Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verfahren zum Überziehen von Stretchfolienhauben über einen Gutstapel, bei dem eine in Umfangsrichtung vorgespannte Haube über den Gutstapel gezogen wird und ihr unterer Rand unter den Gutstapel oder eine den Gutstapel tragende Palette geschlagen sowie dort befestigt wird. Bei einem gattungsgemäßen Verfahren wird eine Stretchfolienhaube in Längsrichtung zieharmonikaartig gerafft und auf stabförmigen Halteelementen eines Spannrahmens abgelegt. Dann werden die Halteelemente mit Hilfe eines Spanntriebes auseinander bewegt, wodurch die Stretchfolienhaube in Umfangsrichtung vorgespannt wird. In diesem Zustand wird der Spannrahmen längs dem Gutstapel abwärts bewegt, wobei die geraffte Stretchfolienhaube von den Halteelementen abgezogen wird und sich an die Außenseiten des Gutstapels anlegt. Bremsen, die an den Haubenabschnitten zwischen den Halteelementen angreifen, kontrollieren die Spannung der Stretchfolienhaube (DE-GM 90 01 319). Obgleich mit den Bremsen eine weitgehende Steuerung der Spannungsverteilung in der Stretchfolienhaube möglich ist, wird häufig beobachtet, daß die Haube insbesondere im mittleren Bereich der Seiten des Gutstapels Falten wirft, also nicht in allen Richtungen gleichmäßig vorgespannt ist. Eine faltige Haube kann aber nicht in allen Richtungen gleichmäßig Kräfte übertragen, insbesondere kann sie keine diagonalen Kräfte übertragen.In a generic method, a stretch film hood is gathered in the longitudinal direction like an accordion and placed on rod-shaped holding elements of a tenter frame. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß nach dem Überziehen der untere Rand der Haube erfaßt und in Haubenlängsrichtung nachgespannt sowie dann umgeschlagen wird. Insbesondere soll der untere Rand im Mittenbereich wenigstens zweier einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Gutstaples erfaßt und nachgespannt werden. Das Nachspannen läßt sich am einfachsten dadurch erreichen, daß beim Nachspannen der untere Rand der Haube ortsfest gehalten und der Gutstapel angehoben wird. Durch das Nachspannen in Haubenlängsrichtung werden alle Falten der Haube, die beim Überziehen entstanden sind, zuverlässig beseitigt und gleichzeitig wird die Haube auch in Haubenlängsrichtung in der gewünschten Weise vorgespannt, bevor ihr unterer Rand unter den Gutstapel oder die Palette umgeschlagen und dort befestigt wird. Wird, wie angegeben, beim Nachspannen der untere Rand der Haube ortsfest gehalten und der Gutstapel angehoben, dann kann der Hubweg des Gutstapels ausreichend groß bemessen werden, um alle Falten auszugleichen und die gewünschte Vorspannung einzustellen. Auf Bremsen, die mit dem Spannrahmen zusammen arbeiten, kann verzichtet werden. Im Ergebnis ist der Gutstapel von einer Stretchfolienhaube überzogen, die allseitig und in allen Richtungen gleichmäßig gespannt ist, so daß sie in allen Richtungen, auch in diagonalen Richtungen, Kräfte aufnehmen kann.This object is achieved in that after covering the lower edge of the hood is grasped and re-tensioned in the longitudinal direction of the hood and then turned over. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren läßt sich vorteilhaft durchführen mit einer Vorrichtung zum Überziehen von Stretchfolienhauben über einen Gutstapel, mit einem längs dem Gutstapel beweglichen Spannrahmen, der mit einem Spanntrieb relativ zueinander verstellbare Halteelemente aufweist, die in die geöffnete Haube eingreifen, mit einem vertikal verstellbaren Träger für den Gutstapel und mit einer unter dem Gutstapel oder seinem Träger angeordneten Einrichtung zum Befestigen des unteren Randes der Haube am Gutstapel, und die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß zwischen den Haltelementen wenigstens zweier einander gegenüberliegender Seiten des Gutstapels Einrichtungen zum Nachspannen der Haube angeordnet sind. Damit der untere Rand der Folienhaube zuverlässig gesichert werden kann, geht ein weiterer Vorschlag der Erfindung dahin, daß im Bereich von wenigstens zwei Palettenseiten Gruppen von zueinander koaxialen Heizscheiben angeordnet sind, deren Achsen sich parallel zu den Seiten der Palette erstrecken, und daß jeder Gruppe von Heizscheiben ein Antrieb zugeordnet ist, mit dem die Heizscheiben in einer Abwälzbewegung in Längsrichtung der Folienhaube geführt sind. Damit wird der untere Rand der Folienhaube nur streifenweise an der Palette befestigt. Zu der Vorrichtung zum Überziehen gehört ein Spannrahmen, von dem lediglich Halteelemente 6 wiedergegeben sind, die bei der dargestellten Ausführung aus nach unten gerichteten Fingern bestehen. Die Halteelemente 6 befinden sich im Bereich der vier Grundrißecken des Gutstapels 1. Die geöffnete Stretchfolienhaube wird in Längsrichtung zieharmonikaartig gerafft und auf den Halteelementen 6 abgelegt. Dann werden die Halteelemente 6 mit Hilfe eines Spanntriebes auseinander bewegt, wodurch die Stretchfolienhaube 5 in Umfangsrichtung vorgespannt wird. In diesem Zustand wird der Spannrahmen mit den Halteelementen 6 längs den Gutstapel 1 abwärts bewegt, wobei die geraffte Stretchfolienhaube 5 von den Halteelementen 6 abgezogen wird und sich an die Außenseiten des Gutstapels 1 anlegt. Der Gutstapel 1 mit der Palette 2 ist dabei mittels einer Hubeinrichtung 7 von der Rollenbahn 3 des Förderers 4 abgehoben. Auf dem Schlitten 9 sind mit gegenseitigem Abstand zwei Zangen 12 derart angeordnet, daß ihr Öffnungsspalt sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckt und der untere Rand 13 der Stretchfolienhaube 5 von den Halteelementen 6 in den Öffnungsspalt der Zangen 12 überführt wird oder in diesen einfällt, wenn die Halteelemente 6 ihre unterste Position erreicht haben, bei der der untere Rand 13 der Stretchfolienhaube 5 sich von den Halteelementen 6 löst. Unter dem palettierten Gutstapel 1 und bei der dargestellten Ausführung mit den Tragelementen der Hubeinrichtung 7 verbunden ist eine Klebstoffsprüheinrichtung 15, die die Innenseite des unteren Randes 13 der Stretchfolienhaube 5 im Bereich zwischen den beiden Zangen 12 und gegebenenfalls auch an anderen Stellen mit einem Klebstoff besprüht. Danach wird der untere Rand 13 der nachgespannten Stretchfolienhaube 5 unter die Palette 2 geschlagen, in dem der Schlitten 9 mit den Zangen 12 durch Betätigen des Hubzylinders 11 unter den angehobenen, palettierten Gutstapel 1 bewegt wird. Auf dem Schlitten 9 ist zwischen den beiden Zangen 12 eine Andrückrolle 16 angeordnet, die bei der dargestellten Ausführung an einen Arm 17 eines schwenkbar gelagerten, doppelarmigen Hebels gelagert ist, an dessen anderer Arm 18 ein Hubzylinder 19 als Antrieb angreift. Beim Verschieben des Schlittens 9 wird auch der Hubzylinder 19 betätigt, so daß zumindest der mit Klebstoff versehene Abschnitt des unteren Randes 13 der Stretchfolienhaube 5 gegen die Unterseite der Palette 2 gedrückt und daran befestigt wird (Fig. 3). Die Zangen 12 werden geöffnet, sobald die Andrückrolle 16 die notwendige Andrückkraft erreicht hat. Der Spannrahmen mit den Halteelementen 6 hat sich inzwischen weiter nach oben bewegt und steht zur Aufnahme einer neuen Stretchfolienhaube 5 zur Verfügung.Under the palletized stack of

Bei Paletten aus Holz wird das Folienmaterial in die rauhe Oberfläche des Holzes eingedrückt, wobei eine Verzahnung zwischen Holz und Folienmaterial entsteht. - Apparatus according to one of claims 4 to 10, the edge being presed against the pallet by at least one displaceable heating disc and the film material thereby being joined to the pallet material, characterised in that groups of heating discs (108), which are coaxial with one another, are disposed in the region of at least two pallet sides, the axes of said plates extending parallel to the sides of the pallet (102), and in that each group of heating discs (108) has a drive (115) associated therewith, by means of which drive the heating discs (108) are guided in a rolling movement in the longitudinal direction of the film hood (101).
- Apparatus according to claim 11, characterised in that the heating discs (108) are pressed against the pallet (102) in a resilient manner.
- Apparatus according to claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the heating discs (108) are mounted on associated pivot levers (111) which, in turn, are pivotally connected to a carriage (113), which is displaceable by the drive (115), and in that the pivot levers (111) are supported on the carriage (113) by springs (116).
- Apparatus according to one of claims 11 to 13, characterised in that return springs (117) are disposed between the heating discs (108) and their pivot levers (111).
- Apparatus according to one of claims 11 to 14, characterised in that the heating discs (108) are circumferentially covered with heating strips (109).
- Apparatus according to one of claims 11 to 15, characterised in that the heating discs (108) engage with the underside of the pallet (102).
- Apparatus according to claim 16, characterised in that the heating discs (108) are disposed between the conveyor rollers (104) of a conveyor.
- Apparatus according to one of claims 11 to 15, characterised in that the heating discs (108) engage with the sides of the pallet (102).
