Definitions
- the invention relates to a window system for a building.
- a window with a manually operated turn-tilt locking fitting is known, the drive rod arrangement of which opens a gap in the position releasing the window for a tilting movement about a horizontal axis by means of an electric motor integrated into the window handle for ventilation purposes can be.
- the electric motor drives independently from the handle blocked by a torque arm on the drive rod assembly.
- the drive rod arrangement movable in the usual direction in the circumferential direction of the casement of the window locks the window on its window frame on the one hand and tilts the casement into the slightly open ventilation position via a wedge gear acting between the window frame and the drive rod arrangement.
- the electric motor is assigned a controller which responds to a room air parameter, for example to gaseous or visible impurities in the room air, and which opens the window automatically when the monitored parameter exceeds a predetermined value or closes again when the value falls below it. In this way, the energy requirement for heating or cooling the room air can be kept to a minimum.
- the electric motor is installed in the shaft part of a hand turning handle coaxially with the axis of rotation of the turning handle and drives the one in engagement with the drive rod gear of the turn-tilt locking fitting Output mandrel via a gear transmission.
- the rotary handle of the known arrangement is therefore comparatively large.
- the self-locking gear comprises a spindle drive
- the threaded spindle driven by the motor is arranged with its axis transverse to the axis of rotation of the lever handle in the lever's longitudinal direction and the spindle nut is connected to a rack which is displaceably guided in the lever handle along the threaded spindle is which meshes with a pinion seated on the output mandrel and the electric motor is arranged in the lever handle axially parallel to the threaded spindle.
- the locking fitting of the window on the one hand and the pivoting movement of the window on the other hand are controlled by separate motors.
- the fact that the threaded spindle driven by the motor is arranged with its axis transverse to the axis of rotation of the lever handle in its lever direction and the spindle nut is connected to a toothed rack which is displaceably guided in the lever handle along the threaded spindle, the manual twist grip can be made considerably smaller than previously. Since the motor is coaxial with the threaded spindle in the lever handle, this differs from the lever handle of conventional hand-operated rotary handles essentially only by a slightly larger diameter.
- the manual Twist grip axially movable on a handle base part connected to the casement.
- the torque arm is designed as a pin which is lifted out of the handle base part when the hand rotary handle is lifted axially.
- the pivot bearing of the handle must be designed to be comparatively stable and complex in order to be able to cope with continuous use.
- the design effort of the hand twist grip can be reduced if the handle base part holding the lever grip on the sash frame extends essentially over the entire length of the lever grip and the bolt of the torque support coupling is arranged at the free end of the lever grip.
- tappet contacts between the lever handle and the handle base part can be provided at the free end of the lever handle, via which the motor arranged in the lever handle and, if applicable, its limit switches are connected to the motor control.
- the plunger contacts are arranged in a number of rows running radially to the axis of rotation of the lever handle, they are radially offset from one another in the rows from row to row, so that they cannot overlap with counter-contacts of other tappet contacts during manual rotation of the lever handle.
- the window of a building shown in Fig. 1 comprises a frame 1 arranged in a vertical plane and a wing frame 7 which can be rotated alternately about a lateral vertical axis 3 or tiltable about a lower horizontal axis 5 on the frame 1.
- the wing frame 7 is on a lower one
- the side corner is mounted in a corner bearing 9 (not shown in more detail) and is locked on the one hand on the frame 1 by a drive rod arrangement 11 which is at least partially concealed in a folded peripheral surface of the sash frame 7 and on the other hand switched between the tilting operation and the rotating operation.
- the drive rod assembly 11 is moved in the circumferential direction via a drive rod gear, not shown, by means of a rotary handle 13, which is rotatably mounted on the axis of rotation 15 of the sash 7 at right angles to the plane.
- the drive rod assembly 11 encircles essentially the entire sash 7 and is provided with a plurality of circumferentially distributed locking pins, two of which are shown at 14 and 15.
- the locking pins 14, 15 engage in striking plate pieces 17, 19 which are embedded in the inner fold surface of the frame 1.
- the rotary handle 13 assumes the position A shown in FIG. 1, from which it can be rotated into a tilt opening position C via a pivot opening position B.
- a locking pin 21 provided on the drive rod arrangement 11 locks an extension arm 25 attached to the frame 1 via a pivot bearing 23, in which the locking pin 21 engages in a counter member 27 of the opening arm 25.
- the wing frame 7 defined by the corner bearing and the swivel joint 23 can thus be rotated about the axis of rotation 3.
- the locking pin 21 is extended from the counter member 21 of the extension arm 25 and the drive rod arrangement 11 has locked a pivot bearing 29 diagonally opposite the pivot bearing 23.
- the sash frame 7 guided on the extension arm 25 can thus be tilted about the tilt axis 5.
- the window is conventional.
- the window is provided with an interlocking drive 31 integrated in the rotary handle 13, which is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 6 to 8 and, independently of the manual rotary adjustment of the rotary handle 13 in the position of the rotary handle 13 shown in FIG. 1, the drive rod arrangement 11 can drive between a drive rod position assigned to the locking position A into the drive rod position assigned to the tilt opening position C.
- a tilt drive 33 is arranged on the upper horizontal leg of the frame 1, which can be coupled to the drive rod arrangement 11 of the sash frame 7 via a pivotably driven scissor lever 35 and drives the sash frame 7 in the tilting direction in the tilt-open position of the drive rod arrangement 11 independently of the rotary handle 13.
- the window further comprises at least one position sensor arrangement consisting of two mutually assigned sensor parts, which detect the locking position of the drive rod arrangement 11 and / or the closed or tilt-open position of the casement 7. Details of position sensor arrangements are explained below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.
- microprocessors 43 are provided in close proximity to the windows 41, each of which either a single window 41 or a group of spatially adjacent ones, for example controls window 41 associated with the same room in the building.
- the microprocessors 43 are connected via connection lines 45 to the position sensor arrangements, the locking drives and the tilt drives of the windows 41 assigned to them.
- the microprocessors 43 are in turn connected via a data ring line 47 to a remote monitoring center 49, in which the locking and closing status of the individual windows is indicated optically, so that the locking and locking status of all windows of the building can be monitored from a central location.
- the data ring line 47 can be the power network of the building, to which the microprocessors 43 as well as the monitoring center are coupled via data coupling stages. However, the data ring line 47 can also be formed by a line additionally laid in the building.
- a diode array 51 can be provided for the optical display of the locking and closing status of the windows 41, which indicates the locking and closing status by means of light-emitting diodes 53 for each individual window or for each group of windows. To display the closed and locked status on the one hand and the unlocked or opened status on the other hand, light-emitting diodes of different colors, such as green and red, can be used.
- the microprocessors 43 pass the locking and closing status information, controlled by a controller 55 of the monitoring center 49, one after the other Monitoring center 49 from.
- the microprocessors 43 can be queried in the form of a cyclic time-division multiplex method; However, address codes for the identification of the microprocessors 43 and the windows 41 assigned to them can also be transmitted together with the status information.
- the controller 55 is expediently a computer which can also take on additional control and monitoring measures, such as, for example, the central control of the windows 41 or a graphical representation of the locking and closing state of the Window via a monitor 57, which visually displays the status information of the windows in text form and / or in a graphical representation, including a floor plan of the building.
- the controller 55 which is designed as a computer, can also be used for remote data transmission via suitable interface circuits 59.
- the locking and closing state of the windows 41 can be remotely controlled from the neighborhood without having to approach the window to be opened or closed.
- a remote control receiver 61 is connected to the microprocessor 43, which responds to a wireless remote control transmitter 63.
- the remote control transmitter 63 which is preferably an infrared transmitter, has control buttons for the status control of the windows 41 connected to the microprocessor 43.
- the microprocessor 43 When the control command for opening one of the windows is sent, the microprocessor 43 first switches on the locking drive of the window in the unlocking direction to then control the tilt drive in the opening direction after unlocking the window.
- a closing command First the tilt drive is controlled in the closing direction and then the locking drive is switched on in the locking direction.
- Both the locking drive and the toggle drive are provided with limit switches to which the microprocessor 43 responds in order to prevent the two drives from being switched on at the same time. Since the drives may have a comparatively long run-on time, it is expediently provided that the microprocessor 43 short-circuits the electric motors of the drives via suitable output circuits when the limit switches of the drives respond and thus actively brakes electrically.
- the microprocessors also monitor the level of the drive current of the electric motors.
- the nominal current of each electric motor that occurs during normal operation increases sharply when the motor is blocked.
- the microprocessor compares the current level with a predetermined current threshold value and generates a monitoring signal representing the blocking of the electric motor if the threshold value is exceeded.
- the monitoring center optically indicates the occurrence of the monitoring signal on the diode field 51 or the monitor 57 and triggers an alarm device if necessary.
- the microprocessor 43 expediently also monitors the period of time within which the overcurrent occurs.
- the monitoring signal representing the blocking state is only reported to the monitoring center 49 if it has occurred continuously during a predetermined time interval. False alarms can be avoided in this way.
- the microprocessor 43 also switches off the motor which is operated with overcurrent during the predetermined time interval and thus prevents damage to the motor from overloading.
- the windows 41 can not only be controlled remotely from the neighborhood, but also via a central operating device 65 of the monitoring center 49.
- the operating device 65 is designed such that it allows the specific control of individual windows by specifically selecting the assigned microprocessor 43, as well the collective control of groups of windows, for example a floor or a room, as well as the collective control of all windows in each case by pressing the special keys provided for this purpose.
- the microprocessors 43 are again addressed in accordance with the cyclical call scheme of the controller 55 or via address codes which are specifically assigned to the microprocessors or windows.
- remote control transmitters 67 in particular infrared transmitters, can be provided, which have a sensor 69 which responds to a state parameter of the room air are connected and control the opening state of the windows connected to the assigned microprocessor 43 as a function of the detected value of the room air parameter.
- the sensor 69 is, for example, a sensor that detects the relative air humidity and opens the window when the value of the air humidity exceeds a predetermined threshold value. In this way, mold formation and the like can be avoided in rooms at risk of moisture. The window closes when the moisture falls below the threshold again.
- the threshold value controlling the closing movement is preferably somewhat smaller than the threshold value provided when the window is opened.
- additional sensors can also be provided, which, for example, respond to the room temperature or the CO 2 content of the room air and ensure that the window is opened or closed automatically when predetermined values of the parameters are exceeded.
- the sensor 69 responds to the sound level outside the building, so that the window is closed automatically, for example in the event of road or aircraft noise.
- a sensor 71 which responds to the flow velocity of the air in the area of a window, can be connected to the microprocessor or possibly the remote control transmitter 67, which controls the window in dependence on the draft air.
- FIG. 3 to 5 show variants of position sensor arrangements as they can be used to monitor the locking and closing state of a window according to FIG. 1 used in a system according to FIG. 2.
- Fig. 3 shows a corner deflection of a drive rod arrangement with a faceplate bracket 73, which is provided at its ends with connectors 75 for extension parts of faceplate rails 77.
- On the legs of the faceplate angle 73 are connecting pieces 79 for driving rods 81 movable in the circumferential direction of the casement 7, which are coupled to one another in the corner region of the faceplate angle 73 by a flexible steel band 83.
- the connecting pieces 79 carry locking pins 13, 15 for engaging in the striking plate pieces 17, 19 of the frame 1 in Fig. 1.
- the drive rods 81 and thus the locking pins 13, 15 are, corresponding to the positions A, B and C of the rotary handle 13 in Fig 1 is movable between a locking position A, a rotary opening position B and a tilt opening position C, both by turning the rotary handle 13 and via the locking drive 31.
- a permanent magnet 85 is provided, which overlaps in the locking position A with a magnetic field sensitive sensor, for example a Hall switch 87, when the window is closed.
- the Hall switch 87 thus responds only when the window is closed and locked and does not respond when one of the two conditions is not met.
- the signals of the Hall switch 87 form the status information displayed by the monitoring center and are also used to control the locking drive 31 and the tilt drive 33 by means of the microprocessor 43.
- FIG. 4 shows a variant of a position sensor arrangement which differs from the arrangement according to FIG. 3 only in the number and arrangement of its sensors. Identical components are with the 3 and to distinguish them with the letter a.
- the position sensor arrangement comprises a plurality of magnetic field sensors provided on the sash frame 7, via which both the locking position A and the tilt opening position C of the drive rods 81a and the closed position of the sash frame 7 can be detected separately.
- a first permanent magnet 89 is connected to the connecting rod connector 79, the position of which is detected by two Hall switches 91 and 93 in the locking position A on the one hand and the tilt opening position C on the other.
- the rotary opening position B can be monitored by a logical combination of the output signals of the Hall switches 91, 93.
- a second permanent magnet 95 is arranged on the frame 1 and is detected in the closed position of the window by a magnetically sensitive sensor, in particular a Hall switch 97.
- the signals of the Hall switches 91, 93 and 97 are evaluated in the assigned microprocessor 43 and transmitted to the monitoring center 49 (FIG. 2).
- a high degree of security against manipulation is achieved by the separate evaluation of the individual drive rod positions and the closed position of the casement.
- FIG. 5 shows a further position sensor arrangement with comparatively high manipulation security in the form of a plunger contact 101 arranged on the casement 7 similar to the sensor part 37 in FIG. 1 and having a mating contact part 103 as a second sensor part similar to the sensor part 39 in FIG. 1 in the fold inner surface of the window frame 1 assigned.
- the tappet contact 101 is in the folded peripheral surface of the casement 7 through a faceplate 105 covered and exits through an opening 107 of the faceplate 105.
- the plunger contact 101 is held on a lever part 109, which in turn is pivotally mounted on a bearing block 111 which is fixedly connected to the faceplate 105 about an axis 113 extending approximately perpendicular to the plane of the sash 7. By pivoting the lever part 109 into the position indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 5, the plunger contact 101 can be withdrawn completely behind the faceplate 105.
- the pivoting movement of the lever part 109 is controlled by a cam part 117 which is fixedly connected to a drive rod 115 of the drive rod arrangement 11 and which moves together with the control movement of the drive rod 115 along the lever part 109.
- a cam part 117 which is fixedly connected to a drive rod 115 of the drive rod arrangement 11 and which moves together with the control movement of the drive rod 115 along the lever part 109.
- it is designed as a double-armed lever which carries the plunger contact 101 on one arm 119 and has a second arm 121 on the side of the axis 113 opposite the arm 119.
- the arms 119, 121 form cam tracks which are inclined at an obtuse angle to one another, on which the cam part 117 slidably abuts.
- FIG. 5 shows the locking position of the drive rod 115, in which the cam part rests on the arm 119 and presses the plunger contact through an opening 123 of the drive rod 115 and the opening 107 of the faceplate 105 against the mating contact 103.
- the cam part 117 rests on the arm 121, as a result of which the arm 119 is folded back into a recess 125 in the casement 7.
- the displacement movement of the drive rod 115 which transfers the cam part 117 onto the arm 121, at the same time brings the end edge 127, which is located in the direction of movement, over the opening 107 of the faceplate 105, with which both in the rotational opening position and the tilt opening position of the drive rod 115, the opening 107 of the faceplate 105 is covered by the drive rod 115.
- the plunger contact 101 is thus protected against manipulation in positions of the drive rod 115, which allow the window to be opened.
- the plunger contact 101 can have spring properties, spring properties of the lever part 109 made of plastic are expediently used.
- the arm 119 is provided with a recess 129 which weakens its cross section between the tappet contact 101 and the axis 113.
- the hand turning handle 13 comprises a base part 131 which can be screwed onto the casement 7 in the usual way and on which a lever handle 135 is rotatably mounted about the axis 15 via a bushing 133 is.
- the lever handle 135 forms a housing for the locking drive 31, which consists of an electric motor 137, a spindle drive 139 and a rack and pinion gear 141.
- the spindle drive 139 has a threaded spindle 143 running in the longitudinal direction of the lever handle 135, which is driven by the co-axially arranged electric motor 137.
- the threaded spindle 143 intersects the axis 15 and bears a spindle nut 147 on opposite housing walls 145 which cannot be rotated but is displaceably guided and to which a toothed rail 149 is fastened, for example screwed, parallel to the threaded spindle 143.
- the toothed rail which moves with the spindle nut 147 meshes with a pinion 151 which is seated in a rotationally fixed manner on the handle-side end of a square mandrel 153 which is coaxial with the axis of rotation 15.
- the square mandrel 153 rotatably engages in the drive rod arrangement 11 in a manner not shown in detail shifting drive rod gearbox.
- a finger button 155 which is displaceably guided in the longitudinal direction of the lever handle 135 and is biased by a compression spring 157 with its locking projection 159 into a recess 161 of the base part 131.
- the finger button 155 forms a torque support for the reaction torque exerted by the electric motor 137 on the lever handle 135 when the mandrel 153 is driven. Since the spindle drive 139 has self-locking properties, the lever handle 135 can also be rotated manually with the mandrel 153 after the finger button 155 has been pressed and the locking projection 159 has been disengaged. The window can thus be locked and unlocked independently and in any position of the spindle drive, which is particularly important for emergencies.
- two limit switches 163 for controlling the electric motor 137 are assigned to the spindle drive 139.
- the limit switches 163 are connected to the microprocessors 43 in the system according to FIG. 2.
- the microprocessor cannot use the limit switches 163 to control the electric motor 137, in particular for its active electrical braking, but also as a position sensor arrangement for monitoring the position of the drive rod arrangement, since the lever handle 135 locks in its rest position with the base part 131 when the drive rod arrangement is motorized is thus in a predetermined position.
- the connecting lines to the limit switches 163 and to the electric motor 137 are via resilient plunger contacts 165 in the region of the free end of the lever handle 135 remote from the axis of rotation from the lever handle 135 to the base part 131 led.
- the plunger contacts 165 are arranged in two rows running essentially in the longitudinal direction of the lever handle 135 and offset from row to row so that they move in different and not unintentionally contacting circular paths when the lever handle 135 rotates.
- the toggle drive 33 shown in detail in FIGS. 9 to 11 also has similarly small dimensions.
- the toggle drive 33 has a two-part housing 167 with a rectangular cross section, which is inserted in a corner recess in the frame 1 on the end face and flush on the inside of the rebate surface.
- the housing 167 which is elongated in the circumferential direction of the frame 1, accommodates an electric motor 169 and a spindle drive 171 driven by the motor 169 coaxially alongside one another in the longitudinal direction.
- the spindle drive has a threaded spindle 173 driven by the motor 169, on which sits a spindle nut 177 which is rotatably but axially displaceable between opposing wall surfaces 175 of the housing 167.
- the scissor lever 35 is pivotably mounted outside the housing 167 on an axle pin 181 which is guided through a longitudinal slot 179 of the spindle nut 177 and is held in the housing 167 on both sides of the spindle nut 177. In the installed position, the axle journal 181 runs perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the upper leg of the window frame 1 and parallel to the plane of the window frame 1.
- a further axle journal 183 is also held, which is held by a snap ring 185 is axially secured between the scissor lever 35 and the housing 167 (FIG. 11) and emerges from the housing 167 through an elongated hole 187 (FIG. 9) extending in the direction of displacement of the spindle nut 177 and engages in an elongated hole 189 extending along the scissor lever 35.
- the free end of the scissor lever 35 carries a mushroom pin 191 which, when the sash frame is tilted, engages in a guide rail 193 which extends along the upper leg of the sash frame.
- the guide rail is firmly seated on a drive rod 195 and, together with the mushroom pin 191, forms a travel compensation coupling, via which the pivoting movement of the scissor lever 35 driven by the motor 169 is converted into a tilting movement of the casement.
- the guide rail 193 has an essentially C-shaped cross section and accommodates the head widening of the mushroom bolt 191 in an undercut manner in its guide channel.
- the length and position of the guide rail 193 relative to the drive rod 195 is dimensioned such that the mushroom pin 191 lies outside the guide rail 193 both in the locking position and in the rotational opening position of the drive rod 195 when the scissor lever 35 in its window corresponding to the closed, parallel to Drive rod 195 is in the position in which it is shown in FIG. 10.
- the drive rod 195 can be opened manually by manually actuating the rotary handle 13 (FIG. 1) into the rotary opening position B, for example in the event of a defect in the tilt drive or in emergencies. If the window is to be tilted by a motor, the drive rod 195 is moved by means of the locking drive 31 into the tilt opening position in which the guide rail 193 engages the mushroom pin 191.
- the spindle drive 171 is in turn assigned two limit switches 197 which can be actuated by the spindle nut 177 and which are connected in a manner not shown in more detail via connecting lines to the assigned microprocessor 43 (FIG. 2).
- the microprocessor 43 controls the operation of the electric motor 169 as a function of the actuation of the limit switches 197 and in particular as a function of the limit switches 197 controls the electrically active braking operation of the motor.
- the two limit switches 197 can also be used here as position sensors for the tilting position of the casement.
- the housing 167 of the tilt drive 33 is fastened in the cutout of the frame 1 by means of a mounting flange 199 which is integrally formed on the housing 167.
- the fastening flange 199 is arranged symmetrically in the axial direction of the axle bolts 181, 183, and the axle bolts are arranged on the housing 167 in such a way that they can be plugged over.
- the tilt drive 33 can thus be used equally for left- or right-hinged windows.
- windows should be able to be blocked so that at least they cannot be opened via the locally assigned remote control.
- the microprocessors 43 of the individual windows 41 or the window groups assigned to the microprocessors 43 can be blocked selectively or also collectively or in groups by means of the operating device 65 of the monitoring center 49, so that they can control commands that they cannot reach from remote control receivers 61 or other control devices.
- the blocking commands are expediently coupled with closing and locking commands, so that the blocking in the closed and locked state of the windows he follows.
- the purely electrical blocking of the electrical window actuation has the advantage that the windows can still be opened manually in emergency situations.
- FIG. 12 shows a variant which, in addition or optionally also as an alternative to the electrical blocking explained above, permits mechanical blocking of the drive rod arrangement 11 (FIG. 1).
- the blocking device according to FIG. 12 comprises a support part 205, connected in a manner not shown at 201 to a faceplate 203 of the drive rod arrangement, on which an angle pawl 207 is pivotally mounted about an axis 209 running perpendicular to the plane of the sash frame 7-.
- the angle pawl 207 has a pawl arm 211 which protrudes from the axis 209 substantially parallel to a drive rod 213 of the drive rod arrangement counter to the opening movement direction (arrow 215) of the drive rod 213.
- a recess 217 is provided at a point in the locked position of the drive rod 213 with the latch arm 211, into which the latch arm 211 is biased by a compression spring 219 held on the supporting part 205, as is shown by a dash-dotted contour in FIG 12 is indicated.
- the pawl arm 211 thus automatically blocks the drive rod 215 in its locking position and must be actively moved out of the blocking position for the unlocking process and for the switching of the locking fitting into the rotary opening position or the tilt opening position.
- an electromagnet 221 is provided on the support part 205, the armature plunger 223 of which is displaceably mounted parallel to the drive rod 215 and the angle pawl 207 via its actuating arm running at right angles to the pawl arm 211 225 pivots against the force of the spring 219.
- the electromagnet 221 is excited via the microprocessors 43 (FIG. 2) together with the locking drive. If the microprocessors 43 are electrically blocked via the operating device so that they cannot execute local commands, the electromagnet 221 is not energized and the drive rod arrangement of the window is also blocked against manual unlocking. In order to still be able to open the window manually in the case of non-blocked microprocessors, 13 switching contacts can be provided on the rotary handle, for example, which close the excitation circuit of the electromagnet 221 when the locking fitting is operated manually.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a window system for a building.
Monitoring the closed state of the windows of a building is usually time consuming, especially for buildings with a large number of windows, such as office buildings and the like. Even if the closed state of the windows can be seen from outside the building, which is usually not possible with only ajar and unlocked windows, with conventional window systems each window must be closed and locked individually and by hand.
From DE-A-32 23 808 a window with a manually operated turn-tilt locking fitting is known, the drive rod arrangement of which opens a gap in the position releasing the window for a tilting movement about a horizontal axis by means of an electric motor integrated into the window handle for ventilation purposes can be. The electric motor drives independently from the handle blocked by a torque arm on the drive rod assembly. The drive rod arrangement movable in the usual direction in the circumferential direction of the casement of the window locks the window on its window frame on the one hand and tilts the casement into the slightly open ventilation position via a wedge gear acting between the window frame and the drive rod arrangement. The electric motor is assigned a controller which responds to a room air parameter, for example to gaseous or visible impurities in the room air, and which opens the window automatically when the monitored parameter exceeds a predetermined value or closes again when the value falls below it. In this way, the energy requirement for heating or cooling the room air can be kept to a minimum.
In the drive known from DE-A-32 23 808 for a locking fitting that can also be operated manually, the electric motor is installed in the shaft part of a hand turning handle coaxially with the axis of rotation of the turning handle and drives the one in engagement with the drive rod gear of the turn-tilt locking fitting Output mandrel via a gear transmission. The rotary handle of the known arrangement is therefore comparatively large.
It is an object of the invention to show a way in which the handling and / or drive elements can be made considerably smaller in a window system with both manually and motor-lockable windows.
- a window frame comprising a window frame and a wing frame pivotably mounted on the window frame, which window has a manually operated locking fitting, in particular a turning-tilt locking fitting releasing the leaf frame alternately for a rotary-pivoting movement about a vertical axis and a tilting-pivoting movement about a horizontal axis, wherein the locking fitting has a drive rod arrangement which is laid in a rebate peripheral surface of the sash frame and which is movable in the circumferential direction of the sash frame and a rotary handle designed as a lever handle and which is rotatably mounted on a handle base part fixed to the sash frame via a drive rod gear with the drive rod arrangement
- an electric motor connected to a unit with the manual twist grip which, via a gear which is self-locking when rotating from the driven side, drives a driven mandrel which is coupled to the drive rod gear and which is coaxial with the rotational axis of the hand twist grip, relative to the hand twist grip, and
- a manually releasable torque support coupling between the rotary handle and the base part of the handle.
The above aim is achieved in that the self-locking gear comprises a spindle drive, the threaded spindle driven by the motor is arranged with its axis transverse to the axis of rotation of the lever handle in the lever's longitudinal direction and the spindle nut is connected to a rack which is displaceably guided in the lever handle along the threaded spindle is which meshes with a pinion seated on the output mandrel and the electric motor is arranged in the lever handle axially parallel to the threaded spindle.
In contrast to the known electromotively driven locking fitting, in the window system according to the invention the locking fitting of the window on the one hand and the pivoting movement of the window on the other hand are controlled by separate motors. The fact that the threaded spindle driven by the motor is arranged with its axis transverse to the axis of rotation of the lever handle in its lever direction and the spindle nut is connected to a toothed rack which is displaceably guided in the lever handle along the threaded spindle, the manual twist grip can be made considerably smaller than previously. Since the motor is coaxial with the threaded spindle in the lever handle, this differs from the lever handle of conventional hand-operated rotary handles essentially only by a slightly larger diameter.
In the known locking drive, the manual Twist grip axially movable on a handle base part connected to the casement. The torque arm is designed as a pin which is lifted out of the handle base part when the hand rotary handle is lifted axially. With such a configuration, the pivot bearing of the handle must be designed to be comparatively stable and complex in order to be able to cope with continuous use. The design effort of the hand twist grip can be reduced if the handle base part holding the lever grip on the sash frame extends essentially over the entire length of the lever grip and the bolt of the torque support coupling is arranged at the free end of the lever grip. At the same time, tappet contacts between the lever handle and the handle base part can be provided at the free end of the lever handle, via which the motor arranged in the lever handle and, if applicable, its limit switches are connected to the motor control. As far as the plunger contacts are arranged in a number of rows running radially to the axis of rotation of the lever handle, they are radially offset from one another in the rows from row to row, so that they cannot overlap with counter-contacts of other tappet contacts during manual rotation of the lever handle.

The window of a building shown in Fig. 1 comprises a

In the tilt opening position C, the locking
As far as described so far, the window is conventional. In addition, however, the window is provided with an interlocking
For monitoring the locking and closing status and for controlling the locking and tilting drives of a plurality of
The locking and closing state of the
The microprocessors also monitor the level of the drive current of the electric motors. The nominal current of each electric motor that occurs during normal operation increases sharply when the motor is blocked. The microprocessor compares the current level with a predetermined current threshold value and generates a monitoring signal representing the blocking of the electric motor if the threshold value is exceeded. Controlled by the
The monitoring signal representing the blocking state is only reported to the
The
In addition or as an alternative to the local control of the
Die Signale des Hallschalters 87 bilden die von der Überwachungszentrale angezeigten Zustandsinformationen und werden darüberhinaus zur Steuerung des Verriegelungsantriebs 31 und des Kippantriebs 33 mittels des Mikroprozessors 43 ausgenutzt.3 to 5 show variants of position sensor arrangements as they can be used to monitor the locking and closing state of a window according to FIG. 1 used in a system according to FIG. 2. Durch die gesonderte Auswertung der einzelnen Treibstangenstellungen und der Schließstellung des Flügelrahmens wird eine hohe Manipulationssicherheit erreicht.FIG. 4 shows a variant of a position sensor arrangement which differs from the arrangement according to FIG. 3 only in the number and arrangement of its sensors. Identical components are with the 3 and to distinguish them with the letter a. For explanation, reference is made to the description of FIG. 3. In contrast to FIG. 3, the position sensor arrangement comprises a plurality of magnetic field sensors provided on the
The pivoting movement of the
The hand turning handle 13 comprises a
In the two opposite end positions of the
Due to the coaxial arrangement of the electric motor and spindle drive in the longitudinal direction of its lever handle, the hand-operated rotary handle 13 explained above has comparatively small dimensions. The toggle drive 33 shown in detail in FIGS. 9 to 11 also has similarly small dimensions. The toggle drive 33 has a two-
The length and position of the
The
The
For some applications, windows should be able to be blocked so that at least they cannot be opened via the locally assigned remote control. In the system according to FIG. 2, it is provided that the
The blocking device according to FIG. 12 comprises a
