Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roller blind arrangement, preferably for motor vehicle rear windows, with a winding shaft, a curtain that can be pulled off and wound onto the winding shaft, a drop rod to which the removable edge of the curtain is fastened, first fastening points to which the winding shaft is fastened , second attachment points that span and delimit the level in which the curtain is pulled off lies, as well as a motor and a first energy accumulator that can be preloaded by this for actuating the curtain.
  • DE-OS 34 28 700 discloses a "motor vehicle rear window arrangement" in which the removable free end of the curtain is attached to a telescopic tube lying parallel to the winding shaft. The displaceable parts of the telescopic tube are biased into the extended position by spring force. A cord emerges from the ends of the telescopic tube, which is guided around deflection rollers in the upper corner areas of the rear window and through which the roller blind is pulled out by pulling and the moving parts of the telescopic tube are pushed together. The pull is operated from the lower area of the rear window by an electric motor.
  • the other end of the curtain is attached to a winding shaft which can be pretensioned in the winding direction by spring force, i.e. is biased by extending the curtain.
  • the curtain is retracted by the spring force after the winding shaft is released.
  • the movable ends of the telescopic tube are moved back into their extended position.
  • the telescopic tube therefore primarily serves to hold the cords, which run back to the motor around the deflection rollers located in the upper corner regions of the rear window, along the oblique side edges of the rear window.
  • DE-GM-8 703 605 describes a roller blind arrangement which is motor-driven both in the opening and in the unwinding direction.
  • deflecting rollers must also be provided in the upper corner areas of the window in order to roll the roller blind from below by means of the motor force using the cords.
  • a tension spring is present in the drop bar to compensate for the tension in the cords.
  • DE-A-3 608 927 which corresponds to the features of the preamble of claim 1, describes a roller blind arrangement in which a tension spring fixed in a cross-sectionally C-shaped guide rail acts between a fastening device on the one hand and the end of a drop bar on the other.
  • the tension spring requires a complicated housing with a lower bracket and an upper deflection part, which forms a fastening device on the one hand and a deflection point on the other hand.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a roller blind arrangement, preferably for motor vehicle rear windows, which is of considerably simpler construction and at least the same reliability and is therefore less expensive.
  • the first energy accumulator can each have a rope pulley at the ends of the drop rod and torsion springs, which act on the rope pulley with a torque, so that in each case attached cords are wound onto the rope pulley when the winding shaft is released and the curtain is thereby unwound from the winding shaft becomes.
  • the first energy accumulator can also each have a gear wheel designed for engagement with a string of pearls at the ends of the drop rod and torsion springs which apply a torque to the gear wheels, so that the gear wheels run along pearl strings attached at least in the second fastening points when the winding shaft is released and thereby unwind the curtain from the winding shaft.
  • the winding shaft is preferably arranged in parallel and in the vicinity of the lower edge of the window, so that the drop rod with the end of the curtain attached to it can be moved in the direction of the upper window edge.
  • the motor is then installed directly in the winding shaft, for example.
  • a preferred development of the invention is to support the unwinding of the curtain from the winding shaft by driving the winding shaft with the motor. This can be done by operating the motor - if it is a DC motor - with a reversed supply voltage, or by e.g. a gear provided between the motor and the winding shaft is reversed.
  • a second energy accumulator can be provided in the winding shaft, which is pretensioned when the curtain is being unwound, preferably by the motor controlled to support the unwinding.
  • the particular advantage of this development is that the motor power is better used and thus smaller motors can be used in the winding shaft.
  • the winding of the curtain on the winding shaft is supported by the pre-tensioned second energy accumulator, so that a lower motor force is sufficient is.
  • reversed control of the motor not only supports this development during the unwinding of the curtain brought about by the first energy store, but also pre-tensioned the second energy store.
  • Another advantage of this development is that the second energy accumulator improves the tension of the extended curtain and thereby prevents creasing, for example in high heat.
  • the second energy accumulator is preferably formed by a torsion spring.
  • Fig. 1 shows a winding shaft 1 in a partially cut view.
  • the winding shaft is mounted at fastening points (not shown) and has a motor 4, a winding tube 10, a connecting piece 11 for transmitting the rotary movements of the motor to the winding tube 10 and the curtain 2 wound more or less on the winding shaft.
  • the curtain is cut in a trapezoidal shape in this embodiment, so that a drop bar 3 attached to the extendable end of the curtain is shorter than the winding shaft.
  • Fig. 2 shows the end region of the drop rod 3 in cross section.
  • the rope pulley 6 is provided with an axis 13 which is mounted in a bearing 14.
  • a spring driver 15 is attached to the axis 13, on which the torsion spring 5 engages and transmits the torque to the rope pulley 6.
  • the cord 7 is designed as a string of pearls.
  • corresponding gears are then provided at the ends of the drop bar, which engage in a form-fitting manner in the string of pearls and run up there.
  • the free end of the string of pearls is attached to a cassette in the lower area of the rear window.
  • FIG. 3 shows the winding shaft 1 partially cut away, so that a torsion spring 20 can be seen, one end of which is acted upon by the rotation of the motor axis and the other end of which is fixed in a rotationally fixed manner.
  • This torsion spring which serves as a second energy store, is tensioned when the curtain is unwound and supports the motor 4 when winding the curtain onto the winding shaft.
  • the bias of this torsion spring takes place during the unwinding of the curtain in that the motor 4 is operated in the opposite direction of rotation.
  • the force thus stored in the torsion spring during the unwinding process supports the motor during the winding process, so that it is better utilized and only needs to apply a lower torque.
