- Locking device (3) for a door or the like having a casement or leaf (2), having a main lock (4), having a movably guided driving rod (11) connected to the main lock (4) and a secondary lock (7 - 9), the driving rod (11) having a first position in which the casement or leaf (2) is locked in a frame (1) and a second position in which the casement or leaf (2) is unlocked in relation to the frame (1), having an electric drive (15) for the driving rod (11), having coupling means (24) arranged between the electric drive (15) and the driving rod (11), and having a control device (21) for activating the electric drive (15), the driving rod (11) having a mechanical drive (5) for moving it when the electric drive (15) is switched off, and the coupling means (24) having a free region (32) in which the driving rod (11) can be moved without entraining the electric drive (15), characterized in that the free region (32), with the electric drive (15) in a basic position, having dimensions permitting the driving rod (11) to move in both positions, in that the coupling means (24) connect the electric drive (15) directly to the driving rod (11), and in that the control device (21) is designed for moving the electric drive (15) into the basic position after each time the driving rod (11) has been driven.
- Locking device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a latch (35) which is prestressed into the closed position is held in a manner such that it can be moved either by means of the electric drive (15) or the mechanical drive (5).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a position of the driving rod (11) that is required for moving the latch (35) is arranged outside the free region (32) of the coupling means (24), and in that the latch (35) is connected to the mechanical drive (5) directly via a change-over means (37).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the driving rod (11) is connected to a door gap limiter (14).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the electric drive (15) has a spindle (20) which is driven by an electric motor (19) and has a nut (23) which is arranged on the spindle (20) and is guided in a rotationally fixed and axially displaceable manner.
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling means (24) have a driving-rod connecting slide (26) which is connected to the driving rod (11) and is in engagement with the nut (23).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the nut (23) or the driving-rod connecting slide (26) has a projection (27) which points towards the other component in each case and can be moved between two drivers (30, 31) arranged at a distance from each other.
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drivers (30, 31) are arranged on projections (28, 29).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the driving-rod connecting slide (26) has the drivers (30, 31).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the driving-rod connecting slide (26) is of essentially c-shaped design.
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the control device (21) is connected to a sensor element for detecting the closed position of the casement or leaf (2).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the electric drive (15) has a sensor element, which is connected to the control device (21), for sensing the positions corresponding to the positions of the driving rod (11) and the basic position.
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sensor elements have a reed contact (41, 42) and magnets (40) opposite the latter.
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the electric motor (19) of the electric drive (15) is designed as a stepping motor, and the control device (21) is designed for the stepwise activation of the electric motor (19).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the control device (21) is connected to a signal device (43).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the control device (21) has an electronic memory for a day program and a night program.
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the control device (21) is designed for holding the electric drive (15) in the unlocked position of the driving rod (11) for a designated period of time.
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the electric motor (19) and the control device (21) are arranged in a common housing (22).
- Locking device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mechanical drive (5) has a handle (10) and in that the handle (10) can be moved from a basic position in two directions.
