Definitions
- the invention relates to a trolley, in particular one Monorail with a short height.
- a trolley with a Hoist in particular a monorail with a short overall height known the one running on the lower flange of a rail and on a support frame has mounted impellers.
- One of these wheels is powered and not directly connected to the support frame, but on a swing arm stored, which is pivotally arranged on the support frame.
- a friction wheel is arranged on the rocker arm, which from below on the The lower flange of the rocker rests and the drive with the driven impeller is connected.
- the friction and the impeller are in Viewed from the direction of travel offset from each other and can be Frictional reinforcement by pivoting the rocker on the Bottom flange of the rail.
- This trolley proves itself for applications where high Frictional reinforcements are required to be advantageous, however the arrangement of the carrying and friction wheels on the rocker and the eccentric storage of the same on the support frame in the event that the high frictional reinforcement is not necessary, a constructive complex solution.
- a trolley with a from US-PS 2,617,365 a rail running chassis known, on which a hoist is arranged is.
- the undercarriage is drivable with a tow bar Drive unit connected with two on the lower flange of the I-shaped Rail movable wheels is provided.
- the wheels are drive connected via gears with one friction wheel each, which on the Bottom of the flange slightly offset in the direction of travel Impellers.
- the friction wheels are arranged on a shaft and driven by a drive motor via a chain.
- the drive motor is on a support plate in which the axes or the shaft of the barrel and Friction wheels are attached, arranged such that the weight of the Drive motor via the support plate acting as a lever to an increase the contact pressure of the running and friction wheels on the lower flange and thus too leads to a frictional reinforcement.
- connection of the chassis the length of the trolley via the tow bar with the drive unit is significantly enlarged.
- This construction also ensures a frictional reinforcement between the wheels and friction wheels and the rail, but this reinforcement depends on the weight of the Drive motor and very low. Besides, this reinforcement is not adjustable and takes into account the different loading conditions the trolley is not.
- This type of drive of the trolley is due to the adjustability of the The contact pressure of the friction wheel is suitable for many applications, however the friction wheel has to be in the case of non-driven impellers transfer required driving forces, made of rubber or plastics be produced with good friction properties. This results in Drive problems, provided the coefficient of friction due to moisture lose weight. In addition, by adjusting the contact pressure of the driven friction wheels the different loading conditions of the Trolley not to be considered.
- motor trolleys according to DE-PS 254 028 with one of at the bottom of the rail adjustable and drive-less counter wheel known.
- the counter wheel is so swinging on a support frame with wheels arranged that a gap when traveling in horizontal rail sections remains between the counter wheel and the rail and in incline and The opposite wheel descends due to the load indirectly acting on it is pressed against the rail from below. This will create a load-dependent frictional reinforcement between the wheels and the rail it acts.
- Such motor trolleys do indeed allow a load-dependent Frictional reinforcement in inclines and descents, however not for horizontal sections that are usually used for trolleys Hoists are used.
- DE-PS 491 527 is a bottom flange trolley with a short Height known.
- This trolley essentially consists of one Hoist, a support frame, a chassis with drive and one Counterweight.
- the hoist and the drive are on opposite sides of an I-shaped rail from below encompassing support frame and at about the same height level with the Rail attached.
- On the opposite side of the hoist Support frame is arranged a counterweight to the trolley in such a way balance that center of gravity under the middle of the rail lies.
- this short trolley has a low overall height, it is durable the eccentric arrangement of the Husswerk to balance the Trolley a counterweight necessary. This will add one disadvantageous increase in dead weight usually also the size of the Trolley increases, especially when the counterweight is on lever arms the support frame is attached.
- DE - AS 1 259 070 discloses a trolley which consists of a support frame with wheels mounted on axles which can be rolled on the lower flange of a rail.
- a pivotable lever element is arranged on the support frame, on which a friction wheel driven by the travel drive is rotatably mounted in the center with respect to the middle of the rail. Only the trolley friction wheel is driven; the wheels only roll freely on the rail.
- a spring element is arranged between the lever element and the support frame. The contact pressure is only applied via the preloaded spring element, so that the contact pressure is almost constant regardless of the load.
- This type of drive of the trolley is suitable for many applications due to the adjustability of the contact pressure of the friction wheel, but the friction wheel has to be used to transmit the required driving forces, especially for heavy loads, such as are regularly given for overhead cranes with hoists Rubber or plastics must be made with good friction properties. This results in drive problems if, for example, the coefficient of friction decreases as a result of moisture.
- a generic monorail trolley from FR 73 26 334 which consists of a support frame with wheels mounted on axles, which can be moved on the lower flange of a rail.
- a load suspension device, a travel drive and a pivotable lever element are arranged on the support frame in this monorail trolley.
- a friction wheel is rotatably mounted on the free end of the lever element.
- a spring element is arranged between the lever element and the support frame.
- the travel drive drives the wheels and the friction wheel synchronously via meshing gears.
- the monorail undercarriage described in FR 73 26 334 is specially designed as a climbing-capable undercarriage.
- this monorail undercarriage With this monorail undercarriage, the axes of the impellers are therefore a small distance apart from the impeller diameter.
- the synchronous drive of all wheels enables this monorail undercarriage to handle vertical rail ascents safely.
- the load is suspended in the middle of the undercarriage as seen from above. In this way, an even load distribution is achieved across all four wheels, which improves its running and climbing properties.
- the disadvantage of this monorail trolley is that the center distance of the wheels is chosen to be relatively small.
- the invention was based on the object of a trolley, in particular one To create monorail with a short overall height, which in addition to being compact and constructive simple design has a particularly reliable drive, which is also relative is low wear.
- the basic idea of the invention is not only that resilient friction wheel positioned against the lower flange of the rail, but also additionally a single impeller, especially that of the friction wheel to drive opposite. This is the main advantage achieved that in addition to that achieved by the adjustable friction wheel Frictional reinforcement between the friction wheel and the rail as well indirectly also between the wheels and the rail load-dependent frictional engagement between the driven impeller and the rail through the over the support frame and the wheels initiated forces is reached.
- the arrangement of the friction wheel seen in the direction of travel between the Impellers lead to a distribution of the contact pressure of the friction wheel the four wheels and thus a particularly stable one Four-point support of the wheels.
- the trolley according to the invention when designing the trolley according to the invention as Monorail with a short overall height advantageously on the arrangement a counterweight on the side opposite the hoist to be dispensed with, on the one hand from the direct arrangement of the Impellers to the housing of the hoist have a lower eccentricity Hoist results and on the other hand the remaining forces from the Friction wheel can be introduced into the lower flange of the rail. Of the thereby occurring wheel pressure of the friction wheel from below is over the Transfer the lever element to the wheels.
- the The center of the rail is slightly offset from the travel drive Load suspension means to a lower torsional stress on the Rail.
- Fig. 1 the trolley according to the invention is in one Exploded view shown.
- the trolley consists essentially of a hoist 1 with an electric motor drive 2 and one Running gear with three non-driven wheels 3 and one driven impeller 3a, which on a lower flange 4 a partially I-shaped rail 5 shown are movable.
- the hoist 1 is connected to a support frame 7.
- the support frame 7 is in Driving direction seen from two L-shaped one behind the other Frame parts 21, which at the end facing away from the hoist via a Traverse 22 aligned parallel to the direction of travel with one another are connected.
- the parallel to each other and arranged transversely to the direction of travel axes 6a, 6b are on the Axles 6a, 6b pushed gear wheels 10a, 10b together in terms of drive connected, the impeller 3 via an output gear 11 Travel drive 12 is drivable.
- the gears are preferred 10a, 10b formed as sprockets, which are part of the running and Friction wheels 3a, 9 are.
- the axis 6a arranged on the support frame 7 pivotable lever element 8 is by a on the support frame 7th supporting spring element 13 adjustable so that the friction wheel 9 from below by pivoting the lever element 8 to the lower flange 4 of the Rail 5 and the carrying wheel 3a indirectly from above onto the lower flange 4th be pressed.
- Fig. 2 is a side view of the monorail with a short height shown. It can be seen in addition to Fig. 1 that the hoist rope 14 according to a 4/1 reeving arranged on the support frame 7 Pulley 15 is deflected, the fixed point 19 (see FIG. 3) of the Hoist rope 14 is located on the hoist 1.
- the hoist 1 is corresponding the embodiment with its longitudinal direction parallel, laterally next to and at approximately the same height as the lower flange 4 of the rail 5 arranged.
- Fig. 3 is a front view of Fig. 2 is shown, from which the direct attachment of two running wheels 3 to the I-shaped rail 5 facing side of the housing of the hoist 1 can be seen.
- the Housing of the hoist 1 and the support frame 7 are in the direction of travel seen front and back each with opposite triangular Provide projections 16 which form U-shaped recesses 17.
- the Recesses 17 enclose the lower flange 4 of the rail 5 below Maintaining a gap.
- One is in each case in the recesses 17 a vertical axis rotatable guide roller 18 arranged on the Rolls sides of the lower flange 4.
- the projections 16 serve as Fall protection.
- the center of the load suspension device 21st by a distance a from the center of the rail 5 to the lever element 8 is staggered.
- the amount of the distance a corresponds to that off-center weight effect with maximum load on the trolley of the hoist 1 designed as an electric train, so that the Torsional stress on the rail 5 at maximum load on the Trolley is minimal.
- FIG. 4 shows an enlarged partial view of FIG. 2 with a Sectional view in the area of the lever element 8.
- the lever element 8 is pivoted at one end on an axis 6a.
