Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour changer les formes d'impression sur des cylindres de machines à imprimer, qui comprend une unité oscillante de chargement de formes d'impression, laquelle comprend une case d'amenée des formes d'impression et une case d'évacuation des formes d'impression, l'unité de chargement des formes d'impression pouvant être basculée pour prendre une position de travail au droit de la rainure d'un cylindre porte-formes d'impression muni de dispositifs de serrage et une position de chargement dans laquelle l'unité de chargement de formes d'impression est écartée de la position de travail,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'unité (2) de chargement de formes d'impression qui peut être basculée dans une position de chargement verticale au droit d'un élément de retenue (5) sur lequel sont prévues une région d'entrée (13) pour une forme d'impression (14) qu'il s'agit de retirer d'un cylindre porte-formes d'impression (12) et des dispositifs de transport (6) pour une forme d'impression (22) qu'il s'agit de placer sur le cylindre porte-formes d'impression (12).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la région d'entrée (13) est associée à la case d'évacuation des formes d'impression (2.1) de l'unité de chargement de formes d'impression (2).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé
    en ce que les dispositifs de transport (6) attaquent l'élément de retenue (5) dans le plan de transport de la forme d'impression (22) à mettre en place de la case (2.2) d'amenée des formes d'impression.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'unité de chargement de formes d'impression (2) est soutenue dans sa position de travail par un dispositif de protection (8).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'enlèvement de la forme d'impression (14) et l'application de la forme d'impression (22) à mettre en place sont assistés par un rouleau (7) qui peut être mis en pression contre le cylindre porte-formes d'impression (12).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le rouleau (7) pouvant être mis en pression est le rouleau toucheur de mouillage d'un groupe imprimant.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'à chacune des cases de l'unité de chargement de formes d'impression (2), la case (2.1) d'enlèvement des formes d'impression et la case (2.2) d'amenée des formes d'impression est associée un actionneur (23, 29) qui actionne un arrêt (3, 4) pour la forme d'impression (14, 22).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'arrêt (3) comprend un levier (28, 30) sous charge de précontrainte.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'arrêt (3) peut être déplacé parallèlement à la case (2.1) d'évacuation des formes d'impression.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'arrêt (3) est movable dans une guidage coulissante (31).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'arrêt (4), associé à la case (2.2) d'amenée des formes d'impression, engage le bord arrière de la forme d'impression (22) à mettre en place.
