Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer biegsamen Druckplatte (22) auf dem Formzylinder (16) einer Druckmaschine mit mindestens einer in Achsrichtung verlaufenden Zylindergrube (18), die an einer Kante den vorlaufenden Plattenschenkel trägt, die mit einer spitzwinklig zur Zylindermantelfläche auslaufenden Grubenwand (3) gebildet wird, sowie einer weiteren etwa senkrecht zum Zylindermantel stehenden Grubenwand (4) und einem mit den Grubenwänden (3, 4) mit Klemmflächen (6, 7) zusammenarbeitenden Klemmkörper (21), der an einem sich federnd im Grund der Zylindergrube (18) abstützenden Spannbalken (17, 37, 49) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Klemmkörper (21) in Spannrichtung beweglich im Spannbalken (17, 37, 49) aufgenommen ist, sich auf diesem federnd abstützt und auf Anschlag ausfahrbar ist und der Spannbalken (17, 37, 49) sich bis etwa zu den Enden des Zylindermantels erstreckt und dort mittels Betätigungseinrichtungen (32, 33, 39, 53) mit radial auf den Formzylinder (16, 36, 50) gerichteten Kräften beaufschlagbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmkörper (21) in einer Nut (24) des Spannbalkens (17) aufgenommen ist, sich federnd in deren Grund abstützt, an seiner Unterseite Hülsen (27) unter Zwischenlage einer Anschlagscheibe (29) aufgeschraubt sind, wobei jede Hülse (27) durch eine Bohrung (28) des Spannbalkens (17) gesteckt ist und die Anschlagscheibe (29) letztere überdeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmkörper aus aneinandergereihten Klemmstücken (21) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Endbereich des Spannbalkens (17) an jeder Maschinenseitenwand (30, 31) ein Stößel (32, 33) angeordnet ist, der in radialer Richtung durch eine Bohrung (34, 35) des Zylindermantels des Formzylinders (16) auf den Spannbalken (17) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Endbereich des Spannbalkens (49) an einer Maschinenseitenwand (52) ein Stößel (53) angeordnet ist, der in axialer Richtung des Formzylinders (50) ausfahrbar ist und eine schiefe Ebene (54) trägt, die mit einer schiefen Ebene (51) des Spannbalkens (49) zusammenarbeitet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Endbereich des Spannbalkens (37) eine Druckkammer (39) mit einer radial auf den Spannbalken (37) hin auslenkbaren Membran (40) angeordnet ist und die Druckkammer (39) eine Anschlußbohrung (41, 45) aufweist, auf die der Anschlußschuh (43, 48) einer Druckluftquelle aufsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußbohrung (41) im Mantel des Formzylinders (36) mündet und der Anschlußschuh (43) eine Anschlußöffnung (44) in Form eines Langloches aufweist, das von einer Dichtfläche mit der Krümmung des Zylindermantels umgeben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußbohrung (45) in der Stirnseite des Formzylinders (46) mündet und der Anschlußschuh (48) eine Anschlußöffnung (47) in Form eines Kreissegmentes aufweist, das von einer ebenen Dichtfläche umgeben ist.
