Claims (10)
- Steg für einen Einbau-Doppelschliesszylinder, der zum Verbinden von zwei Zylindergehäuseteilen (1a, 1b) stabförmig ausgebildet ist und einen Mittelteil (10, 14) mit einer Bohrung (15) zur Aufnahme einer Stulpschraube sowie zwei Schenkel (9, 13) aufweist, die jeweils in eine Ausnehmung (4) eines Zylindersackes (2) einzusetzen und darin mit einem Querstift (20) zu fixieren ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus mindestens zwei Teilen (8,12), eine Schale (8) und ein in der Schale (8) eingelegte Innenteil (12) hergestellt ist, wobei sich die genannten Teile (8, 12) über die Länge des Steges erstrecken und so aneinandergelegt sind, dass sie sich bei einem Biegeversuch geringfügig gegeneinander verschieben können.
- Steg nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus drei Teilen (8a, 8b, 12) hergestellt ist, wobei wenigstens ein Teil (12) ein gestanztes Blechteil ist.
- Steg nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei äussere Teile (8a, 8b) die Schale (8) bilden, in die der Innenteil (12) eingelegt ist.
- Steg nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenteil (12) ein Stanzteil ist.
- Steg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil (8) ein Gussteil ist.
- Steg nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (8) zwei Halbschalen (8a) aufweist.
- Steg nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus drei Stanzteilen hergestellt ist.
- Steg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil (8a) aus Zink, Aluminium oder Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Steg nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (8) aus Chromnickelstahl hergestellt ist.
- Steg nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass lediglich der Innenteil (12) ein Gewindebohrung (15) für eine Stulpschraube aufweist.
