Gemäß der Erfindung wird der Formzylinder 95 durch eine Entnahme-Anordnung 90 mittels Greifern 92 und 93 herausgehoben. Die Greifer 92 und 93 halten den Formzylinder 95 jeweils in den Nuten 51 in dessen Zapfen 520, 520'. Die Entnahme-Anordnung 90 fährt anschließend auf dem Schienengestell 23 von dem Druckwerk weg und dreht den Formzylinder um eine Drehachse 900 in die senkrechte Lage. Der Greifer 93 wird nach unten in Richtung eines Pfeils K von dem Zapfen 520' abgeschwenkt, so daß der Formzylinder 95 von unten frei zugänglich ist und seine Hülse 96 durch eine hier nicht dargestellte Wechselvorrichtung gegen eine Ersatzhülse austauschbar ist. Der Greifarm 901 ist vorzugsweise zusätzlich noch gegenüber dem Greifarm 902 einzeln verfahrbar. Mittels der Klemmvorrichtung umgreift er den Zapfen 520' des Formzylinders 95 und dreht diesen um 90° um seine Drehachse in Richtung eines Pfeils L nach oben. In dieser Position ist die Hülse 96 des Formzylinders 95 mittels einer hängend angeordneten und hier nicht dargestellten Abziehvorrichtung von dem Formzylinder 95 abziehbar und gegen eine Ersatz-Hülse austauschbar. Figur 11 zeigt wieder die Bogendruckmaschine 1 mit einem oberhalb des Druckwerksturms angeordneten Gestell 11', das größer ausgebildet ist als das Gestell 11 (Fig. 10). Der Greifarm 901 der Hubvorrichtung 9 ist wieder so ausgebildet, daß er allein den Formzylinder 95 mit der auswechselbaren Hülse 96 zu tragen vermag. Im Unterschied zu der anhand von Fig. 10 dargestellten Ausführungsform der Erfindung dreht der Greifarm 901 in diesem Fall den Formzylinder 95 um 90° nach unten, so daß dieser senkrecht an ihm hängt. Durch eine hier nicht dargestellte Entnahme-Vorrichtung läßt sich dann die Hülse 96 des Formzylinders 95 nach unten abziehen, wobei vorzugsweise der andere Greifarm 902 der Hubvorrichtung 9 nach unten (Doppelpfeil C) weggefahren ist, um Platz zu schaffen, wie in Fig. 11 dargestellt.FIG. 11 again shows the sheet-fed printing press 1 with a frame 11 ′ which is arranged above the printing unit tower and is larger than the frame 11 (FIG. 10). Weil bei dieser Bogendruckmaschine 1 das Gestell 11 oder 11' nicht vorhanden ist, läßt sich der an dem Greifarm 901 gehaltene Formzylinder um seinen Zapfen 520' oberhalb des Druckwerksturms in der waagrechten Ebene in Richtung eines Pfeils M drehen, nachdem der andere Greifarm 902 der Hubvorrichtung 9 wieder ein Stück nach unten aus dem Schwenkbereich des Greifarms 901 ausgefahren ist. Anschließend läßt sich die Hülse 96 waagrecht durch eine hier ebenfalls nicht dargestellte Entnahmevorrichtung von dem Formzylinder 95 abziehen und durch eine andere Ersatz-Hülse austauschen. Durch die entsprechenden umgekehrten Bewegungsabläufe wird der Formzylinder 95 wieder in seine Lagerung 50 in der Bogendruckmaschine 1 eingesetzt.Another variant of this sheet-fed printing machine 1 is shown in FIG. 12. Claims (18)

  1. Printing machine (16) having at least one forme cylinder (95) carrying a printing forme in the form of a sleeve (96) adhering in a force-fitting manner to its casing, the sleeve (96) of which forme cylinder can be exchanged by a replacement sleeve by removing it from the casing, the forme cylinder (95) being inserted in the printing machine (16) in a mounting (50), from which it can again be removed, characterised in that the forme cylinder (95) has fixedly predetermined interfaces or adapters for the accurate mounting (50) on the printing machine (16) with respect to lateral and peripheral register, the printing machine (16) has a removal device (90) for removing the forme cylinder (95) from its mounting (50), wherein in the removal device (90) for exchanging the sleeve (96) there is a holding means (92) for holding the forme cylinder (95) on one of its journals (520) whilst the other journal (520') is free, and wherein a sleeve-exchanging device removes the sleeve (96) from the forme cylinder (95) and exchanges it for the replacement sleeve.
  2. Printing machine (16) according to claim 1, characterised in that the removal device (90) has two gripper arms (92, 93) with which it pivots the forme cylinder (95) out of its mounting (50), it rotates the forme cylinder (95) about one of its transverse axes until it hangs perpendicularly on one of the gripper arms (92), and then the other gripper arm (93) is pivoted away from the forme cylinder (95) so that it hangs freely and its sleeve (96) can be removed in a downwards direction.
  3. Printing machine (16) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the removal device (90) is arranged near, below or above the respective printing unit of the printing machine (16).
  4. Printing machine (16) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a delivery magazine with a drum store or a chain store is provided.
  5. Printing machine (16) according to claim 4, characterised in that the forme cylinders (95) mounted in the drum store or chain store are rotatable respectively about their own longitudinal axes and are cleaned by a cleaning device on their casing surface while the forme cylinders (95) rotate respectively about their longitudinal axes.
  6. Printing machine (16) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that [there is] an imaging unit (14, 15; 25; 37; 48, 49) for re-imaging of the sleeve (96) of the forme cylinder (95), the latter being rotated about its longitudinal axis during imaging.
  7. Printing machine (16) according to claim 6, characterised in that the imaging unit has an erasure device for erasing the printed image of the sleeve (96) of the forme cylinder (95), and an imaging device for producing a new printed image on the sleeve (96) of the forme cylinder (95).
  8. Printing machine (16) according to claim 7, characterised in that the imaging unit additionally contains a fixing device for preserving the printed image on the sleeve (96).
  9. Printing machine (16) according to claim 8, characterised in that the imaging unit operates in accordance with the ink jet process, the laser ablation process or the thermal transfer process.
  10. Printing machine (16) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the forme cylinder (95) has receiving means (51, 52) for the first (8) and the second gripper (10) and the lifting device (9).
  11. Printing machine (16) according to claim 11 (sic), characterised in that the forme cylinder (95) has front-end gearing (509), in particular Hirth-type gearing.
  12. Printing machine (16) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the forme cylinder (95) is held by means of a clamping pin (508) in a cylinder clamp (506).
  13. Printing machine (16) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cylinders or the rollers, in particular the forme cylinder (5), can be removed from the mounting (50) out of the side walls (13) of the printing machine (1) by means of a spindle sleeve (501) which is movable with respect to a fixed bearing bushing (500) in the direction of the axis of the forme cylinder (5).
  14. Printing machine (16) according to claim 2, characterised in that the gripper arms (92, 93) are constructed as telescopic gripper arms.
  15. Printing machine (16) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that there is a cylinder-exchanging device with a rail system.
  16. Printing machine (16) according to one of the preceding claims, having two or more printing units, characterised in that the removal device (90) for exchanging the sleeves (96) is arranged between two of the printing units and is used for exchanging the sleeves (96) in the printing units.
  17. Printing machine (16) according to one of claims 1 to 22 (sic), having two or more printing units, characterised in that the removal device (90) for exchanging the sleeves (96) is arranged movably laterally of the printing units so as to be controllable on a rail system, or inductively by means of a wire system extending below the base, or by electrical or optical waves, and is used to exchange the sleeves (96) in the printing units.
  18. Printing machine (16) according to one of claims 1 to 17, having two gripper arms (901, 902), one (901) of which is rotatably mounted either about its vertical or its horizontal axis, by means of which the forme cylinder (95) can be pivoted with its sleeve (96) into a horizontal or vertical position in which it stands or hangs, so that its sleeve (96) can be removed either horizontally to the side, vertically upwards or vertically downwards.
