Claims (17)
- Traggestell für eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine zur Aufnahme mindestens einer Druckeinheit (5), die durch ein Zylinderelement (6) mit mehreren Zylindern (7, 8, 9) und dem Zylinderelement (6) zugeordnete Farb- und Feuchtwerke (11, 15) gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichet, dassa) das Zylinderelement (6) und die Farb- und Feuchtwerke (11, 15) an Säulen (30) des Traggestells (2) gelagert sind,b) das Traggestell (2) zumindest in steifer Verbindung mit dem Zylinderelement (6) tragend stabil ist; undc) zumindest Teile des Farb- und Feuchtwerks (11, 15) zu modularen Einheiten (10) zusammengefasst sind, die in Richtung der Rotationsachsen (21) der Zylinder (7, 8, 9) gegenüber dem Zylinderelement (6) verfahrbar sind. - Traggestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Traggestell (2) das gesamte Zylinderelement (6) in Richtung der Rotationsachsen (21) der Zylinder (7, 8, 9) als modulare Einheiten (10; 6) verfahrbar sind.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest Teile des mit dem Farbwerk (11) zusammenwirkenden Feuchtwerkes (15) mit den verfahrbaren Teilen des Farbwerkes (11) zu der Einheit (10) zusammengefasst sind.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ganze Farb- und Feuchtwerke (11, 15) eine verfahrbare Einheit (10) bilden.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Traggestell (2) Laufschienen (19) vorgesehen sind, an denen die Einheit (10) hängend oder aufgestützt verfahrbar gehalten ist.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Zylinderlement (6) Laufschienen (19) vorgesehen sind, an denen die Einheit (10) hängend oder aufgestützt verfahrbar gehalten ist.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verfahrbare Einheit (10) einen eigenen Antrieb aufweist.

- Traggestell für eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine zur Aufnahme eines Durckturumes, bestehend mindestens aus einer Druckeinheit (5), die durch ein Zylinderelement (6) mit mehreren Zylindern (7, 8, 9) und dem Zylinderelement (6) zugeordnete Farb- und Feuchtwerke (11, 15) gebildet wird, einem Falzapparat (3), der durch drehbar gelagerte Schneid- und Falzzylinder gebildet wird und einem Bedruckstoffrollenständer (4), der aus mindestens einer Bedruckstoffrollenlagerung gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Druckeinheit (5) bildenden Elemente (6, 11, 15), die den Falzapparat (3) bildenden wesentlichen Teile und die den Bedruckstoffrollenständer (4) bildenden wesentlichen Teile in dem Traggestell (2) gehalten sind, das zumindest in steifer Verbindung mit den die Druckeinheit (5) bildenden Elementen (6, 11, 15) tragend stabil ist, so dass mindestens Teile des zu modularen Einheiten (10) zusammengefassten Farb- und Feuchtwerkteile (11, 15) in Richtung der Rotationsachsen (21) der Zylinder (7, 8, 9) gegenüber dem Zylinderelement (6) verfahrbar sind.
