Claims (6)
- Dispositif de prébroyage et de dosage, en particulier pour de grandes installations de destruction de documents et autres déchets, équipé d'une paire de cylindres de coupe (1, 2) disposés du côté du fond dans un puits d'alimentation (E), entraînés en rotation en sens contraires et pourvus de disques de coupe dentés (3, 4), caractérisé
en ce que les disques de coupe (3, 4) possèdent un dos chanfreiné (3a, 4a) et se trouvent en engagement mutuel en étant respectivement appliqués par paire l'un contre l'autre par les arêtes périphériques les plus hautes (K) des chanfreinages (3a, 4a), et chacune de ces paires de disques (3, 4) est fixée sur les arbres d'entraînement ou encore les cylindres de coupe (1, 2) à une nette distance (a) de la paire immédiatement consécutive de disques (3', 4') dans la direction longitudinale (L) des arbres,
en ce que les dents (3b, 4b) sont ménagées à la manière de ciselets dans les corps des disques de coupe (3, 3', 4, 4') par détalonnage à la fraise ou analogue en hélice (W) et sont, pour chaque cylindre de coupe (1, 2), fixées sur ces derniers en étant mutuellement décalées selon une forme d'hélice correspondante (W),
et en ce que les disques de coupe (3, 4) de chaque cylindre de coupe (1, 2) présentent des diamètres différents (D1, D2) et tournent en même temps à des vitesses de rotation différentes. - Dispositif de prébroyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par des hauteurs différentes (H) des ciselets ou dents (3b, 4b).
- Dispositif de prébroyage selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des barreaux de grille de raclage (5) qui s'enfoncent par les deux côtés du puits d'alimentation (E) dans les espaces intermédiaires entre les paires de disques de coupe jusqu'au fond (1a, 2a) des cylindres de coupe.
- Dispositif de prébroyage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les extrémités libres (5a) des barreaux (5) s'étendent en inclinaison ou en bas (5b) vers le fond (1a, 2a) du cylindre.
- Dispositif de prébroyage selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un puits d'évacuation (AL) orienté essentiellement verticalement, ainsi qu'une bande transporteuse (F) orientée essentiellement horizontalement qui se raccorde au puits (AL) et mène à un broyeur secondaire (NZ), sont disposés à la suite de l'unité de coupe (1 à 4).
- Dispositif de prébroyage selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une commande automatique de l'alimentation en matériau en fonction de la charge, principalement avec un fonctionnement réversible du broyeur secondaire (NZ) et de la bande transporteuse (F) en cas de surcharge de l'unité de coupe correspondante.
