Definitions

  • the invention relates to a slatted blind, in particular for roof windows, the slats of which hang in cord-shaped ladders, the inclination of which can be adjusted by means of a turning device, the ends of which are guided in side rails and are underpinned by a lifting and lowering lifting rod, the lifting mechanism consisting of one there is a drive shaft which can be rotated in both directions and which has a gearwheel at its two ends which engages with a drive belt which is arranged between deflection rollers and to which the lifting rod is fastened.
  • slatted blinds In the case of slatted blinds, it is generally known to hang the slats in cord-shaped support ladders, the drawstrings or spars of which hang on a turning device with which the inclination of the slats can be adjusted.
  • the slats are underpinned by a lifting rod which is raised or lowered by means of a drive device, the slats being stacked flat on the lifting rod in the raised state and hanging at a distance in the steps of the ladder ladder in the lowered state.
  • a shaft which can be driven by an electric motor is arranged as the drive device, on which winding drums rotatably mounted on bearing blocks are fastened.
  • Elevator belts belonging to the winding drums pass through openings provided in the slats and are attached with their lower ends to the lifting rod or lower slat.
  • the elevator belts are wound up or unwound by driving the shaft in one or the other direction of rotation.
  • the motor located on the end of the drive shaft takes up a lot of space.
  • the drive takes place via a shaft provided at its ends with a gearwheel that can be rotated manually in both directions. wherein the gears are engaged with a drive belt arranged on the sides between deflection rollers, to which the lifting rod is attached.
  • EP 0 369 068 A1 discloses a louvre blind with a drive shaft, the ends of which are each connected via a coupling to a gear wheel which drives a perforated winding belt to which the lifting rod is attached.
  • the clutch causes the drive shaft to idle up to 11 ⁇ 2 revolutions before the gearwheel is also rotated, with a turning device connected to the drive shaft tilting the slats with the aid of turning cords and changing their inclination.
  • the coupling consists of three sleeve-shaped parts which are rotatably arranged one inside the other and which have stops which limit idling. Since several turning cords distributed over the width of the blind are generally necessary for turning the slats, a corresponding number of turning devices must be connected to the drive shaft, as described, for example, in US Pat. No. 3,310,099.
  • roller blinds are used, in which a cloth is wound onto a spring-loaded winding roll and can be unrolled with a pull rod.
  • the pull rod is driven by means of rack-and-pinion cables guided laterally in rails, which are driven by a tubular motor arranged within the winding roller, which is fastened in a rotationally fixed manner to the window frame and is provided with a slip clutch which is connected via a Central shaft and a tubular shaft enveloping the tubular motor is each connected to a gear meshing with a rack cable.
  • the motor and gear unit arranged in a winding roll is unsuitable for driving louvre blinds because there is no turning device and there is no information in this document for such an assignment.
  • folding curtains are known for windows, which are attached to an upper rail and are folded together by a lifting rod when pulled up.
  • the lifting rod is fastened to drive belts which are arranged between deflection rollers.
  • the upper deflection rollers are fastened to the ends of a drive shaft which is connected via a gear transmission to a tubular motor arranged in parallel under the drive shaft.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a slatted blind corresponding to the preamble of claim 1 with an improved drive for the hoist and the turning device and to design the drive device so that it can be optionally equipped with a slatted blind or a roller blind or a folding curtain.
  • the outer tubular shaft provided according to the invention advantageously forms a turning device for any number of support conductors. While each support ladder had to be assigned its own turning device in the case of wider blinds, all support conductors are attached to the outer tubular shaft in the invention, which extends between the side drive gears over the entire width of the blind and in connection with a Slip clutch, a rotation limit stop on the window frame and an idle clutch of the drive gearwheels limited by approximately 180 ° forms a uniform turning device.
  • the gears are only taken along when the central shaft or hollow shaft hits the stops. However, in this phase of rotation the tubular shaft is rotated by the slip clutch until it is held by the stop attached to the window frame.
  • the tubular shaft By turning the tubular shaft, the spars of the ladder ladders attached to it are tightened on one side or the other, the slats being pivotable by approximately 180 °.
  • the lifting rod can first be brought into any desired position and the suitable slat inclination can be obtained by controlled subsequent turning back.
  • a disk-shaped driver is preferably attached to the outer end of the central shaft or hollow shaft, which has an arcuate cutout forming the stops, into which a driver pin attached to the gearwheel engages.
  • the tubular shaft covers the cylindrical motor and gear unit and the slip clutch associated with the turning device in a housing-like manner and contributes to a compact and self-contained design of the louvre blind and to a low overall height.
  • the use of the cylindrical motor and gear unit known for roller blinds takes advantage of a space-saving design also for slatted blinds.
  • the unit intended for Venetian blinds can also be used for roller blinds or folding curtains.
  • the gears can be firmly attached to the central shaft or hollow shaft.
  • the driver also has a small cutout and can be plugged onto the driver pin of the gearwheel for a play-free coupling.
  • the drive device is suitable for a blind, but only to arrange a torsion spring between the central shaft and the tubular shaft and to fix a roll-up and unwindable roller blind connected to the lifting rod on the tubular shaft.
  • the gears are immediately rotated and the lifting rod is taken along. At the same time, the torsion spring is tensioned and finally the tubular shaft is turned.
  • the gears are also fixed in the aforementioned manner on the central shaft or hollow shaft, while a folding curtain connected to the lifting rod is attached to the tubular shaft.
  • the folding curtain hangs on the non-rotating tubular shaft and the closing and opening of the folding curtain takes place solely via the lifting rod, on which the curtain lies when it is lifted, forming folds.
  • the slatted blind 1 consists of a plurality of slats 2, which are arranged between steps of two or more ladders 3 consisting of a cord or the like.
  • the slats 2 hang at a distance in the steps of the ladder ladder 3, while in the pulled-up state they are stacked flat on a lifting rod 4 (cf. FIG. 1).
  • the upper ends of the support conductors 3 are fastened to a tubular shaft 5, by means of which the slat inclination can be adjusted.
  • the guided in the window frame 6 rails 7 ends of the lifting rod 4 are each attached to an endless, designed as a flat toothed belt 8, each of which runs over an upper and a lower pulley 9, 10, of which the upper pulley 9 with a pinion 11 is connected, which engages in a gear shaft 13 assigned to a drive shaft 12 on both sides.
  • a guide piece 14 is attached to the ends of the lifting rod 4, which runs on the one hand between two legs 15 of the rail 7 and on the other hand is connected via a pin 16 to a driver 17 fastened to the drive belt 8.
  • the pulleys are for easy assembly 9,10 each mounted in a fitting that can be plugged onto the relevant end of a leg 19 of the rail 7.
  • the drive unit acting on the gear wheels 13 is enclosed and covered by the tubular shaft 5 forming the turning device. It consists of a cylindrical motor and gear unit 20, which is fastened in a rotationally fixed manner to the window frame 6 by means of a bearing bolt 21 and a square pin 22 (see FIG. 4 lower part) and which has a bore 23 for the passage of a power cable 24 supplying the electric motor .
  • the output side of the motor and gear unit 20 is provided with a clutch 25, which on the one hand via a central shaft 26 with the gear 13 shown on the left and on the other hand via a hollow shaft 27 enveloping the motor and gear unit 20 with the one on the right illustrated gear 13 is connected.
  • the end of the central shaft 26 is rotatably fastened by means of a pressure pin 28 in a bearing 29 attached to the window frame 6.
  • the push pin 28 can be axially pressed in against the force of a spring 30 for the purpose of lateral insertion.
  • the gear 13 is rotatably supported on the sleeve-shaped end 31 between two stops 32, 33 by an angle of approximately 180 °.
  • the stops 32, 33 are formed by a driver 34 fastened on the sleeve-shaped end 31, which has an arcuate cutout 35 which forms the stops and into which a driver pin 36 attached to the gearwheel 13 engages (cf. FIG. 5).
  • the disk-shaped driver 34 has a small cutout 37.
  • the gear 13 is rotated without play.
  • the hollow shaft 27 or its sleeve-shaped end 38 is connected to the other gear 13 via a driver 34 of the same design, which therefore either rotates depending on the mounting position of the driver 34 receives from about 180 ° or is fixed to the end 38.
  • the drive device also includes a slip clutch 40 arranged between the central shaft 26 and the outer tubular shaft 5, which is rotatably supported on the sleeve-shaped ends 31 and 38 by means of bearing bushes 39.
  • the parts of the slip clutch 40 which are rotatable relative to one another are on the central shaft 26 or fixed to the outer tubular shaft 5.
  • a component of the drive device is a stop 41 which limits the rotation of the tubular shaft 5 to approximately 180 °, which consists of an annular body 43 fastened to the tubular shaft 5, provided with a stop pin 42 and fastened to the window frame 6 and provided with an arcuate groove 44 consists.
  • the stop pin 42 slides in the groove 44, the ends of which limit the angle of rotation of approximately 180 ° (cf. FIGS. 4 and 6).
  • the slatted blind 1 In the starting position, the slatted blind 1 is in the so-called pulled-up or, to put it more correctly, in the position raised by the lifting rod 4.
  • the motor and gear unit 20 To lower it, the motor and gear unit 20 is switched on, so that the sleeve-shaped ends 31 and 38 of the central shaft 26 and hollow shaft 27 are rotated.
  • the gears 13 are initially not rotated until the stops 32 of the drivers 34 abut against the slave pins 36.
  • the lifting rod 4 is not yet lowered, but the slip clutch 41 rotates the outer tubular shaft 5, so that the slats 2 are tilted into their concealing position.
  • the rotational movement of the tubular shaft 5 is finally limited by the stop 41.
  • the gears 13 are also rotated and the lifting rod 4 is lowered via the drive belt 8.
  • the lifting rod 4 can be fixed in any stroke position.
  • the slat inclination can be adjusted in any stroke position can be adjusted by operating the motor and gear unit in the opposite direction. Because of the play between the driver 34 and the gear wheels 13, the lifting rod 4 stops, while the tubular shaft 5 - now in the other direction of rotation - is rotated and the slats 2 are tilted back over the support conductors 3. Control in any tilt position is possible. If the slatted blind is to be raised again, the working cycle takes place with the drive and direction of rotation reversed.
  • the drive device explained above for a slatted blind can also be used for roller blinds with a slight modification or addition.
  • the upper edge of a roller blind is attached to the outer tubular shaft 5 and the lower edge of the roller blind is attached to the lifting rod 4.
  • the drivers 34 are attached to the ends 31 and 38 of the central shaft 26 and hollow shaft 27, respectively, that the driver pin 36 lies in the small cutout 37 and the gears 13 are carried along without play.
  • a torsion spring is arranged between the axial shaft 26 and the tubular shaft 5, which on the one hand on a conical projection 46 (see FIG. 4), on the other hand on a provided with a similar approach and attached to the tubular shaft 5, not shown in the drawing Mounting ring is attached.
  • the stop 41 is not required in this application.
  • the gears 13 are rotated immediately and the lifting rod 4 is brought down.
  • the outer tubular shaft 5 is also rotated, a tension force being built up in the torsion spring. The tension is retained and ensures that the roller blind remains tensioned and winds up the roller blind when the lifting rod is pulled up or pulled back.
  • the drive device can also be used for folding curtains.
  • the gears 13 are also fixed on the central shaft 26 by the driver 34 or hollow shaft 27 attached.
  • the upper end of the folding curtain is fastened to the outer tubular shaft 5, which is not rotated, while the lower end is connected to the lifting rod.
  • the fold curtain hangs on the outer tubular shaft 5, and the fold curtain is unfolded or folded up solely by means of the lifting rod 4, on which the curtain lies when it is lifted, forming folds.
