Claims (13)

  1. Emballage pour l'accueil et/ou le transport et ou l'approvisionnement de fil de soudage, en particulier pour machines à souder automatiques, comportant essentiellement une griffe (1) pour un enrouleur de fil (6) tubulaire et une partie de couverture (5) en forme de disque annulaire reposant sur la couche supérieure de l'enrouleur (6) et, le cas échéant, la serrant, le fil (63) étant retiré par l'orifice central de la partie de couverture (5) à l'occasion de son approvisionnement, caractérisé en ce que la griffe (1) est pourvue d'une partie de fond (2), une partie (3) de retenue ou de support essentiellement debout verticalement ou inclinée équiangle sur celle-ci, au moins la partie (3) de retenue ou de support étant composée d'au moins trois, de préférence quatre ou huit, éléments (31) ou profils en barres enfermant un cercle en direction transversale de la partie (3) de retenue ou de support, le cercle étant égal au ou plus grand que le plus grand diamètre extérieur (61) de l'enrouleur de fil (6) et qu'au moins une autre griffe est insérable dans la griffe (1), tournée vue en direction axiale, en aval de la sortie de l'enrouleur de fil (6) et au moins partiellement reduisant la somme des volumes extérieurs.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (31) en barres de la partie (3) de retenue ou de support sont essentiellement radialement au moins partiellement continus (21) et reliés l'un à l'autre dans la partie de fond (2) de la griffe (1), la connexion étant radialement décalable et/ou fixable ainsi que réalisée au moyen d'une plaque centrale (22).
  3. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bouts supérieurs des éléments (31) en barres de la partie (3) de retenue ou de support sont reliés en direction transversale de celle-ci à une partie de bord (4) supérieure essentiellement de forme annulaire (41).
  4. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre intérieur de la partie de bord annulaire supérieure ou de l'anneau de bord (41) est égal au ou plus grand que le diamètre du cercle enfermant la partie (3) de retenue ou de support.
  5. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur (H2) d'une plaque de fond (22) centrale de la partie de fond (2) est essentiellement égale à l'hauteur (H4) de l'anneau de bord (4).
  6. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fond (2) est pourvue à l'intérieur essentiellement centrément ou centré-symétriquement de moyens de fixation (23) pour l'ancrage de moyens de charge de pression pour l'enrouleur de fil (6).
  7. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (31) en barres et, le cas échéant, l'anneau de bord (42) supérieur, sont formés en matériau tubulaire.
  8. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie de couverture (5) en forme de disque annulaire saillit circonférentiellement au moins partiellement ou en endroits dehors la section transversale ou le diamètre intérieur (62) et extérieur (61) de l'enrouleur de fil (6).
  9. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie de couverture (5) en forme de disque annulaire est pourvue dans la région de sa circonférence extérieure (51) d'au moins trois évidements (52) dans lesquels s'engrènent ou projettent avec jeu (54)au moins des parties, en particulier des parties d'appui (31) de la griffe (3) pour l'enrouleur de fil (6) et que la partie de couverture (5) est décalable ou abaissable en direction verticale correspondant à l'axe de l'enrouleur de fil (6), mais essentiellement empêchée contre une torsion ou une décalation latérale exposant une arête supérieure (61) et/ou arête intérieure (62) de l'enrouleur de fil.
  10. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice (53) de la partie de couverture (5) est formé arrondi s'évasant vers le bas et s'enlargissant et est pourvu d'un diamètre maximal qui est égal au ou de préférence plus petit que le diamètre intérieur (6) de l'enrouler de fil (6).
  11. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le rayon de la courbure (53) de l'orifice correspond essentiellement à la hauteur de la partie de couverture (5).
  12. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un guide-fil se resserrant en forme de trompette est pourvu en aval de la partie de couverture (5) adjacent à son orifice en direction de retirage du fil (63) ou que la partie de couverture (5) coopère fonctionellement avec un tel guide-fil.
  13. Emballage selon une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la partie (3) de retenue ou de support est pourvue d'un tuyau (32) cylindrique ou une paroi cylindrique sur lequel (laquelle) des éléments de profile (31) pour retenir ou supporter l'enrouleur de fil (6) et pour le guidage de la partie de couverture (5) en dicection axiale de l'enrouleur de fil (6) sont disposés.
