Claims (4)

  1. Garniture de carde pour chapeaux d'une machine à carder, avec un dispositif de support (2, 6, 8) et une garniture de chapeau (1) posée et fixée dessus, le dispositif de support pouvant être fixé au chapeau et comportant deux éléments (2) qui sont destinés à former un dispositif autoporteur et qui sont assemblés fixement à l'aide de la garniture de chapeau, caractérisée en ce que les éléments (2) sont des éléments de support de la garniture de carde et forment avec la garniture de chapeau (1) un évidement (10) en forme de T ouvert vers le bas, de telle sorte que la garniture de carde peut être fixée par glissement sur une partie en saillie en forme de T formée sur le chapeau.
  2. Garniture de carde selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la garniture de chapeau est constituée de plusieurs bandes en dents de scie (1) agencées parallèlement les unes aux autres.
  3. Garniture de carde selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les bandes en dents de scie (1) comportent à leurs extrémités à chaque fois un tronçon (5) sans dent constitué seulement d'une base (4), au moins un élément de support (2) comporte une barre de fixation (6) qui limite une surface d'appui des bandes en dents de scie (1) sur l'élément de support (2), les bandes en dents de scie (1) reposent sur la barre de fixation (6) et la barre de fixation passe par-dessus les tronçons (5) sans dent des bandes en dents de scie (1) afin de former une fixation par serrage.
  4. Garniture de carde selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons (5) sans dent, par-dessus lesquels passe la barre de fixation (6), des bandes en dents de scie (1) comportent un renflement (7).
