Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Konturen aus weichem Material und vor allem von biegsamen Konturen (2), umfassend ein Werkzeug (6), auf den Rand der genannten Konturen wirkend und gebildet durch elastischen Lamellen (5), eingespannt mit einem Ende in einen Drehblock (4), angetrieben durch eine Antriebseinrichtung (9), und ein elastisches System, das auf zwei entgegengesetzte Seiten (20, 21) der Kontur drückt und gebildet wird durch zwei Bürsten (17, 18), die elastische Radialelemente (19) tragen, wobei sich die Bürsten um Achsen drehen, die im wesentlichen parallel sind zu den Seiten der Kontur.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen gebildet werden durch ein mit Schleifmittel bedecktes elastisches Leinen bzw. Gewebe.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einstelleinrichtung (30, 31) für die Stellung des Werkzeugs (6) in Richtung der Kontur (2) umfaßt, entsprechend den Angaben eines Aufnehmers (10) einer Größe, die repräsentativ ist für die Bearbeitungskraft.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnehmer (10) ein Aufnehmer ist, der die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Werkzeugs (6) mißt.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung pneumatisch ist.
- Automatisches Bearbeitungsverfahren von Konturen aus weichem Material, das eine Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 bis 5 verwendet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsvorrichtung der Kontur entlang verschoben wird, wobei das Werkzeug (6) mit bestimmten bzw. festgelegten Bewegungen der Kontur angenähert und von ihr entfernt wird, indem die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Werkzeugs auf einen festgelegten Wert geregelt wird.
- Automatisches Bearbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der festgelegte Wert periodisch neu berechnet wird in Abhängigkeit von der Leerlauf-Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Werkzeugs.
- Automatisches Bearbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich zergliedert in Arbeitsgänge, zwischen denen der festgelegte Wert neu berechnet wird, wobei anschließend jeder neue Arbeitsgang eingeleitet wird durch eine langsame Annäherung des Werkzeugs (6) an die Kontur, bis eine Abnahme der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Werkzeugs (6) festgestellt wird.
