Claims (7)
- Silo pour le stockage, le dosage et le mélangeage continu de marchandises en vrac fluidisables avec de préférence une section circulaire et un corps central (3) adapté à cette section, entre lequel et la paroi de silo un fond annulaire (4) incliné vers l'intérieur peu profondément est configuré, fond qui est occupé par des conduits d'alimentation en air (6) qui peuvent être aérés section par section, des tubulures d'évacuation (9) étant prévues dans la zone de la coupe entre le corps central et le fond annulaire, un cône de glissement ou de décharge (10) étant placé à un certain écart du corps central (3) au-dessus de cleui-ci, cône dont la surface de base imaginaire recouvre la surface annulaire, qui est adjacente au cône central et qui forme une partie du fond annulaire (4), en formant un canal de décharge annulaire (7) qui correspond à la surface annulaire, une fente annulaire (17) qui est de plus de 360° restant libre entre l'arête inférieure du corps de glissement ou de décharge (10) et le fond annulaire, caractérisé en ce que le corps central est configuré comme cône central et que le canal de décharge (7) est incliné peu profondément dans le sens de la périphérie vers les tubulures d'évacuation (9, 9').
- Silo selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des conduits d'alimentation d'air séparés (8), à l'allure essentiellement tangentielle, sont placés sur le fond du canal de décharge annulaire (7).
- Silo selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cône de glissement ou de décharge (10) s'appuie sur le cône central (3) à l'aide de nervures d'écartement ou de fixation (13).
- Silo selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux tubulures de décharge (9, 9') sont prévues qui sont réparties uniformément à la périphérie du cône central (3) et que des coulisseaux de dosage (14, 14') suivent les tubulures de décharge (9, 9').
- Silo selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre du cône annulaire entre le cône central (3) et le cône de glissement ou de décharge (10) est aérée dans la zone supérieure.
- Silo selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un filtre (12) est placé en aval ou est rattaché à la conduite d'aération (11).
- Silo selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cône de glissement ou de décharge (10) est formé par des pièces préfabriquées en tôle d'acier qui sont posées à la manière de tuiles.
