Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein einfach aufgebautes einstückiges Zweikammer-Behältnis (1), bestehend aus zwei übereinander angeordneten Abteilungen (2,3), die mittels einer Durchlaßöffnung (4), die durch einen Stopfen (5) verschlossen ist, verbunden sind, sowie einer über dem oberen Behälterteil (3) angebrachten Verschlußkappe (8), die dessen Außenwand teilweise umgreift, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale: a) Der Stopfen weist ein in den oberen Behälterteil reichendes Verbindungsglied (6) auf, dessen Ende (7) als scheibenartiges, rechteckiges Teil ausgebildet ist; b) unter diesem Teil rasten formschlüssig hakenartige Halterungen (12) ein, die das untere Ende einer Handhabe (10) bilden, die an ihrem oberen, aus dem Behältnis herausragenden Ende mit einer Verdickung (13) versehen ist; c) die Handhabe ist mit der Verschlußkappe einstückig über eine elastische Membran (9) verbunden, die im geschlossenen Zustand des Behälters nach innen und nach Entfernung des Stopfens nach außen gestülpt ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neues Zweikammer-Behältnis mit gegenüber bekannten Zweikammerpackungen vereinfachtem Aufbau, jedoch verbesserter Funktionsfähigkeit.
  • Zweikammer-Behälter, die insbesondere zur Konfektionierung kosmetischer Mittel, die Bestandteile enthalten, die bis zu ihrer Anwendung getrennt gehalten werden müssen, da sie sonst miteinander reagieren, vorgesehen sind, sind bereits in mannigfaltigen Erscheinungsformen bekannt geworden.
  • Hinzuweisen ist beispielsweise auf den Doppelkammer-Behälter nach der DE-A 35 28 525, der aus zwei getrennt befüllbaren, übereinander liegenden, zusammensetzbaren Behälterkammern besteht, welche durch ein wenigstens einen Teil der Bodenwand der oberen Behälterkammer bildendes und die untere Behälterkammer verschließendes Trennelement gegeneinander abgeschlossen sind, das durch ein von außen betätigbares Stößelelement geöffnet werden kann, so daß die Komponenten zusammenfließen können und miteinander vermischbar sind, wobei das Trennelement als dicht in einen Durchlaßkanal zwischen der oberen und der unteren Behälterkammer eingesetzter Verschlußstopfen, der durch senkrechte Verschiebung des an ihn angreifenden Stößelelements aus dem Durchlaßkanal in eine der Behälterkammern verdrängbar ist, ausgebildet ist.
  • Eine Weiterentwicklung dieses Zweikammer-Behältnisses stellt der in der DE-A 38 12 343 beschriebene Doppelkammer-Behälter dar, dessen Durchlaßkanal zwischen zwei übereinander angeordneten Behälterkammern mittels eines Trennstopfens verschlossen ist, der mit einem Stößelelement verbunden ist, das als langgestreckte und sich durch die obere Behälterkammer bis in deren offene Mündung erstreckende hohle Auftragsdüse ausgebildet ist, wobei das Stößelelement auf seiner Außenseite mit einem Außengewinde versehen ist, welches mit einem komplementären Gegengewinde in Eingriff steht, das in einem von der Stirnwand eine die obere Behälterkammer zumindest teilweise übergreifenden, drehbar auf ihr gehaltenen und sie abdichtenden Drehkappe in die offene Oberseite der oberen Behälterkammer vorstehenden zylindrischen Ringvorsprung ausgebildet ist. Durch Drehen der Drehkappe im Sinne eines Hineinschraubens der Auftragsdüse in diesen Ringvorsprung ist das freie Ende der Auftragsdüse aus der Stirnwand herausdrückbar.
  • Aus der DE-A 36 11 925 ist eine Taillenflasche mit in der Taillenebene angeordnetem Stopfen zur Aufteilung des Flaschenvolumens in zwei voneinander getrennte Räume, die durch Herausdrücken des Stopfens aus der Taillenebene in den der Flaschenverschlußkappe abgekehrt liegenden Raum miteinander verbindbar sind, bekannt, die so ausgestaltet ist, daß beide Räume ein relativ großes Volumen aufweisen, wobei für das Mischverhältnis beliebige Füllstände vorliegen können, aber trotzdem die zu vermischenden Komponenten sicher zusammengeführt werden. Dies wird dadurch bewerkstelligt, daß zwischen dem Stopfen und der mit dem Schraubgewinde aufsitzenden Flaschenverschlußkappe eine Stangenverbindung derart hergestellt ist, daß die Verschlußkappe eine Stoßschulter besitzt, welche auf dem Stirnende der Verbindungsstange aufliegt.
  • Alle diese beschriebenen Zweikammer-Behälter stellen einsetzbare Verpackungssysteme dar, von denen in der Praxis auch Gebrauch gemacht wird. Sie sind jedoch relativ kompliziert aufgebaut, da sie aus vielen Einzelteilen bestehen, was ihre Fertigung und Konfektionierung verhältnismäßig teuer gestaltet.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung geht daher von der Aufgabenstellung aus, einen mit einem Trennstopfen zum Verschließen von übereinander angeordneten, bis zur Anwendung getrennt gehaltenen einzelnen Abteilungen ausgestatteten Zweikammer-Behälter zu schaffen, der einfach herstellbar und konfektionierbar ist, wenig Einzelbauteile aufweist, jedoch eine sichere Trennung der bis zur Anwendung voneinander getrennt zu haltenden Produkte und, im Anwendungsfall, ein zuverlässiges Vermischen dieser Bestandteile und die Abgabe des Gemisches gestattet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß ein Zweikammer-Behälter geschaffen wird, der einstückig aus einem Ober- und einem Unterteil besteht, die an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen beiden durch einen Stopfen getrennt sind, und der die Merkmale des Hauptanspruchs aufweist.
  • Die Figuren 1 und 2 illustrieren den erfindungsgemäßen Behälter. Figur 1 zeigt beispielhaft einen Behälter im geschlossenen, Figur 2 denselben im geöffneten Zustand.
  • Im einzelnen besteht ein einstückig ausgebildetes Zweikammer-Behältnis (1) aus zwei übereinander angeordneten Abteilungen (2) und (3), die durch eine Durchlaßöffnung (4), vorzugsweise mit gegenüber dem Gesamtumfang des Behältnisses reduziertem Durchmesser, miteinander verbunden sind. Diese Durchlaßöffnung ist durch einen Stopfen (5) verschlossen, der mit einem in den oberen Behälterteil (3) hineinreichenden Verbindungsglied (6) verbunden ist, das an seinem Ende ein scheibenförmiges, tellerartiges oder rechteckiges, beispielsweise quadratisches, Teil (7) aufweist, das vorzugsweise hinterschnitten ist.
  • Die Außenwand des oberen Behälterteils (3) ist teilweise von einer Verschlußkappe (8) umgeben, die bei Anwendung der gebrauchsfertigen Mischung entfernt wird. Diese Verschlußkappe (8) ist über eine elastische Membran (9) einstückig mit einer Handhabe (10) verbunden, deren unterer Teil (11) in das Oberteil (3) des Behälters hineinreicht und hakenförmig (12) ausgebildet ist und das obere Teil (7) des Verbindungsgliedes (6) formschlüssig untergreift. Der aus dem Behältnis (1) herausragende obere Teil der Handhabe (10) ist mit einem verdickten Ende (13) versehen, um das Herausziehen des Stopfens (5) zu gestatten.
  • Dies geschieht, sobald das getrennt abgepackte Produkt angewandt werden soll:
    Das verdickte Ende (13) der Handhabe (10) wird nach oben bewegt und die elastische Membran (9) dadurch nach außen gestülpt; durch die Einwirkung des hakenförmigen unteren Endes (12) der Handhabe (10) auf das obere, scheibenförmig oder rechteckig ausgebildete Ende (7) des Verbindungsgliedes (6) wird der Stopfen (5) aus der Durchlaßöffnung (4) herausgezogen, wodurch sich die Inhalte der unterschiedlichen Abteilungen (2) und (3) vermischen und dem Behältnis entnommen werden können. Auf diese Weise wird ein aufgrund seiner geringen Zahl an Einzelteilen zuverlässiges Doppelkammer-System zur Verfügung gestellt.
  • Die Füllung und Konfektionierung des erfindungsgemäßen Zweikammer-Behältnisses erfolgt auf denkbar einfache Weise: Zunächst wird das untere Behälterteil (2) mit einer Lösung, Emulsion, Dispersion, etc. gefüllt, dann die Durchlaßöffnung (4) durch den Stopfen (5) verschlossen, das obere Behälterteil (3) gefüllt, und anschließend die Verschlußkappe (8) mit ihren integrierten Teilen aufgebracht und das Gesamtbehältnis (1) verschlossen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Zweikammer-Behältnis kann prinzipiell zur Verpackung jedes Produkttyp dienen, der aus zwei Zusammensetzungen besteht, die bis zur Anwendung voneinander getrennt gehalten werden müssen, da sie erst unmittelbar vor bzw. bei der Anwendung miteinander reagieren sollen.
  • Vorzugsweise wird das erfindungsgemäße System in der Kosmetik eingesetzt, beispielsweise in der Haarpflege. Geeignete Produkte sind insbesondere Haarfärbemittel auf Basis von Oxidationsfarbstoffen, die Oxidationsfarbstoff-Vorprodukte einerseits und Oxidationsmittel andererseits bis zur Anwendung getrennt enthalten, und Dauerwellmittel, beispielsweise solche auf Basis von Glycerinmonothioglykolat, die bis zur Anwendung vom wäßrigen Rest der Gesamtzusammensetzung getrennt gehalten werden müssen.
  • Die Teile des erfindungsgemäßen Zweikammer-Behältnisses bestehen vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, beispielsweise Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polyester und Polyamid.
  • Das Gesamtbehältnis kann aus Polyester-Polyamid-Coextrudat bestehen; die Verschlußkappe mit der integrierten elastischen Membran besteht vorzugsweise aus Polyethylen, ebenso der Verschlußstopfen.

Claims (3)

  1. Einstückiges Zweikammer-Behältnis (1), bestehend aus zwei übereinander angeordneten Abteilungen (2) und (3), die mittels einer Durchlaßöffnung (4), die durch einen Stopfen (5) verschlossen ist, verbunden sind, sowie einer über dem oberen Behälterteil (3) angebrachten Verschlußkappe (8), die dessen Außenwand teilweise umgreift, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale:
    a) Der Stopfen (5) weist ein in den oberen Behälterteil (3) reichendes Verbindungsglied (6) auf, dessen Ende (7) als scheibenartiges, rechteckiges Teil ausgebildet ist;
    b) unter diesem Teil (7) rasten formschlüssig hakenartige Halterungen (12) ein, die das untere Ende einer Handhabe (10) bilden, die an ihrem oberen, aus dem Behältnis (1) herausragenden Ende mit einer Verdickung (13) versehen ist;
    c) die Handhabe (10) ist mit der Verschlußkappe (8) einstückig über eine elastische Membran (9) verbunden, die im geschlossenen Zustand des Behälters nach innen und nach Entfernung des Stopfens nach außen gestülpt ist.
  2. Zweikammer-Behältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das scheibenförmig oder rechteckig ausgestaltete Ende (7) des mit dem Stopfen (5) verbundenen Verbindungsglieds (6) zur Aufnahme der hakenartigen Halterungen (12) hinterschnitten ist.
  3. Zweikammer-Behältnis nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Behältnis (1) im Bereich der zwischen den Behälterteilen (2) und (3) befindlichen Durchlaßöffnung (4) gegenüber dem Gesamtdurchmesser des Behälters (1) im Durchmesser verringert ist.
