Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rasterwalze für ein Farbwerk einer -Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine, die Stege aus einem verschleißfesten, harten Werkstoff und Näpfchen mit einer Oberfläche aus einem farbannehmenden Werkstoff aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einen Walzenkern (2) der Rasterwalze (1) eine aus dem farbannehmenden Werkstoff bestehende Schicht (3) in einer Dicke, die die Tiefe der Näpfchen (9) übersteigt, aufgebracht wird, in die Nuten (4) eingebracht werden, dann eine Schicht (6) aus einem verschleißfesten, harten Werkstoff zur Bildung der Stege (8) die Nuten (4) voll ausfüllend aufgetragen wird, daß die Schicht (6) aus dem harten verschleißfesten Werkstoff zunächst zumindest teilweise die umfangsseitige Fläche der Schicht (3) bedeckt und anschließend von den Bereichen außerhalb der Stege (8) abgetragen wird und in die Schicht (3) aus dem farbannehmenden Werkstoff die Näpfchen (9) eingebracht werden, derart, dass die Näpfchen (9) zumindest einer seits durch die verschleißfesten Stege (8) beraudet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (4) bis auf den Walzenkern (2) durchgehen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (4) schräg zur Achse der Rasterwalze (1) verlaufend angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Nuten (4) kreuzdiagonal angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (4) hexagonal angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (4) durch Entfernen von Material aus der farbannehmenden Schicht (3) erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entfernen des Materials durch Ätzen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (4,) durch Abdecken der Oberfläche des Walzenkernes (2) vor dem Aufbringen der Schicht (3) aus dem farbannehmenden Werkstoff erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdecken durch Aufbringen von Lackstreifen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die farbannehmende Schicht (3) durch Flammspritzen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung von Kupfer für die farbannehmende Schicht (3), diese Schicht (3) galvanisch aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Näpfchen (9) durch Gravieren, Molettieren oder Ätzen hergestellt werden.
