Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de broyage de déchets comportant un entraînement (13), un carter qui présente une ouverture d'alimentation et un tambour de broyage rotatif, pourvu de barrettes de coupe (6;15) sur sa périphérie, coopérant avec un outil de coupe opposé, le matériau étant broyé lors de son passage entre les outils de coupe, caractérisé en ce que le tambour de broyage (5) est de conformation creuse et présente au moins une face frontale ouverte, et en ce que des fentes de passage ouvertes (7) sont ménagées entre les barrettes de coupe (6;15) dans l'espace creux (8) du tambour pour servir de passages d'évacuation supplémentaires pour du matériau non broyé ou seulement mal broyé.
  2. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de coupe opposé est formé par un second tambour de broyage (4) tournant en sens inverse du premier tambour de broyage (5) et présente sur sa périphérie des barrettes de coupe (6;16) qui pénètrent entre les barrettes de coupe (6;15) du premier tambour de broyage (5).
  3. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le second tambour de broyage (4) est également de conformation creuse et présente au moins une face frontale ouverte, des fentes de passage ouvertes (7) étant ménagées entre les barrettes de coupe (6;16) dans l'espace creux (8) du second tambour de broyage (4).
  4. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des fentes de passage (7) correspond à peu pris à celle des barrettes de coupe (6;15,16).
  5. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les fentes de passage (7) s'élargissent vers l'espace creux (8) du tambour.
  6. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe d'évacuation (9;17), agissant vers la face frontale ouverte, est prévu dans l'espace creux (8) du tambour.
  7. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'évacuation (9;17) dépasse hors de l'espace creux (8) du tambour et est fixé sur le carter 1.
  8. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'évacuation (9) est formé d'une plaque recourbée parallèlement à la périphérie avec au moins une arête d'évacuation agissant vers la face frontale ouverte.
  9. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'évacuation (17) est formé par une barrette enroulée en spirale.
  10. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'évacuation (17) est fixé sur une paroi latérale (2, 18) au moyen d'une bride de montage (10, 20).
  11. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième face frontale du tambour de broyage (4, 5) est fermée par un couvercle (12).
  12. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon l'une des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (13) n'est relié qu'à un tambour de broyage (5).
  13. Dispositif de broyage de déchets selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes de coupe (15) du tambour de broyage entraîné (5) sont plus larges que les barrettes de coupe du second tambour de broyage (4).
