Claims (10)

  1. Installation de verrouillage centralisé pour une porte d'un véhicule à moteur,
    - avec un organe de blocage (3) sur la porte qui empêche, en position de blocage, une ouverture de cette porte,
    - avec un élément de réglage (2) pour l'organe de blocage (3),au moyen duquel celui-ci peut être verrouillé ou déverrouillé à volonté en position de blocage,
    - avec un élément de manoeuvre (4) dans l'habitacle qui fournit des signaux de commande, c'est-à-dire un signal de blocage pour verrouiller ou un signal de déblocage pour déverrouiller l'organe de blocage (3),
    - avec un appareil de commande (1) qui, en fonction du signal de commande émis, donne à l'élément de réglage (2) une instruction de verrouillage ou de déverrouillage,
    - avec un récepteur (6) qui reçoit les signaux de manoeuvre émis par un émetteur manuel (7), c'est-à-dire des signaux de déverrouillage pour déverrouiller ou des signaux de verrouillage pour verrouiller l'organe de blocage (3), les transmet à l'appareil de commande (1) et provoque ainsi l'instruction de verrouillage ou de déverrouillage de l'organe de blocage (3), et
    - avec une unité de blocage (5) qui, après l'émission d'un signal de verrouillage par l'émetteur manuel (7), bloque le signal de déverrouillage envoyé par l'élément de manoeuvre (4) à l'unité de commande (1), de façon qu'un déverrouillage de l'organe de blocage (3) verrouillé par l'élément de manoeuvre soit empêché,
    caractérisé en ce qu'elle est conçue de manière à être connectée fonctionnellement à un dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle connu en soi, de façon que ce dispositif détermine, au moins après l'émission d'un signal de verrouillage, s'il se trouve encore au moins une personne dans l'habitacle et que l'unité de blocage (5) bloque le signal de déverrouillage envoyé par l'élément de manoeuvre (4) à l'unité de commande (1) si aucune personne ne se trouve plus dans l'habitacle.
  2. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que
    - le dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle est connecté directement ou indirectement à la clé de contact de l'allu-mage, et
    - que ce dispositif (8) est activé lorsqu'on coupe l'allumage, afin de constater si une personne se trouve encore dans l'habitacle.
  3. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que
    - le dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle est connecté directement ou indirectement à un ou plusieurs contact(s) de porte (9), et qu'il est activé par l'ouverture d'une porte afin de constater si une personne se trouve encore dans l'habitacle.
  4. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle fonctionne avec des rayons infrarouges.
  5. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle fonctionne avec des ultrasons.
  6. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle peut constater la présence d'une personne en mouvement ou au repos.
  7. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que son dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle sert d'installation de surveillance contre le vol lorsque le véhicule est parqué et est verrouillé et fermé à clef de manière correcte.
  8. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle comporte au moins un contact dans au moins l'un des sièges.
  9. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un dispositif de signalisation qui est commandé par le dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle et qui indique à la personne utilisant l'émetteur manuel (7) et envoyant un signal de verrouillage à distance, la présence éventuelle d'encore au moins une personne dans l'habitacle.
  10. Installation de verrouillage centralisé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de commande (1) et l'électronique de commande du dispositif (8) de surveillance de l'habitacle sont combinées en un seul appareil.
