Claims (9)

1. Dispositif de broyage de déchets comprenant un boîtier (1) présentant une ouverture de remplissage (2) et au-dessous de cette dernière, un espace de travail (29) dans lequel sont disposés deux cylindres de broyage écartés axialement, entraînés en sens contraire et comportant chacun plusieurs disques de broyage (6, 7) munis chacun sur leur pourtour de dents de déchiquetage (20) et s'engrènant mutuellement, comprenant un puits de sortie (3) se raccordant à l'espace de travail (29), un élément de déviation (9) par disque de broyage (6, 7) qui est fixé sur le boîtier et s'étend entre les deux arbres moteurs (4, 5) dans l'espace axial intermédiaire (8) entre deux disques de broyage (6 et 7) de l'un des cylindres de broyage, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de déviation (9) repose sur un support central (21) disposé parallèlement aux arbres moteurs (4, 5) au-dessous de l'espace de travail (29), recouvre au moins partiellement l'arbre moteur (4, 5) traversant l'espace intermédiaire (8), est, du côté de l'ouverture d'entrée, au-dessus des arbres moteurs (4, 5), rapproché du disque de broyage (6, 7) avançant dans l'espace intermédiaire (8), de l'autre cylindre de broyage et est muni d'un arête coupante (18) qui coopère avec les dents de déchiquetage (20) du disque de broyage (6, 7).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arête coupante (18) est formée sur une contre-lame (19) montée sur l'élément de déviation (9).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arête coupante (18) de chaque élément de déviation (9) associé à un disque de broyage (6, 7) de l'un des cylindres de broyage se trouve à l'intérieur de la surface enveloppante cylindrique de l'autre cylindre de broyage.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface frontale (10) de l'élément de déviation (9) orientée vers le disque de broyage (6, 7) présente une partie (30) en forme d'arc de cercle concave partant de l'arête coupante (18).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de déviation (9) entoure l'arbre moteur (4, 5) traversant l'espace intermédiaire (8) et est composé de deux parties (11, 12) placées l'une contre l'autre dans le plan axial commun des deux arbres moteurs (4, 5), la partie inférieure (12) reposant sur le support central (21).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le puits de sortie (3) forme la tubulure de remplissage d'une presse à vis dont la vis de pression (33) est disposée au-dessous des deux arbres moteurs (4, 5) des cylindres de broyage, parallèlement à ces arbres, la surface frontale (10) de chaque élément de déviation (9) orientée vers le disque de broyage (6, 7) constituant une surface de guidage (31,32) pour le matériau broyé à introduire dans la vis de pression (33).

Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le support central (21) divise le puits de sortie (3) et en ce que la surface de passage de chaque ouverture partielle (37) peut être adaptée à la capacité d'admission de la vis de pression (33) par un tiroir (25) pouvant être déplacé horizontalement.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une arête coupante (26) est formée sur le côté de chaque tiroir (25) qui est orienté vers le support central (21).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le support central (21) présente une section transversale en U et forme la partie (35) du tube de vis (34) présentant l'ouverture d'entrée.
