Description
Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von bahnenförmigem Material, wobei das Material an die Oberfläche einer Gegenwalze oder eines Gegenbalkens gepreßt ist und wobei außer der Gegenwalze/dem Gegenbalken (2) ein mit Abstand davon parallel dazu ortsfest angeordneter, biegesteifer Querbalken, Stützkörper, Tragbalken oder dgl. (3,31,32,33) vorhanden ist, in oder an dem druckkrafterzeugende Elemente (6,60-62) befestigt sind und wobei im Raum zwischen der Gegenwalze/dem Gegenbalken (2) und dem Querbalken bzw. Stützkörper oder Tragbalken (3,31,32,33) eine die Anpreßarbeit an der Warenbahn (1) ausübende achslagerlos gelagerte Arbeitsrolle (4) anpassend biegbarer Beschaffenheit an der Gegenwalze bzw. dem Gegenbalken (2) anliegt und wobei anpassend biegbare Elemente, die die Anpreßkraft auf die Arbeitsrolle (4) und die Gegenwalze/den Gegenbalken (2) bzw. die daran anliegende Warenbahn (1) übertragen, in diesem Zwischenraum zwischen der Gegenwalze/dem Gegenbalken (2) und dem Querbalken bzw. Stützkörper oder Tragbalken (3,31,32,33) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die anpassend biegbaren Elemente mindestens einen Gleitlagerbalken bzw. ein Lagerbett (5,51-55) umfassen, in dem die Umfangsfläche wenigstens einer anpassend biegbaren Rolle (4,41-47) gleitgelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die anpassend biegbare Rolle die Antriebsrolle (4) selbst ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Gegenwalze (2) den Bearbeitungsvorgang unmittelbar ausführende Arbeitsrolle (4) im Verhältnis zur Gegenwalze (2) einen kleinen Durchmesser aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die anpassend biegbaren Rollen zylindrisch geformte Körper bzw. achslagerlos angeordnete Rollen (41-47) sind, welche die Anpreßkraft auf die Arbeitsrolle (4) übertragen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei zylindrische Körper bzw. Rollen (45,46) in einem gemeinsamen Gleitlagerbalken/Lagerbett (53) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrischen Körper bzw. Rollen (41-47) umfangsangetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsrolle (4) eine Oberfläche aus Gummi, Filz oder dgl. aufweist oder mit einer dementsprechenden Mantelschicht (20) umgeben ist die glatt oder strukturiert und allenfalls komprimierbar und Flüssigkeit bzw. Substanz aufnehmend transportierend und abgeben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die druckerzeugenden Elemente über die Länge verteilt angeordnet sind, wobei die Zonen gegebenfalls unterschiedlich stark druckbeaufschlagt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die druckerzeugenden Elemente durch unter Druck stehende Flüssigkeit expandierende Schläuche (60) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die druckerzeugenden Elemente (6,60-62) an einer Platte (7,71) andrükkend anliegen die die Arbeitsrolle (4) und die biegbaren Elemente (4,41-47,5,51-55) tragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (71) an einer Seite mit einem Trager (10,11) gelenkig verbunden ist und so eine Hebelkonstruktion bildet, die je nach Angriffsstelle des druckerzeugenden Elements an der Platte (71) druck- bzw. kraftverstärkend -übertragend oder -reduzierend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Platte (71) an jener Stelle, an der die Krafteinwirkung erfolgt, eine Verstarkungsplatte (75) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Gegenwalze (2) oder dem Gegenbalken anliegend verschiedene Bearbeitungsstationen vorhanden sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze (2) eine Hohlwalze ist, in der eine oder mehreren Bearbeitungsstationen zugeordnete Magnetkraft erzeugende Einrichtungen (9) angeordnet sind.
