In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 of an inventive Container 1, this consists of a bottle-shaped lower part 2, in which the first receiving space 3 is accommodated, and one on the lower part 2 attached upper part 4, in which the second Recording room 5 is housed for a liquid medium. The The interior of the bottle-shaped lower part 2 serves as the first receiving space 3 for receiving a first liquid medium 6. The Recording space 5 in the upper part 4 receives the second liquid medium 7.

On the upper part 4 containing the second receiving space 5 is one Screw cap 10 on a hollow, tubular nozzle 11 with the help screwed on a thread 12. In the area of its pouring opening 13 is the screw cap 10, for example, by a detachable, preferably with the screw cap 10 one-piece closure part 14 locked. The nozzle 11, on which the cap 10 is screwed is, with its lower end 15 in the neck 16 on the upper end wall 17 of the bottle-shaped lower part 2 and closed there by a membrane 20 so that the receiving space 5 in the upper part 4 of the container 1 from the receiving space 3 in the lower part 2 of the Container 1 is separated, and the liquid media 7 and 6 can't mix with each other.

A bell-shaped wall part 22 protrudes from the nozzle 11, its free edge 23, for example by a snap connection 24 with the wall 25 of the lower part 2 in the area between the Side wall 25 and the upper end wall 17 provided inwards jumping shoulder 26 is connected. So the lower part 2 is with connected to the upper part 4 of the container 1.

Between the lower free edge 30 of the screw cap 10 and one standing substantially vertically to the tubular connecting piece 11 Annular surface 31 of the bell-shaped wall 22 of the upper part 4 is a Guaranteed ring 32 provided by tightening on a tear tab 33 can be removed.

The snap connection 24 between the upper part 4 and the lower part 2 of the container 1 includes one above the shoulder 26 to the outside projecting ring rib on the wall 25 of the lower part 2 and in Area of the free edge of the bell-shaped wall part 22 of the Upper part 4, an inwardly facing ring rib. With each other connected lower part 2 and upper part 4 is the free edge of the Wall portion 22 on the inwardly facing wall area of the shoulder 26 on and the rib on the wall part 22 engages under the rib on the Wall 25 of the lower part 2. So is a simple snap connection 24 given.

The closure cap 10 has an inwardly projecting, hollow, cylindrical projection 34, which is within the nozzle 11 of the upper part 4 is received and preferably with its outer surface abuts the inner surface of the nozzle 11. The approach 34 is in the longitudinal direction interrupted at least once, e.g. by at least one Longitudinal slot. The free, downward-facing edge of shoulder 34 is designed as a cutting edge 36, which is shown in FIG Position of the container 1 in which the two receiving spaces 3 and 5 not yet connected to each other, the the recording rooms 3 and 5 separating membrane 20 is assigned. An unintentional moving the cap 10 down, for example by a screw movement of the cap 10, is by the between its lower edge 30 and the shoulder 31 in the wall 22 the upper part 4 provided guarantee ring 32 prevented. Only after the removal (tearing off) of the guarantee ring 32 can initially cutting edge 36 arranged immediately next to (above) the membrane 20 the cap 10 by screwing the cap down 10 are lowered so that the membrane 20 all around from the second Recording space 5 delimiting nozzle 11 is separated. hereupon are the recording rooms 3 and 5 with each other and the liquid media contained in them can be mixed together become. This position is shown in Fig. 5.

To remove the membrane 20 by the cutting edge 36 on To facilitate approach 34 can be on the edge of the membrane 20, that is, where the cutting edge 36 attacks, a line of weakness (material thinning) be provided.

After the closure part 14 has been separated off at the pouring opening 13 the cap 10 can the mixed medium from the now together connected first and second receiving spaces 3 and 5 poured out or by elastic deformation of the lower part 2 of the container 1 be pushed out.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 largely corresponds the embodiment shown in Figs. 1 to 6 with the Difference that the two recording rooms 3 and 5 are not by one Membrane, but by a closure element 35 in the manner of a stopper are separated from each other. The closure element 35 is in the lower end of the nozzle 11 used in the upper part 4 and is by an outer rib 56 which over the upward end 37 of the Opening limiting wall 38 engages, held. Instead of one continuous rib 36 can also be provided with several retaining projections his. The closure element 35 can also be a full plug be made of (rubber) elastic material.

Around the closure element 35 from its receiving spaces 3 and 5 To be able to push out the separating position is at the Cap 10 a (hollow) stamp 40 arranged in the shown Embodiment two (or more) in cross section has arcuate wall parts 41, the free ends 42 in the 7 shown position (separate receiving spaces 3rd and 5) on the surface of the closure element facing the receiving space 5 35 abut or are arranged just above this. To the removal of the guarantee ring 32 can the cap 10 by a screwing movement can be moved down, the closure element 35, as shown in Fig. 8, from the lower opening of the second receiving space 5 limiting nozzle 11 is pushed out and the liquid contained in the receiving rooms 3 and 5 Can mix media with each other. The further handling is similar to that of FIGS. 1 to 6, it should be pointed out that the stamp 40 on the cap 10, the closure element 35 is assigned, the pouring is not hindered because between through its wall parts 41 through slots 43 are provided.

To ensure that the closure member 35 at overpressure in Recording space 5 is not pushed out of the nozzle 11 without that this is intended, it can be provided that at the free end a support, e.g. a ring is provided which from the inside on the inner surface of the ring wall pointing upwards of the closure element 35 abuts. This will prevent the rib 56 undesirably released from the end 37.

For exact guidance of the closure cap 10 on the with the external thread provided connector 11 is a cylindrical extension 39 provided from the outer wall of the cap 10 down protrudes and guided on the inner surface of the nozzle 11 of the upper part 4 is. This approach 39 also provides an additional seal of the Recording room 5 represents.

The embodiment of the container 1 shown in FIGS. 9 to 14 corresponds to the differences described in 7 and 8 embodiment shown. To connect the bottle-shaped Lower part 2 with the one containing the second receiving space 5 Upper part 4 is at the lower end of the second receiving space 5 to the side bounding wall of the nozzle 11 a Internal thread-bearing extension 50 is provided. The extension 50 can have an external thread on the neck 16 of the bottle-shaped lower part 2 can be screwed. The outer wall 22 of the upper part 4 is seated with its free edge in the edge region of the upper wall 17 of the lower part on and in an annular step molded there.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 14, the inwardly facing, lower edge of the nozzle 11 parallel to the An internally threaded extension 50 of the same has a ring flange 51 provided which engages in the neck 16 of the lower part 2 when the Lower part 2 is connected to the upper part 4, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 12 show.

It should be noted that the one shown in Figs Embodiment instead of the punch 40 for pushing out of the closure member 35 from the lower end of the nozzle 11 when a membrane 20 is provided at the lower end of the nozzle 11, Similar to the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 6, one with the Cap 10 connected cutting device (cutting edge 36) to open the membrane 20, that is, to connect the two receiving spaces 3 and 5 can be provided.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 14, the Cap 10 are moved only after the guarantee ring 32nd has been removed.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 14 has the advantage (see Figs. 9 and 10) that the lower part 2 through a over his neck 16 screwed cap is still closed when the top 4 is not attached. This allows, for example, in a shop, bottom parts 2 and filled with liquid media To combine tops 4 as needed or desired, by upper parts filled with the corresponding liquid medium 4 and lower parts 2 are selected and the two parts of the container 1 after removing the screw cap from the lower part 2 by screwing on of the upper part 4 are connected to each other. This is without Mix the liquid media 6 and 7 in the lower part 2 and in the upper part 4 possible because the receiving space 5 with the liquid medium 7 des Upper part 4 through the closure element 35 or the optionally provided Membrane 20 is closed and only by screwing down the cap 10 is opened by the closure element 35 pressed out of the lower end of the nozzle 11 or cut open the membrane provided at the lower end of the nozzle 11 becomes. Also the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 14 can as a finished unit, namely as a container 1 with each other connected lower part 2 and upper part 4 are available for purchase.

The possibility of container parts filled with different media (Bottom part 2, top part 4) can also be combined in the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 8. There can be on neck 16 of the lower part 2, a cap is put on (snapped on), removed before connecting a lower part 2 to an upper part 4 becomes.

Because certain products tend to create excess pressure, proven an embodiment of the invention, in which during the Unscrew the cap 10 (after tearing off the Guarantee ring 32) automatically for ventilation of room 5 as well as ensuring pressure equalization.

An embodiment of how this can look in detail is shown in 15 to 18. In Fig. 15 a container is shown, the is constructed similarly to the container shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. In this respect, it is therefore possible to refer to the description of FIGS. 7 and 8 shown embodiments are referenced.

In der Praxis sind z.B. vier solcher Rippen 62 an der Außenseite des Ansatzes 39 über den Umfang desselben verteilt vorgesehen.15 to 18 are on the Outside of the neck 39, the top of the cap 10th protrudes inwards and engages in the socket 11 of the upper part 4, two sealing surfaces 60 and 61 are provided. Between the sealing surfaces 60 and 61 is at least one behind on the outside of the extension 39 externally projecting axially aligned rib 62 provided extends between the two sealing surfaces 60 and 61. The between The rib 62 provided on the sealing surfaces 60 and 61 can be any one Have cross-section and can be of that in the area of the free end of the approach 39 provided sealing surface 60 to the other end of the Approach 39 provided sealing surface 61 become higher. In the Practice are e.g. four such ribs 62 on the outside of the neck 39 distributed over the circumference of the same.

The approach 39 lies in the starting position shown in FIGS. 15 and 17 with its sealing surface 60 full and full, so sealing on upper edge of the inside of the nozzle 11. After tearing off of the guarantee tape 32, the cap 10 on the container 4th to, screwed down, the following the sealing surface 60 provided rib 62 (ventilation webs) in the area of the end of the nozzle 11 and this, if they are wedge-shaped increasing, expanding, so that between the rib 62 and the inner surface at least one passage at the upper end of the nozzle 11 becomes free, the pressure equalization between the room 5 and the Environment allowed. Only when fully unscrewing, if so the sealing surface 61 provided in the area of the shoulder 39 is, via which this is connected to the cap 10, in the Area of the upper end of the nozzle 11 passes through Sealing surface 61 again ensures a seal.

It can be provided that the diameter of the sealing surface 60th is smaller than that of the sealing surface 61 and that the at least one (Vent) rib 62 which is triangular or rounded in cross section or has a square cross-section from the sealing surface 60 to the sealing surface 61 becomes higher.

The same effect of ventilation or pressure equalization can can be achieved if at least in the outside of the approach 39 an axially extending groove is provided, which is between the Sealing surfaces 60 and 61 extends.

15 and 16 of the container according to the invention on an enlarged scale, it can be seen that initially in the area of the free end of the Approach 39 provided sealing surface 60 with the free edge of the Stutzens 11 cooperates (Fig. 17) and that after unscrewing the cap 10, the sealing surface 61 of the approach 39 with the free edge of the nozzle 11 cooperates sealingly (Fig. 18). Also is one of preferably a plurality of ribs 62 which are used for the passages between approach 39 and nozzle 11, which are essential for pressure equalization are shown.
