Claims (11)

  1. Capsule de fermeture en matière plastique, destinée en particulier aux récipients en verre, comportant, raccordés par des zones d'affaiblissement de la matière (7) à une jupe (2) en prise autour de l'orifice du récipient, des segments à griffe (8) pouvant basculer pour venir en position verticale et présentant un profil faisant qu'ils se complètent réciproquement le long de leurs faces latérales opposées en position de fermeture,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les faces latérales des segments à griffe (8) sont inclinées et de ce fait se recouvrent réciproquement en position de fermeture, tandis que la zone d'affaiblissement de la matière (7) entre la jupe (2) et chaque segment à griffe (8) est, en direction du bord du segment, soit fermée par une accumulation de matière (7b), soit dégagé pour la présence d'une encoche (7a).
  2. Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les segments à griffe sont, en position de fermeture, soudés entre eux aux ultrasons, au niveau de leurs faces latérales se recouvrant et de leurs parties profilées se complétant réciproquement.
  3. Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les segments à griffe (8) présentent des bords d'accrochage (8b) dirigés vers l'intérieur et venant en prise sous le col de bouteille, ces segments formant en position de fermeture une pièce imperdable.
  4. Capsule de fermeture selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le profil des segments à griffe (8) comporte des crochets (12) et de réceptacles (13) complémentaires, venant se verrouiller les uns dans les autres par combinaison de formes.
  5. Capsule de fermeture selon une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les segments à griffe (8) sont, d'origine, moulés en position horizontale autour de la jupe (2) de la capsule.
  6. Capsule de fermeture selon une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la zone d'affaiblissement de la matière (7) située entre la jupe (2) et les segments à griffe (8) présente, le long de ses périphéries interne et externe, un chanfrein moulé.
  7. Capsule de fermeture selon une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les segments à griffe (8) ont, en plan, une forme rectangulaire et, en section, une forme en arc.
  8. Capsule de fermeture selon une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    une patte (8a) est moulée sur les segments à griffe (8).
  9. Capsule de fermeture selon une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la jupe (2) est équipée d'un couvercle (6) libérant un joint d'étanchéité (5) ou une ouverture.
  10. Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le couvercle (6) possède à l'intérieur une lèvre de serrage (14) dressée vers l'extérieur et munie à sa périphérie de renflements bombés, dirigés vers l'extérieur et aboutissant au début de la lèvre de la partie intérieure du couvercle.
  11. Capsule de fermeture selon les revendications 9 et 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    sur le couvercle (6) est moulée, à l'extérieur, une bague dont la périphérie interne est cylindrique tandis que la périphérie externe s'étend sous la forme d'un arrondi ou d'un chanfrein jusqu'à la périphérie interne cylindrique.
