Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Füllen von Kohle in die Ofenkammern einer Koksofenbatterie mit Hilfe eines am Füllwagen angeordneten, teleskopartig ausgebildeten Füllrohres, das mit seinem unteren Ende bis auf den Füllochrahmen der Füllöcher der Koksofenbatterie abgesenkt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende des Füllrohres bei Beginn des Anhebens verschlossen wird und der Verschluß bis zum Beginn des nächsten Füllvorganges aufrechterhalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende des Füllvorganges vor dem Anheben des Füllrohres die im Füllrohr verbliebenen Gase abgesaugt werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beim Anheben des Füllrohres im Füllrohr komprimierten Gase aus dem Füllrohr abgezogen und einer geeigneten Gasbehandlung bzw. Gasreinigung zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschließen des Füllrohres in Abhängigkeit von einem gewissen Mindestabstand des Füllrohres von der Ofendecke erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende des Füllrohres (1) mit einem beweglichen Verschlußorgan versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußorgan als Deckel (7) ausgebildet ist, der mittels zweier Hydraulikzylinder (12; 13) eine Hub- und Senkbewegung sowie eine Schwenkbewegung ausführen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch den Hydraulikzylinder (12) bewirkte Hub- und Senkbewegung des Deckels (7) mittels eines Stoppers (14) gesteuert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Füllrohr (1) und am Auslaufstutzen (2) seitlich Abzugsrohre (17; 19) angebracht sind, die durch ein flexibles Rohrstück (18) miteinander verbunden sind.
