Claims (4)
- Steckverbinder, bestehend aus einem wannenförmigen Aufnahmeteil (20) und einem passend in diesen einsteckbaren Steckerteil (1), mit folgenden Merkmalen:wobei die Breite des Steckerteils (1) mit den jeweils gegenüberliegenden Sicherheitsrippen (35,36; 37,38) größer ist als die größte lichte Weite des Steckkanals (27) zwischen den Aussparungen (33,34), die freien Enden (22') der Steckerstifte (22) um einen bestimmten Sicherheitsabstand unterhalb des Abschlußrandes (39) der Seitenwände des Aufnahmeteils (20) liegen und die Sicherheitsrippen (35,36,37,38) von der vorderen Abschlußfläche (7) des Steckerteils um einen Abstand zurückgesetzt sind, der geringer ist als der Sicherheitsabstand der Steckerstifte und auch die entsprechenden Sicherheitsnuten eine entsprechend angepaßte Länge aufweisen.der Aufnahmeteil (20) besitzt einen Steckkanal (27) mit einem langgestreckten, annähernd rechteckigen Querschnitt, der durch längere Längsseitenwände (23,24) und kürzere Querseitenwände (25,26) begrenzt ist und an seinem inneren Ende durch einen Boden (21) abgeschlossen ist, aus welchem eine Vielzahl von Steckerstiften (22) senkrecht emporsteht;der Steckkanal (27) des Aufnahmeteils (20) besitzt aufgrund von Aussparungen (33,34) in den Längsseitenwänden (23,24) etwa im mittleren Bereich eine vergrößerte lichte Weite;der Steckerteil (1) besitzt einen im wesentlichen rechtekkigen Querschnitt mit Längsseitenflächen (3,4) und Querseitenflächen (5,6) und mit einer vorderen Abschlußfläche (7), in welcher Stecköffnungen (8) für den Durchtritt der Steckerstifte (22) zu dahinter liegenden Steckbuchsen angeordnet sind, wobei beim Einführen des Steckerteils (1) in den Aufnahmeteil (20) die Querseitenflächen (5,6) an den Querseitenwänden (25,26) und die Längsseitenflächen (3,4) an Führungsabschnitten (28,20,30, 31) der Längsseitenwände geführt sind,in der Nähe der beiden Endkanten an beiden Längsseitenflächen (3,4) des Steckerteils (1) sind jeweils in Steckrichtung verlaufende Sicherheitsrippen (35,36,37,38) angeformt,in den Längsseitenwänden des Aufnahmeteils (20) sind in der Nähe der beiden Endkanten jeweils komplementäre Sicherheitsnuten (45,46,47,48) zur Aufnahme der Sicherheitsrippen (35,36,37,38) eingeformt,
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitsrippen (35,36,37,38) einer Seitenfläche (3 bzw. 4) gegenüber den Endkanten dieser Seitenflächen jeweils einen unterschiedlichen Abstand besitzen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Sicherheitsrippen (35,36) als Vorsprünge auf einer Codierrippe (12) angeformt ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Sicherheitsrippen an einer auf den Steckerteil (1) aufgesteckten Verschlußplatte (10) angeformt ist.
