Alle derartigen Behälter (US-A-2572108, DE -A 3221933, DE-A- 3151803) haben den Nachteil gemeinsam, daß diese keine leichten Vorratskontrollen ermöglichen und nach der Entleerung entweden entsorgt werden müssen, was die Umwelt belasten kann, oder zur Wiederauffüllung das gleiche Lager- bzw. Liefervolumen aufweisend gesammelt und zum Drahthersteller zurück zu senden sind, wodurch hohe Transportkosten entstehen. Weiters ist von Nachteil, daß die Mittel zur schlingenfreien Bereitstellung nicht immer mit einer erforderlichen Sicherheit wirksam sind, wodurch Drahtknickungen, die eine Abschaltung des Schweißautomaten zur Folge haben , entstehen können. Um einen schlingenfreien Drahtaustrag aus dem Behälter zu erreichen, wurde schon versucht, (US-A-2752108) ein teleskopartig verlängerbares Innenrohr mit einem Flansch zentral anzuordnen und den Draht über den Flansch durch einen auf bzw. in diesem frei liegenden Ring abzuziehen. Weiters ist aus der DE-A-3151803 bekannt, auf die oberste Lage des Drahtwickels ein Halteglied mit einer zentralen Öffnung, durch welche der Schweißdraht abgezogen wird, anzuordnen, wobei das Halteglied, welches durch die Schwerkraft absenkbar ist, am äußeren Umfang federnde Teile, die mit der Innenfläche des Behälters in Kontakt stehen, aufweist. In Fig. 1 ist ein Behältnis zur Bereitstellung von Schweißdraht in einfachster Ausführung dargestellt, wobei der Aufnehmer 1 für den Drahtwickel 6 einen Halte-oder Stützteil 3 mit vier stangenförmigen Elementen 31 besitzt. Die stangenförmigen Elemente 31 sind dabei im Bodenteil 2 des Aufnehmers 1 radial als Elemente 21 , auf welchen der Drahtwickel ruht, weitergeführt. Die oberste Lage des Drahtwickels 6 wird durch einen ringscheibenförmigen Abdeckteil 5 niedergehalten und der Schweißdraht 63 durch eine zentrische Öffnung in der Abdeckung 5 ausgetragen.
Fig. 2 zeigt den oberen Bereich eines Aufnehmers 1 für einen Drahtwickel 6, bei welchem die stangenförmigen Elemente1 des Halteteiles 3 in einem oberen Randteil 4, der als Ring 41 ausgebildet ist, zusammengefaßt sind.

Nach vollständiger Entnahme von Schweißdraht 63 und durch Auflösung des Drahtwickels 6 liegt der Abdeckteil 5 am Bodenteil 2 des Behältnisses auf und ein weiteres Behältnis kann leicht gleichachsig, um den Durchmesser des stangenförmigen Elementes 31 verdreht, von oben eingebracht werden. Wenn, wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt, die Dicke H2 der Bodenplatte 2 gleich jener H4 des Ringes 41 vom oberen Randteil 4 des Aufnehmers 1 ausgeführt ist, sind zwei Auflageflächen bei der Stapelung gegeben und gute Stabilität erreicht. Dabei kann durch weitere geometrische Abstimmung der Abdeckteil 5 bei der Stapelung fixiert und vor einer Beschädigung beim Transport geschützt sein. Einfache Befestigungsmittel 23 im Bodenteil 2 dienen zum Stabilisieren des Drahtwickels 6 beim Transport, indem zum Beispiel damit ein auf dem Abdeckteil 5 aufliegender Stab federnd niedergehalten wird.In the schematic representation in FIG. 3, the upper edge part 4 is formed by a rectangular cowl 41, to which the rod-shaped elements 31 are connected via spacers 42. Die Elemente 31 sind als Profile ausgebildet mit der Wand 32 verbunden und distanzieren von dieser bzw. stützen die Außenoberfläche des Drahtwickels. Claims (13)

  1. A container for receiving and/or transporting and/or dispensing of welding wire, in particular for automatic welders, comprising substantially a pick-up (1) for a tubular wire wrapper (6) and a ringdisk-shaped lid part (5) resting on its topmost layer and optionally pressing against it, the wire (63) being withdrawn through the central orifice of the lid part (5) on dispensing, characterised in that the pick-up (1) has a bottom part (2), a holding or supporting part (3) substantially vertically standing or equiangularly inclined thereon, at least the holding or supporting part (3) being composed of at least three, preferably four to eight, rod-shaped elements (31) or profiles enclosing a circle in transverse direction to the holding or supporting part (3), said circle being equal to or greater than the greatest outer diameter (61) of the wire wrapper (6), and that a further pick-up can be inserted turned viewed in axial direction into the pick-up (1) downstream of the outlet of the wire wrapper (6), said further pick-up at least partially reducing the sum of outer volumina.
  2. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that the rod-shaped elements (31) of the supporting part (3) are substantially radially at least partially further extending (21) and mutually connected in the bottom part (2) of the pick-up (1), the connection being radially shiftable and/or fixable as well as effected by means of a central plate (22).
  3. The container according to any one of the claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the upper ends of the rod-shaped elements (31) of the holding or supporting part (3) are connected in its transverse direction to an upper rim part (4) which is formed substantially ring-shaped (41).
  4. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the inner diameter of the upper ring-shaped rim part or rim ring (41) is equal to or greater than the diameter of the circle circumscribing the holding or supporting part (3).
  5. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the height (H2) of a central bottom plate (22) of the bottom part (2) is substantially equal to height (H4) of the rim ring (4).
  6. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the bottom part (2) is provided internally substantially centrically or central-symmetrically with fastening means (23) for anchoring pressure loading means for the wire wrapper (6).
  7. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the rod-shaped elements (31) and optionally the upper rim ring (42) are formed of tubular material.
  8. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the ringdisk-shaped lid part (5) peripherally at least partially or in spots projects beyond the cross section or inner (62) or outer (61) diameter of the wire wrapper (6).
  9. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the ringdisk-shaped lid part (5) is provided in the region of its outer diameter (51) with at least three recesses (52) into which penetrate or project with play (54) at least parts, in particular supporting parts (31) of the pick-up (3) for the wire wrapper (6) and that the lid part (5) is displaceable or lowerable in vertical direction corresponding to the axis of the wire wrapper (6), but is substantially locked against torsion and lateral shifting exposing an upper outer (61) and/or inner (62) edge of the wire wrapper.
  10. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the hole (53) of the lid part (5) is formed rounded and widening and enlarging downwards and has a greatest diameter which is equal to or preferably smaller than the inner diameter (6) of the wire wrapper (6).
  11. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the radius of the curvature (53) of the hole substantially corresponds to the height of the lid part (5).
  12. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 11, characterised in that a conically tapering wire guide is provided downstream from the lid part (5) adjacent to its hole in withdrawing direction of the wire (63) or that the lid part (5) functionally cooperates with such a guide.
  13. The container according to any one of the claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the holding or supporting part (3) is provided with a cylindrical pipe (32) or a cylindrical wall on which profile elements (31) for holding or supporting the wire wrapper (6) and for guiding the lid part (5) in axial direction of the wire wrapper (6) are provided.
