surface the infill, on which, for example, the glass pane is hangable.
- the described according to the invention Design of the sealing strips of the post and the cross bar enables the described dimensioning in completely unproblematic way.
- the thickness of the second sealing strip of the crossbar is the same the sum of the thickness of the second outer region of the longitudinal bar and the thickness of the third sealing strip of the longitudinal bar.
- the anchoring of the second sealing strip chosen according to the invention by means of a mushroom-shaped holding bridge is special favorable, since this mushroom-shaped holding bridge in the area of Notch of the longitudinal bar quickly and easily removed can be (is outside the visible range).
- the third sealing strip on the second outside area of the longitudinal bar is favorable, it is still possible the third sealing strip with a very low Design thickness.
- the post, the crossbar and the Longitudinal bars in their central area have two to each other parallel anchoring grooves in which thermal Separators for storing a holding profile of the post, the Cross bar or the longitudinal bar are held.
- the thermal Separators and the retaining profiles are from the state of the Technology known, they serve to anchor the posts, Cross bars and longitudinal bars with each other (for example by means of bolts inserted into the holding profile) and the Attachment of an outer pressure bar.
- the anchoring grooves are each designed with a different height, to cause the retaining profiles to be installed in the State in one level.
- the Sealing strip with an elastically deformable, outward facing outer lip is provided, which is in the infill extends.
- the sealing strip can be preferred Equipped with an inner lip facing inwards be which lies against the anchoring groove. It can thus an additional sealing effect in the edge area of the individual slices. Continue to educate the inner lips a sealing channel, which for insulation can serve because additional convection currents are prevented become.
- the mullion-transom system includes an as Hollow profile post 1, on the outer wall 18 by means of extended webs 19 on the edge U-shaped, one engaging grooves 3 in one piece are trained.
- the two legs of each groove 3 are in one level, which is also the support level of a first Sealing strip 2 forms (see FIG. 4).
- the sealing strip 2 is with provided a foot 20 which engages behind the groove 3 can be inserted or pushed in.
- Fig. 4 is the first sealing strip 2 with an outer lip 16 and an extended inner lip 17.
- a plate 22 is formed in one piece, on which anchoring grooves 13 are provided, in which each other parallel dividers 14 are attached.
- the dividers 14 can for example be made of a plastic material his. On their outside, the dividers 14 wear a essential U-shaped holding profile 15, which from the State of the art known, so that to a detailed Description can be dispensed with.
- FIG. 4 also shows a double-walled glass pane 23, which is placed against the first sealing strips 2.
- the Glass pane is on the outside by means of a pressure bar 24 held by a screw 25 on the holding profile 15 is anchored.
- the pressure bar 24 carries on its inside Sealing strip 26 and is outwardly through a cover profile 27 covered. This construction is also from the Prior art known.
- Crossbar 4 also a box-shaped Profile on which with a first, a flat plate forming outer area 7 is provided.
