Claims (3)

  1. Système de fermeture pour véhicule à moteur, télécommandable par un signal d'émetteur (I) pourvu :
    d'un émetteur/clé (S) portable et
    d'un récepteur (E) monté dans le véhicule, qui commande le verrouillage d'au moins une serrure (V) d' au moins une porte, et qui peut présenter au moins les deux états suivants
    un premier état, dans lequel le récepteur maintient la serrure concernée (V) à l'état verrouillé ou verrouille la serrure (V) initialement déverrouillée,
    ainsi qu'un second état, dans lequel le récepteur, commandé par le signal d'émetteur (I) , permet l'ouverture de la porte concernée, le récepteur (E) permettant, dans le second état, l'ouverture de la porte pendant un laps de temps donné, déterminé par le signal d'émetteur (I), et le récepteur (E) passant de manière automatique du second état au premier état à la fin du laps de temps, dans le cas où la porte n'a pas été ouverte entre temps,
    caractérisé en ce que
       la serrure (V) et/ou son récepteur (E) sont dimensionnés et/ou actionnés de manière telle que, dès qu'il passe du premier au second état, le récepteur déverrouille la serrure (V) sans produire de manifestation qui soit perceptible, acoustiquement ou optiquement, pour des personnes situées à l'extérieur et en ce que
       sur le véhicule est en outre monté un contact (K) qui envoie un signal de contact (C) au récepteur (E) lorsque l'on touche ou actionne ledit contact (K) juste avant que le récepteur (E) soit dans le second état, ou pendant qu'il est dans cet état, seul le signal de contact (C) amenant finalement le récepteur (E) à déverrouiller la serrure (V).
  2. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
       le contact (K) est en liaison telle avec la poignée de porte (T) que ledit contact transmet un signal de contact (C) au récepteur (E) lorsque l'on touche ou actionne ladite poignée de porte (T).
  3. Système de fermeture pourvu d'une tige (A) montée à l'intérieur de la porte, qui permet de verrouiller la serrure (V) correspondante ou simultanément toutes les serrures (V) de la totalité des portes en appuyant sur la tige (A), et de la ou les déverrouiller en tirant la tige (A), et selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
       le signal de contact (C) amène la tige dans la position « déverrouillage ».
