Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour amener des plaques d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque de machines d'impression, en particulier des machines d'impression offset à feuilles, dans lequel le cylindre porte-plaque (1) comporte dans un canal de cylindre (2) un rail tendeur (3) associé au début d'impression (DA) et présentant pour la réception du bord avant de la plaque d'impression une zone de prise (17) à ouvrir, sous forme d'une fente s'étendant sur la largeur du format et débouchant dans une direction sensiblement tangentielle à la périphérie externe du cylindre porte-plaque (1), et une face d'introduction (15) dirigée vers le cylindre porte-plaque (1) et pouvant être réglée sur celui-ci étant prévue pour une nouvelle plaque d'impression, caractérisé en ce que la face d'introduction (15) est réalisée sous forme d'un rail d'introduction (9) s'étendant sur la largeur du format du cylindre porte-plaque (1) et pouvant être réglé sur la périphérie externe du cylindre porte-plaque (1) dans la zone du début d'impression (DA) de sorte que, par l'intermédiaire de la face d'introduction (15) du rail d'introduction (9), orientée vers le cylindre porte-plaque (1), le bord avant d'une plaque d'impression peut être introduit dans la zone de prise ouverte (17) du rail tendeur (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le rail d'introduction (9) est monté de façon pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (7) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe du cylindre porte-plaque (1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (7) est agencé sur une protection (6) prévue devant les cylindres de l'unité d'impression et pouvant être déplacée en particulier par l'intermédiaire d'un guide linéaire agencé sur une paroi du bâti latéral de l'unité d'impression.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le rail d'introduction (9) est agencé à l'extrémité pivotante d'un profilé de tôle (8) s'étendant sur la largeur du format du cylindre porte-plaque (1) et accroché par une face sur l'axe de pivotement (7).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le profilé de tôle (8) présente dans la direction transversale à la largeur du format une courbure et est accroché à l'axe de pivotement (7) avec la face concave de cette courbure orientée vers le cylindre porte-plaque (1).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la face d'introduction (15) du rail d'introduction (9) est réalisée sous forme d'une zone profilée de l'extrémité pivotante de la tôle profilée (8).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des brosses (13) sont agencées sur la face de la tôle profilée (8), orientée vers le cylindre porte-plaque (1), par l'intermédiaire desquelles brosses la plaque d'impression à amener peut prendre appui sur leur face de pression.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des butées (16) sont prévues aux deux extrémités du rail d'introduction (9), par l'intermédiaire desquelles le rail d'introduction (9) peut prendre appui sur les bagues du cylindre porte-plaque (1).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail d'introduction (9) peut être réglé contre le cylindre porte-plaque (1) par l'intermédiaire à chaque fois d'un vérin pneumatique (19) agencé sur une paroi latérale de la machine d'impression.
