Claims (9)
- In Druckmaschine einsetzbare, ein Band (7) enthaltende Kassette (2) mit einem Gehäuse (18,19),das mit zwei Kassettenarmen (20,21) ausgestattet ist, an deren freien Enden jeweils ein Umlenkelement (13,14) für das freie Trum (15) des Bandes (7) vorgesehen ist, und wobei an dem Kassettenarm (21), der der Hülse (28) zugeordnet ist, auf die das Band (7) aufgewickelt wird, ein nach vorne über das Gehäuse (18,19) vorstehendes Leitblech (56) für das Band (7) befestigt ist,in dem zwei im seitlichen Abstand angeordnete, drehbar gelagtere Hülsen (25, 26, 27, 28) angeordnet sind, wobei das Band (7) von der einen Hülse (26) abgespult, an einem zwischen dem freien Trum (15) des Bandes (7) und der Kassette (2) angeordneten Druckkopf (16) vorbeigeführt und auf die andere Hülse (28) aufgespult wird,und an dem eine Durchgangsbohrung (50) zum Einstecken eines Aufnahmebolzens (52) der Druckmaschine (1) angebracht ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Leitblech (56) azimutal verschwenkbar am Gehäuse (18,19) gelagert ist, und daß die Länge der Kassettenarme (29,21) großer als die des Leitblechs (56) ist. - Kassette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leitblech (56) in einer zurückgeschwenkten Stellung allenfalls seitlich über das Gehäuse (18,19) vorsteht.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kassette (2) bei zurückgeschwenktem Leitblech (56) einlegbar ist.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Wendekassette jedem Umlenkelement (13, 14) ein Leitblech (56) zugeordnet oder zuordbar ist.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leitblech (56) abnehmbar und auf das gegenüberliegende Umlenkelement (13 oder 14) aufsteckbar ist.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse der Kassette (2) im wesentlichen aus zwei parallelen Gehausehälften (18, 19) besteht, zwischen denen die Hülsen (25,26,27,28) angeordnet sind.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsbohrung (50) durch die Bohrung einer Lagerhülse (51) gebildet ist, die in einen Durchbruch einer Gehäusehälfte (19) eingesetzt ist.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsbohrung (50) aufeiner Quer-Symmetrieebene (58) der Kassette (2) angeordnet ist und sich an einem Kassettenende (49) befindet, während Umlenkelemente (13, 14; 22, 23) für das freie Trum (15) des Bandes am entgegengesetzten Ende der Kassette (2) angeordnet sind.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nutzbare Breite einer Druckzeile des Druckkopfes (16) und/oder der Führungen für einen Aufzeichnungsträger größer als die Breite des Bandes (7), insbesondere ein Mehrfaches davon ist.
