Claims (13)

  1. Schleifvorrichtung mit walzenförmigem Schleifkörper für die spanende Bearbeitung und Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken aus elastischem oder halbelastischem Werkstoff in "Einstechtechnik" unter Verwendung eines Schleifkörpers, dessen Breite mindestens der Länge des besagten zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Vorrichtung über Hilfsmittel (32, 33, 39) verfügt, die über einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach Beendigung der Bearbeitung in der Lage sind, das besagte Werkstück (25) in einer Position zu fixieren, in der sich seine Drehachse (26) im rechten Winkel zu den Auflageflächen (11) in einer Entfernung zur Drehachse (3) des Schleifkörpers (2) befindet, die der Summe aus dem theoretischen Radius des gewünschten Werkstücks und dem Radius des besagten Schleifkörpers entspricht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Hilfsmittel aus einer pneumatisch-ölhydraulischen Einrichtung (32), betätigt über einen Näherungssensor (33), und einer Schaltuhr (39) bestehen, welche ein mobiles System (6) in Bewegung versetzt, auf dem das Werkstück (25) während der Bearbeitung gelagert ist, wobei das besagte mobile System infolge der Aktion des besagten Näherungsschalters (33) über einen von der Schaltuhr (39) definierten Zeitraum immobilisiert wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Hilfsmittel (13) besteht, welches auf das in Bearbeitung befindliche Werkstück (25) eine geregelte flexible Andruckkraft ausübt, die dem Druck des durch den Kontakt des Werkstücks mit dem Schleifkörper (2) entstehenden Druck entgegengerichtet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Hilfsmittel (13) aus einem mobilen System (13) besteht, das mit einem Satz freilaufender Räder (23) ausgestattet ist, die elastisch gegen das in Bearbeitung befindliche Werkstück (25) gedrückt werden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Motor (4) besteht, der parallel zur Achse (3) des Schleifkörpers (2) eine Links-Rechts-Bewegung in Relation zu dem in Bearbeitung befindlichen Werkstück (25) ausführen kann.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (4) geeignet ist, eine axiale Links-Rechts-Bewegung des Schleifkörpers (2) zu bewirken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Hilfsmittel (27) besteht, das während des Schruppens des Werkstücks ein leichtes Driften der Drehachse (26) des in Bearbeitung befindlichen Werkstücks (25) bewirkt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hilfsmittel (27) eine elastische Verbindung (27) zwischen dem in Bearbeitung befindlichen Werkstück und dem Motor (28) darstellt, welcher das Werkstück in Drehung versetzt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit zwei offenen Auflagepunkten (11) versehen ist, die aus zwei winkelförmigen Flächen bestehen und jeweils ein Endstück der Achse (26) des in Bearbeitung befindlichen Werkstücks (25) aufnehmen, wobei zwei Anschläge (35) im rechten Winkel zu diesen Auflagen vorgesehen sind, um zu verhindern, daß sich die besagte Achse (26) aufgrund der während der Bearbeitung des Werkstücks (26) entstehenden Drift aus den Auflagepunkten bewegt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifkörper (2) auf seiner gesamten Oberfläche mit Vertiefungen ausgestattet ist, die sich mit den bearbeitungsaktiven Teilen der Oberfläche abwechseln, wobei sich diese Bereiche so abwechseln, daß das Verhältnis aktive Oberfläche/Vertiefungen auf der gesamten Ebene senkrecht zu einer Mantellinie des Schleifkörpers konstant ist, wobei diese Ebene die Mantellinie in einem beliebigen Punkt schneiden kann.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis aktive Oberfläche/Vertiefung zwischen 0,8 und 1,2 liegt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnkanten der auf der Oberfläche des Schleifkörpers ausgeführten Vertiefungen mit der Mantellinie des besagten Schleifkörpers einen Winkel ungleich 0° bilden.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen des Schleifkörpers aus Spiralnuten bestehen.
