Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer un emballage pour un article à emballer formé de plusieurs éléments, notamment pour des récipients, l'emballage étant constitué par une structure de support formant cadre de forme stable comportant au moins un panneau de fond ouvert, qui supporte, au niveau du fond, l'article à emballer et le bloque contre tout déplacement, caractérisé en ce qu'on tire d'un rouleau débiteur une bande formée d'un matériau rigide d'emballage non étirable, sous la forme d'une bande plane, qu'on l'applique à l'état tendu sur l'article à emballer, avec un rebord disposé en saillie et qu'on la referme sur elle-même pour former un bandage, qu'on replie ensuite la bande vers l'intérieur en l'amenant dans le plan du fond de l'article à emballer et qu'on relie fermement les sections en saillie du bord saillant, dans le plan du fond en formant le panneau du cadre.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique un rainurage constituant des bords de pliage, dans la bande tirée du rouleau débiteur, avant son application à un article à emballer formé de plusieurs éléments.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on entaille la bande tirée du rouleau débiteur avant son application contre l'article à emballer, dans la zone du bord saillant, au niveau d'emplacements associés aux bords de l'article à emballer.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on gaufre ou on imprime la bande déroulée du rouleau débiteur, avant de l'appliquer à un article à emballer.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on forme des bandages constitués par le matériau d'emballage en forme de bande et possédant un rebord saillant, aussi bien sur le côté de la partie supérieure que sur le côté du fond de l'article à emballer.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les bandages sont reliés par des éléments de support pour former une structure spatiale de support.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme éléments de support, un matériau d'emballage en forme de bande, que l'on applique de préférence en le pliant contre les bords de l'article à emballer et qu'on colle finalement ce matériau d'emballage aux bandages.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme éléments de support, un matériau d'emballage plat que l'on applique de préférence sur les côtés de l'article à emballer et que l'on colle aux bandages.
