Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordung zum Haltern einer festen, senkrecht stehenden, geraden Trennwand, insbesondere in einer Duschabtrennung, an einer Raumwand, bei der die Trennwand mit einer senkrechten Kante etwa rechtwinklig an der Raumwand befestigt ist und bei der ein versteifender, diagonal angeordneter Eckverbinderstab einen im Abstand von der Raumwand liegenden ersten, festen Verbindungspunkt an der Oberkante der Trennwand mit einem zweiten Verbindungspunkt an der Raumwand verbindet, der sich im Abstand vom Befestigungspunkt der Trennwand an der Raumwand befindet.
Eine solche Anordung ist bereits aus der DE-U-84 08 029 bekannt, in der ein Eckverbinder zur Erziehung eines winkelsteifen Anschlusses einer Trennwand an einer Raumwand oder an einer anderen festen Trennwand beschrieben wird. Der Eckverbinder ist mit seinen beiden Enden mit je einem Anschlußstück fest verbunden, das einerseits mit der zu halternden Trennwand und andererseits mit der Raumwand oder der anderen festen Trennwand fest verbunden ist. Zwischen dem Verbindungspunkt der zu befestigenden Trennwand an der Raumwand oder dergleichen und den beiden Anschlußstücken ensteht eine Dreiecksverbindung, die zu einem winkelsteifen Anschluß der Trennwand führt. Sollen durch den Eckverbinder verschiedene Abstände überbrückt werden, so wird der mit den Anschlußstücken fest verbundene Eckverbinderstab in der entsprechenden Länge ausgewählt.
Da an das freie Ende einer in dieser Weise an der Raumwand oder dergleichen befestigten Trennwand häufig ein anderes Trennelement anschlägt, z. B. in einer Duschabtrennung eine Schwenktür, so muß die Lage des freien Endes entweder sehr genau durch die erwähnte Dreiecksverbindung festgelegt werden, oder es muß eine Justagemöglichkeit vorgesehen sein.
Aus der EP-A-0 448 820 ist eine justierbare Duschtrennwand bekannt, bei der die Trennwand mit einer senkrechten Kante etwa rechtwinklig an einer Raumwand befestigt ist und bei der ein versteifender Winkelstab einerseits ebenfalls verschiebbar in einer Schelle an der Wand befestigt ist und andererseits über seinen anderen Schenke die Trennwand zusätzlich abstützt. Eine Justage der Trennwand in der waagerechten Ebene kann also durch Verschieben des einen Schenkels in der Wandschelle erfolgen, was jedoch verhältnismäßig umständlich ist. Aus der DE-U-8 809 618 ist eine Duschabtrennung bekannt, bei der eine feste Trennwand mit einem abgeknickten kurzen Schenkel mit einer senkrechten Kante an einer Raumwand befestigt ist. Der kurze Schenkel ist darüberhinaus durch eine Distanzstange an der Wand abgestützt, wobei diese Distanzstange in ihrer Länge verstellbar ist, so daß also eine Justage der festen Trennwand in der waagerechten Ebene ermöglicht wird.
Schließlich zeigt die EP-A-0 285 914 eine Duschabtrennung mit einer festen Trennwand, deren senkrechte Kante an einer senkrechten Raumwand befestigt ist. Darüberhinaus wird das freie Ende der Trennwand durch eine Stütztraverse gegenüber der Raumwand abgestützt, wobei die Stütztraverse über Langlöcher mit dem freien Ende der Trennwand verbunden ist, so daß eine Einstellung ermöglicht wird. Diese Verstellung ist jedoch nur durch Lösen von Befestigungsschrauben und anschließendem Wiederanziehen nach erfolgter Verstellung möglich, so daß diese Verstellmöglichkeit nicht sehr feinfühlig arbeitet.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Winkelversteifung einer an einer Raumwand gehalterten festen, senkrecht stehenden Trennwand derart auszubilden, daß eine Feinjustage auf einfache Weise möglich ist, damit die Lage des freien Endes genau eingestellt werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Anordnung der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, daß der Eckverbinderstab über Verstellmittel an der Raumwand befestigt ist, indem das im Bereich des zweiten Verbindungspunktes liegende Ende des Eckverbinderstabes mit einem Innengewinde versehen ist, in das eine Verstellschraube zur Feinjustage der Winkelposition der Trennwand gegenüber der Raumwand eingeschraubt ist, deren Kopf an der Raumwand nach der Einstellung festlegbar ist.
Hierbei ist der Kopf der Verstellschraube vorzugsweise - nach entsprechender Einstellung - in eine an der Raumwand befestigte Klammer einhängbar und wird danach, insbesondere durch Schrauben, fixiert. Die Verstellmittel sind vorzugsweise durch eine Abdeckkappe abdeckbar, die insbesondere auf die an der Raumwand befestigte Klammer aufschiebbar ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Anordung kann auch in Verbindung mit einer kurzen, festen Trennwand angewandt werden, die an ihrem freien Ende über ein Schwenklager eine angelenkte Schwenktür trägt. In einem solchen Fall dient der Eckverbinderstab zur Stabilisierung des oberen Schwenklagers, und der erste Verbindungspunkt liegt etwa im Bereich des oberen Schwenklagers.
Aufgrund der Anordnung des Eckverbinderstabes insbesondere im Innenbereich der Duschabtrennung ist es möglich, auf einfache Weise zwischen dem ersten Verbindungspunkt und dem Befestigungspunkt an der Raumwand eine kurze Handtuchstange außerhalb der Duschabtrennung anzuordnen. Da diese Handtuchstange im Bereich der Oberkante der Trennwand angeordnet ist, kann ein auf ihr hängendes Handtuch auf einfache Weise durch Übergreifen der Oberkante der Trennwand von innen erreicht werden, so daß es möglich ist, sich im Innern der Duschabtrennung abzutrocknen, ohne den Innenraum zu verlassen, oder ohne das ein etwa im Innern aufgehängtes Handtuch naß wird.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungsform ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sich vom zweiten Verbindungspunkt zum ersten Verbindungspunkt im Innenbereich der Duschabtrennung erstreckende Eckverbinderstab über den ersten Verbindungspunkt hinaus verlängert und außerhalb der Duschabtrennung als Bügel in Form einer Handtuchstange bis zum Befestigungspunkt an der Raumwand geführt ist. Diese Ausführungsform ist besonders dann vorteilhaft, wenn eine an der Oberkante rahmenlose Scheibe als Trennwand dient. In einem solchen Fall kann der Eckverbinderstab im ersten Verbindungspunkt auf der Scheibe der Trennwand mittels einer Klemm- oder Klebverbindung befestigt werden. Zur Realisierung einer solchen Klemm- oder Klebverbindung ist vorzugsweise eine zweiteilige Klemmvorrichtung vorgesehen, die eine Bügelaufnahme und einen Deckel aufweist. Die Bügelaufnahme ist rittlings auf der Oberkante der Scheibe aufgesetzt, wobei zwei Schenkel die Scheibe beiderseits abdecken. Der Deckel weist zwei nach unten zeigende Klemmschenkel auf, die beiderseits der Scheibe zu liegen kommen und durch die beiden Schenkel der Bügelaufnahme abgedeckt werden. Die Klemmschenkel werden dann durch Befestigungsschrauben, mit denen der Deckel auf die Bügelaufnahme aufgeschraubt werden, gleichzeitig nach innen von beiden Seiten auf die Scheibe gepreßt. Durch diese Klemmverbindung ergibt sich eine ausreichende Arretierung des ersten Verbindungspunktes auf der Oberkante der Scheibe, so daß eine Durchbohrung der Scheibe zwecks Befestigung nicht erforderlich ist. Die Klemmwirkung kann jedoch auch dadurch noch verbessert werden, daß die Klemmschenkel auf ihren Klemmflächen mit einem beiderseits klebenden Klebeband versehen sind. Diese Klebebänder werden beim Anpressen der Schenkel auf die Scheibe fest verklebt.
Die Befestigung des Eckverbinderstabes im ersten Verbindungspunkt erfolgt zweckmäßigerweise dadurch, daß im Falle eines kreisförmigen Querschnittes des Eckverbinderstabes die Bügelaufnahme auf der Oberseite eine nach oben offene, halbkreisförmige Mulde zur Auflage des Eckverbinderstabes aufweist, und daß der Deckel eine nach unten offene, ebenfalls halbkreisförmige Mulde zum Aufpressen des Eckverbinderstabes beim Anschrauben aufweist.
Diese vorteilhafte Konstruktion der Halterung im ersten Verbindungspunkt läßt eine besonders vorteilhafte Montage der Trennwand vor der Raumwand zu. Die Trennwand wird in ihrem Befestigungspunkt an die Wand geschraubt und etwa grob rechtwinklig zu dieser eingestellt. Dann wird der Eckverbinderstab einerseits im zweiten Verbindungspunkt an der Raumwand befestigt und mit der zweiteiligen Klemmvorrichtung auf die Oberkante der Scheibe aufgelegt. Danach erfolgt ein Aufklemmen der Klemmvorrichtung durch Anziehen der Verbindungsschrauben zwischen dem Deckel und der Bügelaufnahme, wodurch der erste Verbindungspunkt fixiert wird. Anschließend wird lediglich die wirksame Länge des Eckverbinderstabes im Bereich des zweiten Verbindungspunktes fein eingestellt und fixiert.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele unter Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

In Figur 1 ist die Draufsicht einer Duschabtrennung zu sehen. An einer Raumwand 1 ist die senkrechte Kante einer festen Trennwand 2 durch eine Wandleiste befestigt, die nachfolgend Befestigungspunkt 6 genannt wird. Außerdem ist an einer anderen Raumwand 1 mittels eines Schwenklagers 4 eine Schwenktür 3 befestigt, und die beiden freien Enden der Schwenktür 3 und der festen Trennwand 2 treffen sich an einem Magnetverschluß oder dergleichen. Damit die beiden freien Enden der Trennwand 2 und der Schwenktür 3 genau aneinander schlagen, muß die Position des freien Endes der festen Trennwand 2 genau festliegen bzw. einstellbar sein. Hierzu ist zwischen einem ersten Verbindungspunkt 7 auf der Oberkante 2a der Trennwand 2 ein erster Verbindungspunkt 7 über einen Eckverbinderstab 9 mit einem zweiten Verbindungspunkt 8 an der Raumwand verbunden und bildet aufgrund einer so gebildeten Dreieckshalterung eine winkelstabile Halterung.
Um nun eine Feineinstellung der Position des freien Endes der Trennwand 2 vornehmen zu können, ist die effektive Länge des Eckverbinderstabes 9 variierbar, und zwar im Bereich des zweiten Verbindungspunktes 8. Figur 2 zeigt die konstruktive Ausbildung der Befestigung und Halterung im zweiten Verbindungspunkt 8. Eine Klammer 11 ist an der Raumwand 1 befestigt und weist zwei nach innen greifende Schenkel 11a auf. Das Ende 9a ist mit einem Innengewinde 9b versehen, in die eine Verstellschraube 12 mit einem Außengewinde 12b eingeschraubt ist. Die Verstellschraube 12 weist einen Kopf 12a in der Form eines Ringflansches auf, der nach dem Einschrauben der Verstellschraube 12 in das Innengewinde 9b des Eckverbinderstabes 9, und nach entsprechender Grobeinstellung in Längsrichtung, in den hinter den Schenkeln 11a gebildeten Freiraum eingehängt wird. Danach kann durch ein entsprechendes Werkzeug die Verstellschraube 12 zur Feineinstellung verdreht werden, um die gewünschte wirksame Länge des Eckverbinderstabes 9 einzustellen. Zusätzlich kann die Endposition der Verstellschraube 12 gegenüber der an der Raumwand 1 befestigten Klammer 11 durch Verschraubungen fixiert werden, die durch strichpunktierte Linien 12c in Figur 2 angedeutet sind. Schließlich kann nach erfolgter Einstellung und Fixierung der Verstellschraube 12 der ganze Mechanismus durch Aufschieben einer Abdeckkappe 8a abgedeckt werden.
Nunmehr sollen Einzelheiten einer Klemmvorrichtung im Bereich des ersten Verbindungspunktes 7 (Figur 1) anhand der Figuren 3a-3c und 4a-4c beschrieben werden. Die Figuren 3a-3c zeigen eine Bügelaufnahme 7a, während die Figuren 4a-4c einen entsprechenden Deckel 7b für die Bügelaufnahme 7a zeigen.
Die Bügelaufnahme 7a wird rittlings auf die Oberkante 2a der als Scheibe 2 ausgebildeten Trennwand von oben her aufgesetzt, wobei zwei entsprechende Schenkel 14 die Scheibe beidseitig abdecken. Auf der Oberseite ist eine nach oben offene, halbkreisförmige Mulde 13 vorgesehen, in die das entsprechende Ende des Eckverbinderstabes 9 eingelegt wird. Anschließend wird der Deckel 7b aufgesetzt, wobei zwei sich beidseitig der Scheibe 2 erstreckende Schenkel 16 noch in geringem Abstand von den Scheibenoberflächen befinden. Diese beiden Schenkel 16 sind einstückig an einer Kappe 17 angeformt. Auch die Kappe 17 des Deckels 7b weist eine halbkreisförmige Mulde 13 auf, die nach unten gerichtet ist und von oben her das Ende des Eckverbinderstabes 9 umgreift. Werden nun in Schraublöcher 15 des Deckels 7b und der Bügelaufnahme 7a Schrauben (nicht gezeigt) eingeschraubt, so wird zum einen das Ende des Eckverbinderstabes 9 zwischen den beiden Mulden 13 festgeklemmt und fixiert. Darüber hinaus drücken die Schrauben in den Schraublöchern 15 jedoch gegen Ablenkflächen 15a, die im oberen Bereich der Klemmschenkel 16 vorgesehen sind und drücken beide Klemmschenkel 16 nach innen gegen die Oberflächen der Scheibe 12. Diese Klemmung ist so stark, daß die Klemmvorrichtung, bestehend aus Bügelaufnahme 7a und Deckel 7b fest mit der Oberkante 2a der Scheibe 2 der festen Trennwand verbunden sind und den ersten Verbindungspunkt 7 bilden.
Zur Verbesserung der Klemm- oder Haftwirkung der Klemmschenkel 16 auf der Scheibe 2 kann die entsprechende Klemmfläche 16a auch mit einem doppelseitigen Klebeband versehen sein, wodurch sich eine innige Verklebung der Flächen 16a mit den Oberflächen der Scheibe 2 ergibt. Gleichzeitig ist der Aufbau der Klemmvorrichtung derart, daß sich ein geschlossenes Äußeres ergibt. Beide Teile 7a und 7b sind zweckmäßigerweise aus Kunststoff gefertigt.
In Figur 1 ist außerdem zu sehen, daß der Eckverbinderstab 9 über den ersten Verbindungspunkt 7 hinaus außen in Form eines Bügels 10 zum Befestigungspunkt 6 zurückgeführt ist. Dieser Bügel 10 kann zweckmäßigerweise als Handtuchstange dienen, und ein darüber gehängtes Handtuch kann über die Oberkante 2a der Trennwand 2 vom Innern der Duschabtrennung abgenommen werden. Der Eckverbinderstab 9 und der Bügel 10 sind vorzugsweise einstückig aus Rohrmaterial gefertigt.
Figur 5 zeigt nun eine zweite Ausführungsform, bei der die erfindungsgemässe Anordnung angewandt ist. In diesem Fall sind im Bereich der Seitenkanten einer Duschwanne 20 je eine kurze feste Trennwand 21 an Raumwänden (nicht gezeigt) übereck befestigt. Die entsprechende Wandschiene zur Wandbefestigung wird auch im vorliegenden Fall als Befestigungspunkt 6 bezeichnet. Die feste Trennwand 21 ist wie beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel durch einen Eckverbinderstab 9 stabilisiert, der zwischen einem ersten Verbindungspunkt 7 am Ende der festen Trennwand 21 und einem zweiten Verbindungspunkt 8 an der Raumwand befestigt ist. Im Bereich des ersten Befestigungspunktes 7 ist außerdem über ein Schwenklager 23 eine Schwenktür 22 aufgehängt. Die gleiche Konstruktion ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel auch auf der anderen Seite, so daß die beiden Schwenktüren 22 mit ihren freien Enden aneinander schlagen und durch einen entsprechenden Magnetverschluß 5 aneinander arretiert werden. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, auf der einen Seite der Duschwanne 20 statt der festen Trennwand 21 und der Schwenktür 22 nur eine längere Trennwand vorzusehen, die durch den Eckverbinderstab 9 stabilisiert wird, und gegen deren freies Endes das freie Ende der Schwenktür 22 anschlägt.
Bei dieser Ausführungsform nach Figur 5 wird durch den Eckverbinderstab 9 die kurze Trennwand 21 im Bereich ihres freien Endes stabilisiert, so daß eine feste Halterung des Schwenklagers 23 gewährleistet ist.
Auch in der Ausführungsform nach Figur 5 ist eine Handtuchstange 10a in Form eines Bügels vorgesehen, die hier jedoch nicht als Verlängerung des Eckverbinderstabes 9 ausgebildet ist. Auf der Handtuchstange 10a kann ein Haken 10b zum Aufhängen von Waschlappen oder dergleichen befestigt sein. Desgleichen können auch an dem Eckverbinderstab 9 im Innern der Duschabtrennung ein oder mehrere Haken zum Aufhängen verschiedener Badeutensilien befestigt sein.

Claims (10)

  1. Anordnung zum Haltern einer festen, senkrecht stehenden, geraden Trennwand (2, 21), insbesondere in einer Duschabtrennung, an einer Raumwand (1), bei der die Trennwand (2, 21) mit einer senkrechten Kante etwa rechtwinklig an der Raumwand (1) befestigt ist und
    bei der ein versteifender, diagonal angeordneter Eckverbinderstab (9) einen im Abstand von der Raumwand (1) liegenden ersten, festen Verbindungspunkt (7) an der Oberkante der Trennwand (2, 21) mit einem zweiten Verbindungspunkt (8) an der Raumwand (1) verbindet, der sich im Abstand vom Befestigungspunkt (6) der Trennwand (2, 21) an der Raumwand (1) befindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Eckverbinderstab (9) über Verstellmittel (9b, 12) an der Raumwand (1) befestigt ist, indem das im Bereich des zweiten Verbindungspunktes (8) liegende Ende (9a) des Eckverbinderstabes (9) mit einem Innengewinde (9b) versehen ist, in das eine Verstellschraube (12) zur Feinjustage der Winkelposition der Trennwand (2, 21) gegenüber der Raumwand (1) eingeschraubt ist, deren Kopf (12a) an der Raumwand (1) nach der Einstellung festlegbar ist.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (12a) der Verstellschraube (12) in eine an der Raumwand (1) befestigte Klammer (11) einhängbar und danach, insbesondere durch Schrauben, fixierbar ist.
  3. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellmittel (9b, 12) durch eine Abdeckkappe (8a) abdeckbar sind, die insbesondere auf die an der Raumwand (1) befestigte Klammer (11) aufschiebbar ist.
  4. Anordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in einer Duschabtrennung, die eine kurze feste Trennwand (21) und eine an deren freien Ende durch Schwenklager (23) angelenkte Schwenktür (22) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eckverbinderstab (9) zur Stabilisierung des oberen Schwenklagers (23) dient und der erste Verbindungspunkt (7) im Bereich des oberen Schwenklagers (23) liegt.
  5. Anordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eckverbinderstab (9) im Innenbereich der Duschabtrennung (2, 3; 21, 22) angeordnet ist und daß zwischen dem ersten Verbindungspunkt (7) und dem Befestigungspunkt (6) an der Raumwand (1) eine kurze Handtuchstange (10, 10a) außerhalb der Duschabtrennung angeordnet ist.
  6. Anordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in einer Duschabtrennung,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sich vom zweiten Verbindungspunkt (8) zum ersten Verbindungspunkt (7) im Innenbereich der Duschabtrennung (2, 3) erstrekkende Eckverbinderstab (9) über den ersten Verbindungspunkt (7) hinaus verlängert und außerhalb der Duschabtrennung als Bügel (10) in Form einer Handtuchstange bis zum Befestigungspunkt (6) an der Raumwand geführt ist.
  7. Anordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit einer an der Oberkante rahmenlosen Scheibe als Trennwand (2),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eckverbinderstab (9) im ersten Verbindungspunkt (7) mittels einer Klemm- oder Klebverbindung an der Oberkante (2a) der Scheibe befestigt ist.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweiteilige Klemmvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die eine Bügelaufnahme (7a) und einen Deckel (7b) aufweist;
    daß die Bügelaufnahme (7a) rittlings auf der Oberkante (2a) der Scheibe (2) aufgesetzt ist, wobei zwei Schenkel (14) die Scheibe (2) beiderseits abdecken;
    daß der Deckel (7b) zwei nach unten zeigende Klemmschenkel (16) aufweist, die beiderseits der Scheibe (2) zu liegen kommen und durch die beiden Schenkel (14) der Bügelaufnahme (7a) abgedeckt werden; und
    daß die Klemmschenkel (16) durch Befestigungsschrauben, mit denen der Deckel (7b) auf die Bügelaufnahme (7a) aufgeschraubt wird, gleichzeitig nach innen von beiden Seiten auf die Scheibe (2) gepreßt werden.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bügelaufnahme (7a) auf der Oberseite eine nach oben offene, halbkreisförmige Mulde (13) zur Auflage des kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Eckverbinderstabes (9) aufweist; und
    daß der Deckel (7b) eine nach unten offene, halbkreisförmige Mulde (13) zum Aufpressen des Eckverbinderstabes (9) aufweist.
  10. Anordnung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschenkel (16) auf ihren Klemmflächen (16a) mit einem beidseitig klebenden Klebeband versehen sind.
