Claims (18)

  1. Procédé pour recouvrir une pile de marchandises d'une housse en pellicule étirable, dans lequel on fait passer sur la pile de marchandises (1) une housse (5) tendue au préalable dans la direction de la périphérie, on rabat son bord inférieur (13) sous la pile de marchandises (1) ou sous une palette (2) qui porte la pile de marchandises (1) et on le fixe à cet endroit, caractérisé par le fait que l'on saisit le bord inférieur (13) de la housse (5) après l'avoir fait passer sur la pile, et qu'on le soumet à une tension supplémentaire dans la direction longitudinale de la housse en le rabattant ensuite.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'on saisit et soumet à une tension supplémentaire le bord inférieur (13) dans la région centrale d'au moins deux côtés opposés de la pile de marchandises (1).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'on maintient fixe le bord inférieur (13) de la housse (5) lorsqu'on la soumet à une tension supplémentaire, et que l'on soulève la pile de marchandises (1).
  4. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant un cadre tendeur, celui-ci étant mobile le long de la pile de marchandises (1) et comportant des éléments de retenue (6) qui peuvent être déplacés les uns par rapport aux autres par un mécanisme tendeur et qui pénètrent dans la housse ouverte (5), comprenant un support (7) qui peut être déplacé verticalement et qui est destiné à la pile de marchandises (1), et comprenant un dispositif qui est destiné à fixer le bord inférieur (13) de la housse (5) à la pile de marchandises (1) et qui est disposé sous la pile de marchandises (1) ou sous son support (7), caractérisé par le fait que des dispositifs (8) destinés à soumettre la housse (5) à une tension supplémentaire sont disposés entre les éléments de retenue (6) d'au moins deux côtés opposés de la pile de marchandises (1).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs (8) qui sont destinés à imprimer une tension supplémentaire sont disposés dans la région centrale entre des éléments de retenue voisins (6).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs (8) qui sont destinés à imprimer une tension supplémentaire comportent des pinces (12) dont les fentes d'ouverture sont dirigées verticalement pour l'essentiel, afin de saisir le bord inférieur (13) de la housse (5) qui est guidé par les éléments de retenue (6).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les pinces (12) peuvent être déplacées pour venir sous la pile de marchandises (1) après que l'on a soulevé la pile de marchandises (1) qui est recouverte par la housse (5).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que chaque dispositif destiné à imprimer une tension supplémentaire (8) comporte deux pinces (12) qui sont disposées à distance l'une de l'autre, et par le fait que sous la pile de marchandises (1) est disposé un dispositif de pulvérisation de colle (15) qui pulvérise de la colle sur le bord inférieur (13) de la housse (5) dans la région située entre les pinces (12).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu entre les pinces (12) de chaque dispositif (8) un rouleau de serrage (16) qui peut être déplacé avec les pinces (12) et qui peut être serré contre le côté inférieur de la pile de marchandises (1) ou de la palette (2), respectivement.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'un vérin de serrage (19) est associé au rouleau de serrage (16).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé par le fait que les disques chauffants (108) sont montés tournants sur des leviers pivotants associés (111) qui sont articulés pour leur part sur un chariot (113), celui-ci pouvant être déplacé par l'entraînement (115), et par le fait que les leviers pivotants (111) s'appuient sur le chariot (113) par l'intermédiaire de ressorts (116).
