Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kokillenbreitseitenwand für eine Dünnbrammengießanlage, die einen von der Oberkante ausgehenden, zu den Seiten und nach unten auslaufenden Erweiterungsbereich aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine mit Kühlkanälen (13) versehene, im wesentlichen aus Kupfer bestehende, 5 - 50 mm dicke Breitseitenwand (1) durch Zugumformen/Zugdruckumformen mit dem Erweiterungsbereich (4) versehen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Breitseitenwand (1) außerhalb der Erweiterungsbereichsfläche (4) in gerader Ebene gehalten wird, ein Teil der Erweiterungsbereichsfläche (4) von einer Seite preßbeaufschlagt wird und auf der anderen Seite ein Teil der Erweiterungsbereichsfläche (4) sollwölbungsgerecht abgestützt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Zugumformen/Zugdruckumformen eines durch eine mittlere Wölbung und zwei seitliche entgegengesetzte Wölbungen gebildeten Erweiterungsbereichs (4) einer Breitseitenwand (1) eine Preßbeaufschlagung mindestens bis zu den Ortslinien der Wendepunkte der Wölbung erfolgt und eine sollwölbungsgerechte Abstützung der anderen Seite bis in den Bereich der Preßbeaufschlagung reicht. - Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Kokillenbeitseitenwand (1) nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, die aus einer Matrizenplatte (7), einem Stempel (10) und einem Niederhalter (8) besteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Konturfläche (7') der Matrizenplatte (7) seitlich in Auflageflächen ausläuft, den Auflageflächen ein Niederhalter (8) und der Konturfläche (7') ein kraftbeweglicher Stempel (10) mit einer der entsprechend der Konturfläche (7') der Matrizenplatte (7) geformten Stirnseite (12) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stempel (10) schmaler ist als die Breite der Konturfläche (7') der Matrizenplatte (7). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stempel (10) sich bis in den Bereich der Auflagefläche der Matrizenplatte (7) erstreckt.
