Claims (11)
- Ausgabeeinrichtung für Beutel, mit einem Gehäuse (1), in dem sich ein Vorrat (37) an Beutein (30) befindet, wobei diese Beutel (30) eine Bahn bilden, die zu einer Rolle (37) zusammengerollt ist, mit einer Vorrichtung (40) zur Aufnahme bzw. Lagerung der Rolle (37) und mit zumindest einem Spalt (17), welcher in einer der Wände (11) des Gehäuses (1) ausgeführt ist und durch welchen die Beutel das Gehäuse verlassen können, und mit einer Bremse, welche dem Spalt zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagervorrichtung (40) zumindest ein Paar von Halterungen (41,42) für den Vorrat (37) aufweist, welcher die Beutel (30) enthält, und dass eine dieser Halterungen (41) fest ist und dass die andere dieser Halterungen (42) so ausgeführt ist, dass sie nachgiebig ist.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (41 bzw. 42) zumindest eine Scheibe (44) enthalten, dass diese Scheibe (44) eine kreisförmige äussere Kontur hat, dass eine Oeffnung (46) in der Mitte des Scheibengrundkörpers (48) ausgeführt ist, dass diese mittige Oeffnung (46) von mindestens einem Wulst (43) umgeben ist, welcher sich an einer der Seiten des Scheibengrundkörpers (48) befindet, und dass der äussere Durchmesser dieses Wulstes (43) so gewählt ist, dass sich eine der Endpartien des rohrförmigen Kernes (38) auf diesen Wulst (43) aufstecken lässt.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (44) der festen bzw. starren Halterung (41) an der Innenseite des Gehäuses (1) derart befestigt ist, dass der Wulst (43) an dieser Scheibe (44) von der Innenseite des Gehäuses (1) abgewandt ist, an der die Scheibe (44) befestigt ist.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nachgiebige Halterung (42) zwei Scheiben (44) sowie einen im wesentlichen zylinderförmigen Bolzen (50) aufweist, das der Durchmesser der mittigen Oeffnung (46) in der Scheibe (4) so gewählt ist, dass der Grundkörper (53) des Bolzens (50) sich durch diese mittige Oeffnung (46) durchstecken lässt, dass diese Scheiben dabei so orientiert sind, dass die Wulste (43) an diesen Scheiben voneinander abgewandt sind, dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, welche die Scheiben (44) auf dem Bolzen (50) halten, wobei diese Mittel so ausgeführt sind, dass der Abstand zwischen diesen Scheiben (44) kleiner werden kann, und dass der Bolzengrundkörper (53) von einer Druckfeder (54) umgeben ist, welche sich zwischen den Scheiben (44) erstreckt.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (53) des Bolzens (50) zylinderförmig ausgeführt ist, dass dieser Grundkörper (53) mit einem Kamm (58) versehen ist, welcher von der Aussenseite des Bolzen-Grundkörpers (53) absteht, sich in der axialen Richtung dieses Grundkörpers (53) erstreckt und in einer Nut (47) liegt, welche in der Wand der mittigen Oeffnung (46) in der jeweiligen Scheibe (44) ausgeführt ist, dass die Haltemittel einen Kragen (51) umfassen, welcher einer der Endpartien des Bolzengrundkörpers (53) zugeordnet ist, und dass diese Haltemittel ferner einen Schwerspannstifft umfassen, welcher durch die andere Endpartie des Bolzen-Grundkörpers (53) hindurchgehen kann.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scheibengrundkörper (48) mit paarweise angeordneten Bohrungen (71,72;73,74) versehen ist, welche zur Befestigung der Scheibe (44) verwendbar sind.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Rahmen (26) im Inneren des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet ist, dass dieser Rahmen (26) zwei U-förmige Abschnitte (27,28) aufweist, dass diese U-Abschnitte (27,28) so angeordnet sind, dass die Stege (39) dieser U-Abschnitte (27,28) parallel zueinander verlaufen, dass der Abstand zwischen den Stegen (39) der U-Abschnitte (27,28) der Länge des Kernes (38) der Vorratsrolle (37) entspricht, dass eine der Halterungen (41) für die Vorratsrolle (37) an der Innenseite des Steges (39) eines der U-Abschnitte (28) und die andere Halterung (42) an der Innenseite des Steges (39) des anderen U-Abschnittes (27) befestigt ist.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein zweiteiliges Gehäuse (1) aufweist, dass dieses Gehäuse einen Oberteil (3;103) und einen Unterteil (2;110) umfasst, dass der Oberteil (3;103) als ein Deckel ausgeführt ist, welcher auf dem Unterteil (2;110) liegt, dass der Vorrat (37) an Beuteln sich im Oberteil (3;103) befindet, dass der Spalt bzw. die längliche Oeffnung (17) in einer der Seitenwände des Oberteiles (3;103) ausgeführt ist und dass der Oberteil (3;103) am Unterteil (2;110), vorteilhaft mit Hilfe eines Scharniers (4), angelenkt sein kann.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberteil (3;103) des Gehäuses einen Behälter (10) aufweist, welcher einseitig offen ist, dass der Behälter (10) Seitenwände (11,12,13 und 14) sowie einen Boden (15) aufweist, welche den Deckel bilden, dass die Mündung bzw. Oeffnung eines solchen Behälters (10) durch den Unterteil (2;110) verschliessbar ist, und dass in zumindest einer der Behälterwände (11 bis 15) die längliche Oeffnung (17) ausgeführt ist, welcher die Ausgabedüse (20) für die Beutel (30) zugeordnet ist.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäuseunterteil (110) als ein Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist, welcher einseitig offen ist, dass die oben liegende Mündung (116) des Unterteiles (110) durch den Gehäuseoberteil (103) zugedeckt ist und dass eine Oeffnung (121) in einer der Seitenwände (14) oder im Boden (15) des Gehäuseoberteiles (3;103) ausgeführt ist.
- Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsvorrichtung eine Düse (20) umfasst, dass diese Düse (20) einen flachen und schalenförmigen Grundkörper (21) aufweist, dass der Boden dieses Grundkörpers (21) dem Inneren des Behälters (10) zugewandt ist, dass der Grundkörperboden mit einer länglichen Oeffnung (22) versehen ist, welche der länglichen Oeffnung (17) in der Behälterwand zugeordnet ist, dass die Abmessungen der Oeffnung (22) im Grundkörperboden den Abmessungen der Oeffnung (17) in der Behälterwand entsprechen oder sogar gleichen, dass den Oeffnungen (17;22) ein Bremsorgan (23) zugeordnet ist, und zwar derart, dass es sich zwischen der Behälterwand (11) und dem Grundkörper (21) der Düse (20) befindet, und dass dieses Bremsorgan (23) Borsten als Bremselemente aufweisen kann.
