Definitions
- the invention relates to a plastic roof panel according to the preamble of the main claim.
- the preamble of the main claim is based on DE-37 13 320-A1, in which a roof covering made of shell-shaped shingles made of plastic is described.
- the aim is that the fastening of the shingles can be carried out more easily than before, and in addition to the usual rafters a profile rail made of metal or plastic is provided, which is nailed onto the rafters and which has such a profile that the lower shingle can be inserted into a groove and the upper shingle is provided with a locking pin with an undercut, in which a web of this profile rail engages. This will fix the shingles on this rail.
- the invention has for its object to provide a plastic roof panel, which is designed in the form of a beaver tail, the individual roof panels are anchored together so that rain protection of the individual panels against each other is achieved without additional components.
- a locking pin is provided on the underside of each roof panel, into which the upper edge region of the adjacent lower panel, which is preferably designed as a step, can be inserted, so that the panel is prevented from being lifted off.
- a rain strip is provided on the underside of the roof plate, which is inserted into a groove in the roof plate underneath, so that a step protection is formed which prevents rain from being pressed under the roof plate even in wind.
- the plates are fixed - as is usual with plain tiles - by nailing them in the area of the nail bar on the rafters.
- each roof tile In order to simulate the strength of conventional roof tiles made of clay, a web is provided on the front edge of each roof tile, which protrudes downward and lies on the adjacent, underlying tile. This will create a Air layer created under the panels, which acts as an insulation layer.
- the size of the groove makes it possible to move the fitted roof panels in such a way that the head-side edge region of the one roof panel engages in the undercut of the locking pin and is thereby fixed.
- two plates (1 and 2) are drawn in beaver tail format, which are arranged next to one another and are in one piece, whereby of course several such plates can also be provided next to one another.
- these two plates form component A and two identical plates form component B , whereby these components ( A and B ) are to be connected to one another.
- each plate 1 or 2 On the foot-side edge of each plate 1 or 2, a web 3 projecting downwards is provided, which simulates the plate thickness towards the outside and creates an air layer.
- a continuous straight strip 4 is provided on the underside and a locking pin 5 on each underside, each having an undercut 6.
- the strip 4 lies between the web 3 and the locking pin 5.
- a groove 7 is provided below a nail bar 15 to the outside, which is formed by an upper wall 12 facing the head-side edge 8 of the plate 1, 2 and a lower wall 11 facing the foot-side edge is.
- the thickness of the undercut 6 is chosen so that it is slightly larger than the thickness of the plate (1 or 2) in the head-side edge region 9, so that it is possible, as is also shown in FIG. 2, that the head-side edge region 9 of the head-side
- the edge 8 of each plate 1 or 2 can be inserted into the undercut 6 of the locking pin 5, the area cooperating with the locking pin 6 being approximately step-like at 14 (step 14).
- the strip 4 lies in the space of the groove 7, ie the arrangement of the groove 7 and the strip 4 are chosen so that these two components interlock in the installed state of the plate A and B before the head-side edge region 9 into the undercut 6 is introduced. If the head-side edge region 9 is then guided up to the rear end of the undercut 6, the strip 4 runs within the space of the groove 7, specifically in such a way that it is preferably in contact with the head-side edge region 9 at the rear end of the Undercut 6 rests on the inner side of the lower wall 11 of the groove 7. As a result, a stage for the rainproofness is formed at the same time, ie when the wind is heavy, it must press the rain through the labyrinth, which is created by the cooperation between bar 4 and groove 7.
- the front edge 10 of the web 3 continues to lie on the top of the underlying plate 1 or 2, as shown in FIG. 3, ie the height h of the web 3 is selected such that the front edge 10 of the web 3 is flush with the underside of the undercut 6, as can also be seen in FIG. 3.
- the width b of the groove 7 is greater than the depth of the undercut 6.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
