Description
Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Stiftes, wobei in eine Nut (22) eines ersten Gehäuseteiles (18) eine Mine (10) eingebracht und am mit der Mine bestückten ersten Gehäuseteil (18) anschließend ein mit einer Nut (22) ausgebildetes zweites Gehäuseteil (20) angebracht und die Mine (10) mit den Gehäuseteilen (18, 20) und die beiden Gehäuseteile (18, 20) miteinander verklebt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mine (10) in ein Bad eines flexiblen Schmelzklebers eingebracht wird, in welchem die Mine (10) mit einer Schicht (12) aus dem Schmelzkleber bedeckt wird, und daß die mit dem Schmelzkleber bedeckte Mine (10) anschließend durch eine Kalibrierdüse (14) durchbewegt wird, so daß die Außenabmessungen der Schicht (12) aus flexiblem Schmelzkleber innerhalb kontrollierter vorgegebener Fertigungstoleranzen liegen, und daß die Mine (10) anschließend in die Nut (22) des ersten Gehäuseteils (18) eingebracht und zwischen den beiden Gehäuseteilen (18, 20) festgelegt wird, wobei die Befestigung der Mine (10) zwischen den beiden Gehäuseteilen (18, 20) mittels Mikrowellenstrahlung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mine (10) durch das Bad des Schmelzklebers und unmittelbar anschließend durch die Kalibrierdüse (14) durchbewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf die Mine (10) stromaufwärts vor einer Kalibrierdüse (14) ein Schmelzkleber aufgebracht wird, und daß die mit dem Schmelzkleber bedeckte Mine (10) simultan durch die Kalibrierdüse (14) durchbewegt wird.
