Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif servant à appliquer une pression superficielle sur des pièces à usiner, telles que des plaques de bois ou similaires, en mouvement, dans lequel au moins une bande de pression circulante est susceptible de venir presser contre la pièce à unsiner, qrâce à un moyen d'appui susceptible d'être introduit dans une chambre de compression (1) et dans lequel la chambre de compression (1) est délimitée par une partie de section (2) de la bande de pression, au niveau du cote opposé à la section par une plaque d'appui (3) en forme de rectangle et au niveau des bords longitudinaux et transversaux, par rapport au sens de la marche de la bande de pression (3), par une barrette d'étanchéité (4) en matière synthétique ou similaire s'appuyant sur la bande de pression et prévue sur le bord de la plaque d'appui, et dans lequel la barrette d'étanchéité (4) présente, dans la surface opposée a la bande de pression circulante, des ouvertures d'écoulement pour un lubrifiant, caractérisé en ce que des corps profilés (7, 9, 12) compacts, espacés les uns des autres, constitués en un lubrifiant solide sont encastrés dans les barrettes d'étanchéité, qui sont parallèles au sens d'entraînement de la bande de pression, corps dont la hauteur correspond à cèlle de la couche de résistance à l'usure des barrettes d'étanchéité et qui s'appuient, par une surface de travail libre (8, 13), sur la section (2) associée de la bande de pression.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les corps profilés sont disposés, dans la barrette d'étanchéité respective, au centre et en alignement, ou de façon décalée les uns par rapport aux autres.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les corps profilés (9, 12) sont libres non seulement au niveau de la surface de travail orientée en direction de la bande de pression, mais également sur une surface latérale de la barrette d'étanchéité (4).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les corps profilés sont conformés en doigts, bouchons, pastilles, barrettes ou blocs polygonaux.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le lubrifiant solide compact Peut être constitué en PTFE, en sulfure de molybdène, en graphite ou en combinaisons de ces composants.
