Claims (25)
- Behälter (1) mit zwei Aufnahmeräumen (3, 5) für getrennt voneinander aufzubewahrende, flüssige Medien (6, 7) , die vor dem Gebrauch miteinander zu vermengen sind, mit einer gemeinsamen Ausgießöffnung (13) für die vermengten Medien, wobei die Aufnahmeräume (3, 5) voneinander durch eine Trennwand (20, 35) getrennt sind, in der mit Hilfe einer an der Verschlußkappe (10) vorgesehenen Einrichtung (36, 40) eine Verbindungsöffnung zwischen den beiden Aufnahmeräumen (3, 5) herstellbar ist, wobei die gemeinsame Ausgießöffnung (13) für die vermengten Medien (6, 7) in der Verschlußkappe (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Behälter (1) aus einem den ersten Aufnahmeraum (3) aufweisenden Unterteil (2) und einem den zweiten Aufnahmeraum (5) aufweisenden Oberteil (4) besteht, wobei der Unterteil (2) des Behälters (1) und der Oberteil (4) des Behälters (1) voneinander getrennte und aneinander festlegbare Teile sind, wobei der Stutzen (11) des Oberteils (4) in einen (Hals) (16) des Unterteils (2) eingreift, und wobei die Trennwand (20, 35) zwischen den Aufnahmeräumen (3, 5) , in der mit Hilfe der an der Verschlußkappe (10) vorgesehenen Einrichtung (36, 40) die Verbindungsöffnung zwischen den Aufnahmeräumen (3, 5) herstellbar ist, am dem Unterteil (2) zugekehrten Ende des Stutzens (11) des Oberteils (4) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkappe (10) auf den Oberteil (4) aufgesetzt und mit Hilfe eines Gewindes (12) über das vom Unterteil (2) abgekehrte Ende Stutzens (11) des Oberteils (4) geschraubt ist, daß zwischen einem vom Stutzen (11) des Oberteils (4) seitlich abstehenden Wandteil (31) und dem freien Rand (30) der Verschlußkappe (10) ein abreißbarer Garantiering (32) vorgesehen ist, daß das dem Unterteil zugeordnete Ende des Stutzens (11) des Oberteils (4) in den Hals (16) eingreift, der von einer dem Oberteil (4) zugekehrten Wand (17) des Unterteils (2) absteht, und daß die Trennwand zwischen den Aufnahmeräumen (3, 5) am in den Hals (16) eingreifenden Ende des Stutzens (11) des Oberteils (4) vorgesehen und eine Membran (20) oder ein in das Ende des Stutzens (11) eingesetzter Verschlußstopfen (35) ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Stutzen (11) ein glockenartiger Wandteil (22) absteht, der mit seinem freien Rand mit der Wand (25) des Unterteils (2) des Behälters (1) verbunden ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verschlußkappe (10) ein rohrförmiger, wenigstens einmal geschlitzter Ansatz (34) vorgesehen ist, dessen freies Ende eine der Membran (20) zugeordnete Schneidkante (36) aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche des die Schneidkante (36) aufweisenden Ansatzes (34) an der Innenfläche des Stutzens. (11) anliegend geführt ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Stutzen (11) ein Stempel (40) vorgesehen ist, dessen freies Ende (42) dem das untere Ende des Stutzens (11) verschließendem Verschlußstopfen (35) zugeordnet ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (40) aus wenigstens zwei gekrümmten Wandteilen (41) besteht, zwischen welchen wenigstens ein Schlitz (43) vorgesehen ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstopfen (35) einen in die Öffnung am unteren Ende des Stutzens (11) vorgesehene Öffnung eingreifenden, ringförmigen Ansatz trägt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite des ringförmigen Ansatzes des Verschlußstopfen (35) eine nach außen weisende Ringrippe (56) vorgesehen ist, die bei eingesetztem Verschlußstopfen (35) den freien Rand (37) eines die Öffnung begrenzenden Wandteils (38) des Stutzens (11) greift.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Außenwand der Verschlußkappe (10) und dem Stempel (40) eine Hülse (39) vorgesehen ist, die an der Innenfläche des Stutzens (11) anliegt.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garantiering (32) eine Aufreißlasche (33) aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei zwischen der Verschlußkappe (10) und dem Wandteil (31) vorgesehenem Garantiering (32) die Schneidkante (36) der Membran (20) bzw. das freie Ende (42) des Stempels (40) dem Verschlußelement (35) unmittelbar benachbart angeordnet ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberteil (4) mit dem Unterteil (2) durch eine Schnappverbindung (24) verbunden ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberteil (4) mit dem Unterteil (2) über den glockenartigen Wandteil (22) durch eine Schnappverbindung (24) verbunden ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnappverbindung (24) am freien Rand des glockenartigen Wandteils (22) des Oberteils (4) und am oberen Ende der Wand (25) des Unterteils (2) angeordnet ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hals (16) in der oberen Wand (17) des Unterteils (2) ein Außengewinde (16) trägt und daß der Stutzen (11) an seinem, dem Unterteil (2) zugekehrten Ende eine Verlängerung (50) aufweist, die am Hals (16) festgelegt ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hals (16) und die Verlängerung (50) durch ein Schraubgewinde miteinander verbunden sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom unteren, dem Unterteil (2) zugekehrten Ende des Stutzens (11) eine Ringrippe (51) in die gleiche Richtung absteht wie die Verlängerung (50), und daß die Ringrippe (51) an der Innenseite des Halses (16) des Unterteils (2) anliegt.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkappe (10) eine durch einen abtrennbaren Verschluß (14) verschlossene Ausgießöffnung (13) aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite des mit dem Stutzen (11) des Behälterteils (4) zusammenwirkenden Ansatzes (39) der Verschlußkappe (10) wenigstens eine Erhöhung (62) und/oder Vertiefung vorgesehen ist, die bei teilweise niedergeschraubter Verschlußkappe (10) eine Verbindungsöffnung zwischen dem Innenraum (5) des Behälterteils (4) und der Umgebung bildet.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite des Ansatzes (39) eine erste Dichtfläche (60) und eine zweite Dichtfläche (61) vorgesehen ist, wobei die erste Dichtfläche (60) mit dem Stutzen (11) des Behälters (4) einer ersten Stellung der Verschlußkappe (10) und die zweite Dichtfläche (61) mit dem Stutzen (11) in einer zweiten Stellung der Verschlußkappe (10) zusammenwirkt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Erhöhungen (62) und/oder Vertiefungen in Richtung der Achse der Verschlußkappe (10) zwischen den Dichtflächen (60) und (61) erstrecken.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhöhung wenigstens ein in Richtung der Achse der Verschlußkappe (10) verlaufender Steg (62) ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung wenigstens eine sich zwischen den Dichtflächen (60) und (61) erstreckende Nut ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der ersten Dichtfläche (60) am freien Rand des Ansatzes (39) kleiner ist als jener der zweiten Dichtfläche (61), die im Bereich des Überganges zwischen Ansatz (39) und Verschlußkappe (10) angeordnet ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 22 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nach außen vorspringend angeordnete Steg (62) von der Dichtfläche (60) zu der Dichtfläche (61) hin höher wird.
