Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Konfektionieren von Biberdoppelformlingen nach der Grundformgebung und vor dem Brennen, wobei die beiden Biberformlinge durch zwei Endverbindungsstege und mindestens einen Zwischensteg miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Strang oder den auf Ziegellänge abgetrennten Rohling in eine Trennschneidevorrichtung leitet, aus dessen zwei Endverbindungsstegen (51, 52) bei praktisch konstanter Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Doppelformlings die Nasen (49, 50) von den beiden Endverbindungsstegen trennt und für diese in Längsrichtung mindestens eine Sollbruchkerbe (53) bildet, wobei man die Trennvorgänge und das Bilden der Bruchkerben durch Schneiden mittels Trennstiften (10, 17) vornimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennen der Nasen von den beiden Endverbindungsstegen und das Bilden der Sollbruchkerben durch Einstellen der Schneidstifte in zwei Arbeitsstellungen in den Endverbindgsstegen vorgenommen wird, wobei in der einen Arbeitsstellung eine durch den Verbindungssteg durchgehende Trennfuge erzeugt wird und in der anderen Arbeitsstellung die Verbindungsstege auf einem Grossteil der Dicke zum Bilden der Sollbruchkerben durchgetrennt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Konfektionierung von Biberdoppelformlingen nach der Grundformgebung und vor dem Brennen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Paar sich gegenüberliegende Trennstifte (10, 17) als Schneideorgane angeordnet ist, wobei diese in Bewegungsrichtung des Doppelformling-Stranges beim Konfektionieren im wesentlichen eine mitlaufende, den Rohling schneidend bearbeitende Bewegung ausführen, um anschliessend mit einer arbeitslosen Rückbewegung in die Arbeitsausgangslage zurückzukehren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennstifte einen Schaft (67) und einen Kopf (66) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennstifte längenverstellbar in Einspannungen (68) eingespannt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Steuermittel angeordnet sind, um die Trennorgane (10, 17) einzeln zu steuern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen schablonenlosen Kreisschneider.
