Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Druckwerkzeugs für den Tiefdruck, den Prägedruck oder den Siebdruck bei welchem eine Maske zur abschnittsweisen chemischen Passivierung auf die Oberfläche eines zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks aufgebracht wird und das mit der Maske versehene Werkstück einer chemischen Oberflächenbearbeitung unterzogen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske zumindest im wesentlichen aus Wachs hergestellt wird und das Wachs EDV-gestützt abschnittsweise auf das Werkstück aus mehreren Düsen jeweils punktförmig aufgespritzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur chemischen Oberflächenbearbeitung eine Ätztechnik eingesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Werkstück eine Druckform für den Tiefdruck oder den Prägedruck bearbeitet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Werkstück eine Matrize für eine galvanische Beschichtung zur Erzeugung eines Druckwerkzeugs bearbeitet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen nebeneinander in Richtung einer X-Achse angeordnet werden, sich die Düsen und das Werkstück relativ zueinander in Richtung einer Y-Achse bewegen, die Düsen funktional zu Gruppen von jeweils mindestens einer Düse zusammengefaßt werden, sich die Düsen und das Werkstück nach der Bearbeitung des Werkstücks in Richtung der Y-Achse an eine neue Position bezüglich der X-Achse relativ zueinander in Richtung der X-Achse bewegen und die Schrittweite der Bewegung in Richtung der X-Achse der Gruppenbreite abzüglich oder zuzüglich des Abstands von benachbarten Düsen dividiert durch die Anzahl der Gruppen entspricht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Richtung auf die Bewegung entlang der X-Achse letzte Gruppe aus einer Düse weniger als die verbleibenden Gruppen gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Druckwerkzeugs für den Tiefdruck, den Prägedruck oder den Siebdruck mit einer Aufnahme (5) für ein Werkstück (1,6) und einer Einrichtung (7) zum Aufbringen einer Maske (3) zur abschnittsweisen chemischem Passivierung der Oberfläche (2) des Werkstücks (1,6), wobei die Einrichtung zum Aufbringen der Maske (3) eine EDV-Steuerung (8) aufweist, insbesondere zur Verwirklichung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung ein Wachs enthält und die Einrichtung zum Aufbringen der Maske (3) mindestens einen Druckkopf (7) mit mehreren Düsen (12) zum punktförmigen Aufspritzen dieses Wachses auf das Werkstück (1,6), zur Herstellung einer zumindest im Wesentlichen aus Wachs bestehenden Maske (3), aufweist.
